Yesterday I went to get a iphone 15 for me and I had a very bad experience. The white employee over there was very rude to us even while describing about the phone. Clearly I faced some racism there.

Had one malfunctioning key (W) that wasn’t always responsive. Asked for a keycap replacement, rep told me a) that there was a huge risk of data erasure if they were to do it due to a swollen battery b) that the keyboard service will not be free even though my model is eligible for the free service per apple

Came to apples official helpdesk at eaton centre. Tech refuted both A and B, then fixed it in 10 minutes for free.

They sold me what I believe now to have been an already used charger because they didn't seem to have any stock. He brought it out without packaging and I have been struggling to use it because it constantly connects/disconnects. Literal garbage and waste of money and person selling it wasn't the most pleasant to interact with either. Wish I had just returned it before the 90 days once the issue started.

My experience with this wonderful group of people has been terrific. They have been helpful, patient and honest. I have gone to JumpPlus with various problems over the years and they have cheerfully solved each problem. I have never felt pushed to purchase. I have been educated and guided when I wanted to invest in something new but most important to me, they have been outstanding doing repairs. I have never had to wait terribly long for service. Overall, this is a great store!

Going to have to agree with some recent reviews here. Waste of time - no one answers the phone, ever. Booked an appointment, waited around way too long, spoke to a bunch of people. They basically ended up refusing to do a battery replacement because my battery was at 85% - if I’m paying for it and not happy with my phones battery life what do they care?

Overall huge waste of time

Went to Apple Store at Eaton Centre - done without issue in an hour and a half - with a smile and above and beyond helpfulness. Similar to other reviews kinda rude service people. Life’s too short.

I came in with an issue with my iPhone and I was greeted quickly and warmly. Chris was quick to help me out and assess what was happening with my phone, and he was able to fix my problem! I found the service to be swift and helpful, I would definitely go back.

We got the worst customer service ever there. The sales associate called "Kris" he ruined our life today. Zero knowledge and zero experience.
That's unbelievable but we spent the whole day there today. Since they opened till one hour after they closed. We just wanted to switch to Bell and he checked my credit card and deactivated my current line and at the end he couldn't even get the line for me and left it like that. We are terribly mad and even Rogers couldn't fix the huge mistake he made.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They had horrible communication, I waited for hours after being told it would just take 10 minutes in the store and then when my phone came back, they didn't even tell me, I had to go into the store myself and ask for it. When I asked they told em to come back in an hour and it still wasn't done, I was asked to come back in another hour and finally when I took it they didn't even restore it and then blamed me saying there was nothing they could do even though I bought a backup.

I had an issue with my macbook where the setup was showing me the flashing folder with a question mark bc of an issue with my startup disk. I followed the instructions to turn it back on but I couldn’t do it so I took it to Jump+ simply to have them help me turn it on. The technician started telling me i needed to pay $60 for a diagnostic test and then pay service fees to turn it on. I left and called apple and they helped me in 5 minutes for free. Completely useless people trying to get money.

I have been to Jump Plus on multiple occasions both to purchase Apple products and to have my Mac serviced. On every occasion, the staff and service has been outstanding. I recently got my 13' MacBook Pro serviced for a defective keyboard and the turnaround time was roughly 4 hours because they had the part (top case) in stock. I was delighted to get a call back within hours of dropping off my MacBook for repairs. The staff show outstanding professionalism and are well educated about Apple products. I highly recommend this store to any individual within the downtown core looking to buy Apple products or to have their products serviced.

The worst service i have ever seen in my life. They td me firstly to come back after 2 hours and when i came back they ask me my password and said me come after 1: 30 hour and when i came back they told me to come back after 1 hour and when i ask them why it is not still repaired they said they don’t have the part right now so it will take 5-6 business days and they suggest me after 3: 30 hour to go to apple care. The location is in toronto. This happened with me after having apple care insurance + the mobile is in warrenty.

I recently took my computer here because my computer was having problems booting, but only a week after I got my computer back from being repaired, it had the same problem. I feel like there was a part of my computer that needed replacing. I feel like I wasted time getting my computer back in a slightly better condition rather than fixing the central problem.

Amazing service and friendly staff. My iPhone 12 dropped dead for no reason so booked an appointment through Apple. They went above and beyond to help me diagnose and get Apple warranty to cover for the hardware replacement (no water or physical damage). I got my phone back within 2 days! Also shout out to Karan for being so helpful. Definitely recommend.

