I am so happy to have found Julie to take care of my cats while I was away for 10 days. It's very evident that she cares so much about her clients and treated my cats as if they were her own. We are so happy with service and care Julie provided to our boy Iceberg while we were on vacation. He was staying with my mom at our place, but due to her age she wasn't able to walk him 2x a day. We recently had our 2 fur babies stay with Julie for a lengthy trip. We had been searching for something other then a kennel experience which they never did well in, and looking for someone who could care for them as if they were at home. Julie provided this and sent us daily pictures and videos so we knew they were thriving. When we returned and brought them home there was no stress at all. This was one of the absolute best experiences we have had for our dogs. When we asked the dogs a few days later if they wanted to go back and see Julie, they wagged their tails and show signs of excitement. Thank you Julie, Matilda and Teddie are looking forward to their next stay.

We've had Jules for nearly 2 years and she has been incredible! She is very professional, reliable, dedicated, responsive and clearly cares about the well-being of the animals. Our animals definitely love her! We could not ask for a better pet sitter. We would recommend her for a simple 15 minute pet break and definitely for overnight stays.

I am so glad I reached out to Juliepop’s dog walking. I own a Hungarian Kuvasz, which is a large guard dog and he’s not fond of other people walking into the home when the owners aren’t there, so Julie took her time with him for a whole month while I was home and worked on him that he eventually let her in the home and trusted her when I was at work. I love how she interacts with my two dogs how she spends time with them. Writes report cards gives them treats gives me updates. I trust her 100% and I’m glad I’m leaving my dogs in her hands while I go away for two weeks. I’m excited now that I have Juliepop’s because my big dog Bruno loves her and gets to go for an afternoon walk and socialize during the week and my little toy Yorkie Lulu gets to walk with him:) ️

Honestly it kind of amazes me how dedicated Julie is to her job. She loves all her clients and puts a lot of effort in every day to not only care for your pet, but to show you that she does. Her Facebook page is filled with videos and pictures of all her client interactions and you can really tell how much she genuinely loves her job. When it comes to pet-sitting, she's very organized. She has all the paperwork prepared and although it's tedious to fill out, she will follow what is asked of her. After her services, she leaves little notes about how the time spent with your pet went. So yeah, wonderful communication, amazing care, and definitely worth your money and trust. Just make sure you book early because she has a lot of clients!

Jules took such amazing care of our cats while we were away for a few days! Sent lots of photos and updates and our cats seemed to be having such a nice time during her visits. We felt very good about leaving our senior kitty with medical issues in her hands!

Juls dogsat our aging Weimaraner (14 1/2 years old) during the Christmas and New Year 2021 in her OWN home! BEST decision I could have made. Our dog, Kaiser, was treated like a king! We received daily photos and updates and we could "see" that he was enjoying his time with Juls, other pups and family. When we returned, he wasn't sure if he wanted to come home with us or stay with Juls and family. LOL. We highly recommend Julspops and we will be a repeat customer. Julie is super organized and has great communication! You can tell she really loves animals. She always takes great care of our kitties when we're away and even leaves them little toys and treats. Would recommend without hesitation!

Jules has been such an amazing find for me in London to look after my cats. I feel I can travel again with no stress. My 2 rescue cats are extremely timid when meeting new people and always hide. Right after Jules arrived on my first day away, she was sending pictures and videos of them eating and lounging contently beside her. Throughout my few days away, she sent regular photos and messages assuring me all was well. Seeing the videos of them playing with her on the first day and throughout the weekend, allowed me to completely relax while away. I came home to read daily report cards with details of her overnight visits. The litter boxes and everything else in the house was clean and tidy. Communication with her has been top notch throughout the whole process. She is well organized and takes great pride in her business to meet high standards of professionalism in all areas.and it is obvious she genuinely loves the pets she cares for. After this first experience, I am feeling so much better about going on vacation this summer knowing Jules is coming to stay with my cats. 5 stars (and more) all the way!

Julie is a wonderful pet sitter. She took care of our 2 cats when we were away for 3 weeks. She made everyday report and was very caring for our cats.
She took care of home too (recycling and mails). She (and her husband) also did some fixes when storm caused some issues.

Jules genuinely cares for my pets. She does a super job of caring for them and meeting their needs, be it food, water, lots of attention, cuddles, walks, pets and play time. We are so fortunate to have found Julie and Gordon. They were recommended by our neighbors and we could not be any happier. Jett is our 1.5 year old Havanese and he is a 'Covid Puppy' which means he was used to one of us being at home 99% of the time. We were naturally nervous leaving him with someone for the first time (in October 2021), but Julie and Gordon made it as comfortable as possible for Jett as well as us! They would send us pictures and videos to show us how happy Jett was, which made us feel much more comfortable while we were away. We have used them several times since and cant say enough good things about them. They treat Jett like one of their own, and are simply the kindest, nicest people you can meet. We are very lucky to have met them and look forward to using them again many more times in the future.

