The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is unfortunately I did have to leave them because they don’t provide full water coverage from the river, and we left for a company that did so not the offices fault at all. But Dini Steele gets 5 stars for her kindness, patience and customer service.

Far more expensive than most. Get lied to and told you'll be given a rebate when you take a vehicle off the road, only for them to take money out of your account. I cancelled with them for that reason. I told them that i would not renew my policy with them. My renewal date comes up and they still take nother payment out of my account.

I recently needed the assistance from my insurance provider to get my insurance back on track as there was an issue. I called the Julia Ross location on Upper James and dealt with Gladys Munghen. She was friendly, professional and efficient! She worked with me to get my insurance set up and processed within only a few hours. She reached out to Underwriting to have them look at my application before end of day on a Friday. Before I made it back home, Gladys called me to advise everything has been approved and completed. I really appreciated her helping me out. I would highly recommend this location and Gladys Munghen for you insurance needs.

I have used Julia Ross for my insurance needs over 20 years now. I stayed with them when they were known as State Farm Insurance even though they were more expensive than anyone else. This is because the people who work there treat you like you are someone, not a number. They actually care about you and your needs and will do everything they can to accomplish this. There was a day when I was invited to come in and go over my insurance to ensure that I had exactly what I needed. Julia spent an hour with me, past her home time, so that I understood everything and was able to make an informed decision on my insurance policy. Because of this service, my children and everyone else I talk to have switch to them, and they will also tell you how wonderful they are.

I now own a business and have given them the insurance for this as well. When I first started my business they sat with me again and went over all my needs to get me the best price possible.

If it wasn't for Julia and her wonderful staff I would probably be paying a lot more and not getting what I need. Everyone needs insurance, it's nice to know there is someone out there who can truly help.

I started my insurance with Julia's broker in London, Ontarion at 16 years old. Coincidently, she moved to Hamilton to start her own brokerage as I was moving to Burlington for my own business.so I stayed with her.