Chris and Nancy were so helpful diagnosing a major problem with my Iphone which 3 apple techs could not.
Chris also provided me with great advice on apple products to improve my existing system. Although I am technically challenged I never felt patronized. This is what I call friendly, helpful and efficient service.

Came in as I had some problems connecting my Apple Watch to a new iPhone, kept coming across an error message and wouldn’t connect despite trying everything. Joseph, I believe was his name, helped me out and took his time with me. With his help, I was finally able to sync my Apple Watch with my new phone.
Great place if you don’t want to wait in line at the Apple store.

I have been here 4 times for repairs, and every time it needs to be shipped out, for a minimum of 5 business days aka 1 actual week. However it's usually much longer, in one case a month and a half Andi needed to constantly email to receive updates. I have never had an issue at an actual Apple Store getting same day repairs, usually for more complicated breaks. The people are nice, but that's not enough when everything takes so long.

Go the extra distance for an apple store or just ship it out yourself, at least Apple updates you.

I went in today to get a new key pad for my iPad!:)

I had great customer service from Karan! He explained the different cases to me, and we found one that fit perfectly with my needs.

He also set me up with Apple Care for two years! Thanks Karan!

The staff at Jump+ were super helpful. There was an issue with my repair due to incorrect warranty dates and they told me how to go about sorting out that mistake so that my repair would be covered. It worked and then they when they did the actual repair it was super quick, went over the changes with me and now my phone works! Couldn't be more satisfied!

I've used Jump+ a couple of times now for laptop repairs and have been pleased with the communication, customer service, and transparency. I love that I can take my Apple products here and skip the Eaton Centre madness.

This was one of my worst customer service experience I've ever received. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this location. The technician who was to help me advised me that my phone is good and send me on my way. I then advised him the issue is not resolve and was told they are not able to address the actual issue as they have to follow apple policy. I was then told look into my issue for over 2 hours. I advised him i left the store at 2 and received a email 45mins later saying my phone is ready to be picked up. I kept trying to get the Jump plus to address my problem as something was draining my battery for my iphone 13pro. I was then told my the text if I don't stop he will ban me from the store. I said what? I apologized got into my car got the phone and called back apple care. Apple care advised me store was to just trade out my phone as there note says. Apple is currently sending me a new phone by fed X

My wonderful experience started when I heard how the customers were being treated from the moment i walked in. My sales associate Rolisha at the college location was informative, knowledgeable and patient with me. She was able to answer all of my questions which led me to buy my Mac. Great experience and I highly recommend. I wish I would have known there was a student discount as I'm currently back in school. Otherwise it was great!

They are an authorized apple service provider.
Couldn't get an appointment at Eaton's Centre for over a week, so I tried with Jump+. They answered my phone call and said I could do a walk in. I walked in for my broken iphone screen, and they fixed it! It was very easy, they fixed it within 2 hours.

The location was very clean and professional. The staff were super friendly. They charge the same price as getting serviced at the Apple Store.
My screen was fixed perfectly, and they didn't try to upsell anything else.

I visited Jump+ today and had an amazing experience with Karan at the Toronto College St location. I brought my laptop in for service and he walked me through the entire repair process. My laptop was an older late 2015 model with no warranty, but I am in good hands with the team over there. I was also in the market for a new laptop for my office and he walked me through all the models, new & refurbished, and gave me direction on which one would be best suited for my needs. He explained everything from A-Z and really made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. I walked in ready to make a purchase but still wanted to make sure that I was educated properly and Karan had my best interest at heart. It does take me time to make a decision, but with him talking me through my needs, i was ready to make a decision and purchased a laptop on the spot. I am typing away from my new device and I will continue to shop with him on my future needs. Thank You.

I booked a same day service appointment. Upon arrival to my appointment (ie. No advance notice) they indicated that they cannot guarantee the same day service and in fact they could not guarantee the service would be complete until 2 days later.

Poor service - online replies are great - but my name/number would have been on call display. Called for information and to potentially support a local business. All I got was attitude. We're all rusty but - moodiness is selfishness, when someone is just trying to enquire about your services and products. Appreciate the reply though.

My MacBook Pro had a warped battery, causing crazy things, like a warped case, trackpad that didn't perform, and a touch strip that acted like a strobe at a party!

The Jump+ Service Team acted quickly, and professionally. I was up and running with a machine that behaved like new within 2 hours.

