Thanks to the manager Andres I had amazing service. Andres was working so diligently to manage so many customers with a smile! He was so efficient. I had an issue restarting my iPhone and he was able to accommodate me. This is what customer service is all about. I was kept informed and was provided with amazing service (better than the Apple Store). Andres deserves a promotion or raise!

Went to Jump + to buy a good quality headphones, sales executive staff was really friendly, one in particular, Ruchit Patel helped me to select the best pair of headset that would match my requirements, cleared any confusion I had, after a constructive discussion, ended up successfully purchasing Beats Studio Pro.
Been using them since a month and couldn’t be any happier with my product, a shoutout to Jump+ and Ruchit Patel for really helping me out and make a good purchase. Worth every penny.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store at STC recently. On 22/11/2023, I visited your store with the intention of purchasing an iPhone 15 Pro with freedom plan. I was assisted by a shop executive, who took charge of my service. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when store executive, after inquiring with the head office and contacting them, informed me that my application was declined without a thorough check. Despite having a good credit score, the application process was unprofessionally handled. The contact person in your head office, only collected my address and name from the driving license before declining the application outright. I really dont know how this was reject by checking my address. This approach has left me perplexed and dissatisfied, as I expected a more transparent and professional process. I believe in the importance of fair and thorough assessments, especially when it comes to financial transactions. The lack of a comprehensive review of my application raises concerns about the professionalism and customer-centric values of Jump Plus. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and provide a detailed explanation for the abrupt decline of my application. Moreover, I hope you can take the necessary steps to prevent such instances in the future, ensuring a more transparent and customer-friendly approach. Regrettably, this experience has left me with no intention of returning to Jump Plus for any future purchases. I don't recommend this store to anyone

Had a great experience when I was getting my phone screen fixed through apple care. When I was picking up the replacement phone, the worker, Carol, was rushing me on the activation of the new phone and originally told me it was already set up and the physical sim was installed. I was lied to the whole time from Carol just so she could get me out of the store faster. I told her I needed the loaner phone for apple 2fa and to transfer the esim and she went ahead and reset the phone. Forcing me to go to Rogers to get a new pin rather than transferring it to the replacement phone.

Alright place in my opinion. I came here multiples times to buy things here but usually would be followed around the store if I wasn't with my mom. I feel like the people here feel like I am going to steal which is quite annoying because I have bought multiples items from this shop. Please let people shop in peace as I do have money in my bank account isn't that crazy? I stopped going to this store because I know Best Buy will provide better customer service and wont follow me around! Just go to the Best Buy that is like a 10 minute walk instead and save yourself the hassle.

I have already sent my issue in the email and my name is already printed above. I tried to get issue fixed with apple care and you did your own service and charged for it. Yes i agreed to do it because i though thats how it works. But later on when i contacted apple they told me that there is no first step before getting apple care to fix the issue. Your technician told me that this is the first step before apple care. My mistake was that i could have enquired with apple before contacting your store. Even apple told that they are not responsible for what the store had did.

Worst customer care plan if i can save you money they don't cover broken screens I'll recommend Samsung as they have a full customer care policy for a full 1 year warranty period unlike Apple

Had issues with both my iPhone and iPad, was on the phone with Apple support, they suggested a face to face…went to Jump+ met with Victoria, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me out. Great service would recommend Jump+ and Victoria for help.

Had an appointment today for my shattered iPhone and received THE BEST customer service/support by Kishen D. He was super polite, patient and professional all at once. We had a little bump with the warranty but Kishen went above and beyond to help solve this issue and ensure that I was a happy customer. Thank you to Kishen & a great welcoming team as well.

Went in store for a faulty charger within couple months (1 year warranty).
No physical damage from my side as never dropped, ripped or even took cable off. Got told it’s corrosion from inside. That’s not the issue here.
As I was not convinced from the female staff, upon asking politely for explanation to the terms of warranty as there was no physical damage, a male walks in and talks very rudely saying “I do not need to convince you at all. Go talk to Apple. I don’t care about customer service. I don’t need to give you my name…. ”

All other staff from the purchase before as well as people serving customers doing great.