Julspops goes above and beyond for her clients! Toby tried once before with a different pet sitter and had a terrible experience. Julspops suggested how to introduce Toby to this new environment, starting slowly with a day visit before coming for a night. He clearly had the time of his life, pulling me up the driveway to go back after his day visit. While she had him over this past weekend she updated us regularly, providing pictures of all his shenanigans and walks. It is clearly how much attention and love he receives while staying with Julspops. We’re so relieved to have found someone so wonderful to watch our dog while we go away. We’re ready to book for every future trip!

Julie has been so great with our dog Moose! We used her pet taxi services for our wedding. She drove to our house on our wedding day, picked up Moose, and brought him to our wedding venue in Komoka so that he could be involved in wedding photos and walk down the aisle in our ceremony as the dog of honour. She stayed with him the whole time when he wasn’t talking pictures and during the ceremony after he walked down the aisle, putting on his little tuxedo and making sure he had water. He went back with her following the ceremony for day care services during our dinner and reception. It was so special having him with us on our wedding day & being able to include him in photos while not having to stress about him and we are so grateful she made that happen! Moose has also stayed over at Julie’s for pet sitting this past summer and he had so much fun! We really appreciated her sending photo and video updates throughout the weekend as it was the first time he had ever been left with anyone but family. She is very professional and you can tell she adores all the animals she cares for. Highly recommend Julspops for all pet sitting and pet taxi needs!

We recently were out of the country for a three week period. Jules cared for our senior cat and our house splendidly! From the first meet and greet, to each of the home visits, Jules was professional in every way. We will certainly be asking Jules for her assistance in the future and recommend her wholeheartedly.

You care to know their habits and preferences in detail, your utmost dedication to giving animals the attention they deserve, your gentle approach and knowledge-what a wonderful experience for all pet owners! To have my pets looked after in my own home is so much less stressful for me, and by far, the least traumatizing for any animal, regardless of age. Home is their safe place, where all is familiar with smell, sight and sounds. Overall this is great experience and I would most definitely recommend Julspops for all your animal sitting and walking needs. Again Jules, thank you for your years of taking care of the fur kids! Wanted to update.the new pup is doing awesome thanks to Jules coming by 4 times a week since March 2021 to give him a good walk and to do an amazing job on the leash training (a recurring ankle injury has prevented those longer walk that he needed with all that puppy energy). 2 1/2 months later what an amazing difference! Can't thank you enough Jules for your professional care and all that you do for the love of pets!

Julie is excellent. We have had her let out our two dogs on several occasions. Our one dog has trust issues from a previous life. Julie would not give up on her and by suggesting different things and with working with her they have built up a really good relationship. Our other dog, as Julie would say, are BFFs. The one great thing Julie does is leaves report cards of her visit and sends pictures of the pets. She has taken some of the best pictures. This provides nice reassurance of her visit. Her vehicle is clearly marked with her business logo and she wears clothing clearly identifying her business. Great for neighbours. Without doubt Julie is exceptionally reliable and professional but most importantly our dogs love Julie.

Julie has been taking my dog for scheduled walks for some time now (as well as looking in on my elderly cat), and I am constantly impressed by her professionalism and level of commitment to her furry charges. She is reliable, knowledgeable and experienced, and is sensitive to the individual needs of our pets. Julie is easy to get ahold of, responsive, and documents anything of interest or concern in her reports. She offers multiple options when it comes to pricing and scheduling based on the amount of time needed to walk your dog, and her rates are more than reasonable.

I really cannot recommend Julie enough. Her professionalism and love for animals is obvious in every interaction, and I am always confident leaving my pets in her care.

I acquired 2 bunnies this past year and once life was getting back to normal I had to think about what we would do with the buns if we wanted to go away. Jules is an outstanding and professional dog walker and animal lover! She has taken care of my two maltipoo dogs on numerous occasions and treats them as if they are her own. In 2020 I went a 3 cruise from January to the end of March. During this time Julie was a house sitter for me checking my house every other day. She di an excellent job and kept me up to date. She also completed a detailed log of her inspections. Her rates were very reasonable. I would recommend her services without hesitation

Jules is awesome. She has helped me a lot with Buddy. A good sign of how she cares about my doggy is how happy he is when he sees her. And you can tell that tail wagging is out of love. If anyone is looking for pet or house sitting services, you should know she is the best.

Julie is the most dedicated, serious caregiver imaginable. She has acquired much needed skill and sensitivity of administering medications and particularly subcutaneous fluids.
One of my cats suffers from IBD, stage 2 kidney disease and pancreas issues. Julie administers IV fluids 3 times a week. She is gentle and precise in her treatment. We have seen a huge change in his behaviour since receiving fluids.

We wouldn't even consider anyone other than Jules to look after our two cats when we travel (hopefully that will happen again soon). Max and Milo both love Jules and we love getting Jules' daily pictures/videos when we are far away from them. We are able to relax with the knowledge that our kitties and our home are well taken care of with Jules.