Super convenient location. They can get busy so you may have to wait for help. But generally the staff are friendly and helpful.

If you're in a rush, call in advance and they can pull product for you, so you can to pay and go.

Best repair experience of my life. I brought my macbookpro in because there was a keyboard malfunction. Karan and his team did an exceptional job - was clear about what the problem likely was. They discovered a problem with the battery and the display and repaired my whole computer. It now works like it was supposed to. Best part is everything is so organized and quick so - the whole computer was fixed in 3 days.

Worst experience, came for trade in, I was told price equivalent to apple website consideing condition, associates are really rude & have 0 customer service. Need to learn how to speak with customers. The worst store I have ever dealt with.

Meh was my experience. I bought a macbook pro laptop and it seemed that most of the sales people just didn't want to be there. Seems like a lack of morale. Not great service overall.

I emailed with Jump+ asking if it's worth my time coming in to see if my charging cable was covered under AppleCare because there was physical damage. The person responded saying yes. So I went in and it turns out it's not covered. I wouldn't care if it wasn't covered, but don't waste my time!

I visited the store because I had a defective ipad pro screen and they said the problem was normal and that they could not replace my item (which was under apple care+). I left the store and immediately called apple support who gave me an appointment at genius bar at the Yorkdalle mall 30m after. I drove all the way there and of course got my iPad replaced because no, the problem was not normal, the display was defective. If you need assistance with your apple products, don’t waste your time visiting this store and go directly to apple. The unique positive point of my visit was that I was able to buy a new pack of Airtags, otherwise would be a total waste of time.

I would give them 0 out of 5 stats but that's not an option. The absolute worst repair place on the planet. They are super slow, scratched my MacBook in multiple spots and then tried to blame me. The manager that 'helped' me is the biggest joke. This place should be closed.

I would give no stars but the website will not allow this option. Seriously appalling service. I brought my laptop in for servicing and purchased a power cord on the same day. I then realize that the receipt for the power cord had someone else's name on it. I need the receipt to have my own name for reimbursement. I have been trying for 2 months to get a receipt with my name on it - dealt with an apple product professional and a service advisor. I still do not have the receipt. They do not even read the emails closely enough to understand what I am asking for. The service person just resent my receipt for the laptop servicing - no, I asked to have a receipt for the power cord with MY NAME ON IT. I get that it is v busy during COVID, but doesn't anyone make a to do list and then follow up? Is it really on me to extract a receipt from you when you made the mistake in the first place, which yes, says you do not pay attention to any details. Anytime you want to send the receipt over, please do.

I had worst experience with this company. I bought an I phone12 pro max. When I opened it at home there was a scratch on the screen and I took it back for next day and I told them there is a scratch on it and they said we can not change it for you. After 20 min discussion They refund Iphone and I paid $163.69 plus tax for refund penalty which wasn't my fault. I called Apple store and they said they are reseller and we can not do anything for you. I emailed head of Jumpplus office in Toronto and they said it is the policy of company and we cannot do anything. Eventually I have to work two days to make $163.69 plus tax to pay something that is not my fault. I have shared this story with my family, friends and all people who I know to understand if you get a problem apple product in JUMPPLUS, there is no one to help you.

Your diagnostics for my MacBook indicated an issue with the logic board, when I took the MacBook to apple it turned out that the logic board was fine and that there was an issue with the screen only, report was sent on nov 23 2020.

Ordered a Mac with them and was told it would take 2weeks for it to arrive, 25days later no call, no update. I called them today and the only answer I got was- it is on backorder, they don't even know when it will arrive. Very poor customer service. It is not that we are buying a bag of apples:) Avoid the store if possible.

They fixed my phone without an appointment and on a very thin timeline. Do plan ahead if you're going because the telephone support said it would be no problem but they do scheduled visits. Glad I got lucky.

They are pretty good in customer handling. I had an emergency to replace my cable as I am always on the move. Without seeing the bill they replaced me thw cable as it was in a warranty.

From going to Best Buy, The Source, and even Apple they all can’t beat the superb service you get here at Jump+. Everyone here is so helpful from the point you step in and they have all the knowledge and help without making you feel pressured. I, especially like working with Joseph. I can’t say anything more than he is brilliant and knowledgable and overall makes you feel like a human being and not a customer. The man knows his stuff. He has helped me many times and now my fiancé. Best place to go for anything Apple for products and service.