This male needs a serious training on behaviour, anger management and problem solving skills. Definitely not an apt fit for the job in customer service.

Absolute trashy customer service. The manager would only talk nicely to customers who were there for new purchases. Wasn’t even caring about replacement or repair issues.
Never ever going back to the store again. Don’t let Apple down with this kind of services.

Really bad customer service, I felt really sad for my visit there. If I am right then was talking to the store manager itself who is really behaving bad at us with at most pitty and no interest to deal with us. Such a worst experience from that store. He just evaluated me by just looking at me. Which is really sad.
I would like to let him know some thing I got my credit approved which you behaved as if like I wont be getting to…….

Really bad experience. I went in the store to take Apple Watch series 7. One person came forward to help me I asked him if there is any option to purchase it on monthly basics and he said yes. I said I am ready to purchase one. He went in, came back and informed me that they are out of stock. After 30-45 mins my friend called to store and asked if they do have any series 7 Apple watches available and they said YES they have it available in-store. I don’t even know how they have in stock right after 45 mins and why the person was even lying to me. Really bad experience.

May 2nd visit**
Wouldn’t shop here if Apple closed all Canadian stores.
Decided against my better judgment to shop here after hearing it’s a family owned store. Why not support local, right? The store manager & admin passed by leisurely but offered no real support to the sales person helping exchange my faulty AirPods case which was stuck on. The admin person (short Asian women) & a few other people took turns yanking my holster lid after I specifically told them not to since that would cause damage to my AirPods case & they don’t do returns. No one had a solution outside of pulling my AirPod case from the hinges.the technicians in the back left the sales associate to figure it out. I asked who was senior who could advise a practical solution & the admin lady said, “we’re all senior”. So everyone’s senior and no one has a solution? … After being there for 45 minutes, I got it out. No I do not have special skills. I was directed to do it myself because they’re not liable for DAMAGE from their own faulty products! I insisted on a refund on the AirPod case after the INSANE TROUBLE I had to deal with standing there & they finally gave it to me. You would think that a $40 case would carry some sort of coverage but they're more concerned about taking a loss on $40 than customer service rapport. They just did NOT care about me as a customer because THEY DON’T offer refunds and I bought AirPods and a case and almost a watch band 4 days prior. No apologies, no real structure since everyone can do ANYTHING in there (store administrator posing as a technician?) So embarrassed to have shopped here. I’m telling everyone I know to just head to their local Apple Store instead. Andres and Reanna at the front/sales were the most supportive even though this whole experience was a complete nightmare. As an Apple consumer, I again would NEVER shop here again.

Good place for authentic apple products. Bought an Apple charger here, and it broke so took it back and I was given a new one free of charge.

When asked how this is possible the very informative worker mentioned that the chargers bought are life time warranty and customers can exchange free of cost.

I went to Jump+ on a Monday morning because my laptop suddenly wouldn't charge, no matter what I tried. It was the middle of the work day so I was very frantic, but the staff were very kind to me and brought me to the back so they could diagnose the problem. Younes was the technician who helped me and he was AMAZING! He informed me of every thing he did and always asked for permission, worked very quickly, and fixed the problem within 15 minutes! He even explained to me in simple terms what the issue was so I could inform my boss, and made it easy to understand even for me who is not tech savvy. Even better, he only charged me for a cleaning and was very warm and friendly! He told me to bring it back if it ever gives me any problems again. I can't thank Younes enough for his help, from the time I dropped off the laptop to the time I was back at work was only about 30 minutes total! He provided such excellent service and I felt much more calm once he started helping me. Give him a raise lol!

So I called here ahead of time, I was looking to get a laptop charger, I wanted to see if it was in stock. No answer on the phone. Okay they are probably busy. I arrive at the store a few minutes later, 8 employees just standing around not doing anything! No customers! What? ! What are you guys doing! Typical of non apple apple stores.

Totally useless place. Apple sent me over here to repair my broken ipad mini screen. But after i took my device this place, they told me that they don’t repair any device here. I don’t know why they calling themselves “Apple Authorized Service Centre”. Please don’t waste your valuable time at this store.

The service was impeccable! The staff was very helpful and efficient when helping to repair my phone. They were honest with what type of repairs was needed and tried their best to do it in a timely manner. I scheduled an appointment and was able to be serviced right away. The lead floor manager (Dec 28) was very nice and attentive to all the customers and myself in the store, which was great when it came to asking questions. I live in the durham region so having this company here is a blessing which saves me time from going to Fairview or eaton centre since their apple authorized:)!

Went there to replace my airpods pro, even after booking an appointment they took 20 minutes to get me inside, after I went inside there was no one to attend me for another 15 minutes. The replacement was on point but had to wait more than ever.

I'm so disappointed in jump plus service. I ordered a iPhone 13 pro max. Its been more than 4 weeks and no one contacted me. When I went to the store to know what happened, actually my phone was there. At the time of purchase and when i contacted them, they told they will call me. But i haven't got any calls or emails. I'm so disappointed. They actually waited till i went in person to store. The staff over there told the truth it was so weird that it took this long. Why you guys are doing this. I'm not disappointed in the service they didn't inform me when my product arrived infact i have to go and ask for the product.

At jump+ you will find all the Apple products. The staff is very polite even they have the good knowledge about the products. The customer service is good too.

Had a genuine issue with my iphone the display was too dim, and the phone was bought just 3 months ago from the apple store, as i was in the area thought to drop if off to them as they are authorised apple resellers, first of all they took 7 days just to reply back with an issue, and then called me and said that the LCD wasn't Orignal, i mean how's that possible, really bad service, NEVER COMING BACK TO THEM.

I got my iPhone’s battery replaced. There are no issues with this service at all, yet.

But before dropping my phone off for the service the rep asked me for: a. MY PHONE SECURITY CODE and b. WHEN THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS AROUND.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? I obviously declined and entered the code to run the diagnostics, after I came back to pick up the phone.

You guys should know better!

I prefer shopping at the Jump store in Scarborough Town Centre only because of the sales professionals like Nilesh. Nilesh provides an amazing customer service, very detailed and to the point. He tries to understand the customer needs and guides them to the right product. His knowledge about the products is amazing. I will always be shopping at Jump store in STC only because of sales professionals like Nilesh.

Most workers have great customer service and for that I'm satisfied. There was this one guy in particular that has a stupid attitude and does not know how to handle himself in professional situations. I will not be buying there again because of him. I shall also recommend anyone shopping here to be of observant because the none professional workers know how to piss you off

Thought my iPhone X was done for! Brought it to the tech experts at Jump and they fixed it no problem! Won’t be going anywhere else now for my repairs!

I brought my MacBook here because the battery got recalled, so Apple said they would be fixing it for free. I went to the jump store cause it is closer for me. I bought my MacBook used and apparently the owner before me had it repaired before with a part that isn’t originally from Apple. The Jump store initially said they couldn’t repair it since it has a part that isn’t from Apple. But the technician named Ranjeet went above and beyond and contacted Apple informing them that my battery needed to be replaced ASAP. So I got the battery replaced, plus a new motherboard, top case, and display that needed to be replaced as well all free of charge. Highly highly recommend. And it got repaired way quicker than Apple would have been able to fix it.

Most of the staff are very professional, especially AMR, on the top of that he was very friendly and gave us important tips on how to choose the laptop i want.i highly recommend this place and if you dont find AMR dont worry, all the staff are great.

Customer service is terrible. The employee doesn't even know the right information of the product and tried to convince me of what they know which is very stupid and had a vey bad experience dealing with the employee.

Visited Jump plus store at STC for the first time and my experience was awesome. I went to buy an Apple Watch series 4. Mr. Arnob Nasher was very good guiding me and explaining me about the product. I phoned this morning to find out if they were a supplier of all iPads. I was told yes so I took the drive. I was using my iPad today and the screen went blank. I arrived and was meet by Mirjan who very quickly asked could he help. I explained my situation and he attempted to restart my iPad. To my surprise my iPad was able to start again and was up and running. Such a releaf at this time not to have to purchase a new iPad. I was very grateful for Mirjans help. I will definitely return to this store. The service was fabulous and very prompt. Thank you Mirjan.
