I was sent here by Apple
for data loss of my notes and files
During transferring to a new phone
The guy kept clicking on I cloud nothing else he didn’t try hooking it up to iTunes nothing
He said he can’t help
And he didn’t wanna help me switch back to my old phone
Cause he said their wifi is slow and it’s gone take and hour to do
I’m like no wonder you have bad reviews
I drove all the way down to Vaughan mills for the guy to click on my I cloud a few times
I called Apple and gave them hell & they said they will take notes don’t go to this place there’s more talking & standing around then help I was there when the store opened they were standing around I had to go up to them and ask them hey I had a appointment at 11 lol thanks for nothing Simon

Well.i went to buy 2 iphones for my parents and there i met TONY (probably a new guy) who asked me questions and the main part which annoyed me was his behaviour as if i was fraudster. I asked him if he has black and white first he said yes and then after some time he said no he has on white colour. I asked him to bring one but later he told me he he will not give on my flexiti card as i was not having my physical card even tough i have a rich history on buying stuff from them. Following procedures are fine but saying lie on the face with such fake confidence is something that i hated. THANKS to JANNAT (sales representative) who recognized me and went extra mile to help me buying the 2 iphones. If anyone is listening please COACH TONY on how to not be so judgemental about the customers at the very start. Even tough i had id and other cards i think that boy has still work on his communication skills. Saying things like “I WONT BOTHER MY MANAGER FOR YOUR CONCERN” with arrogance is bit frustrating. Kudos to JANNAT though

Do not even waste your time. Most of their phones are attached to the table so you can't even take a good look at the back of them. I just wanted to compare the colors but the staff told me they can't even show the back of the phone to me even if they hold it in their hands. So much for trust and a good first impression. No way I am spending my 2500 dollars in here. Hold on to your phones harder.

Don’t waste your time with Jump+ and go to an actual Apple Store. Jump+ is incompetent!
Apple phone support rep sent me to your store to fix my IPhone 14 Pro. Your staff wasn’t confident that they can do a good job and told me that i am better of with an actual apple store. That’s because Jump+ had a lot of returning customers after they did the repairs!

This is a store that resells Apple. They are competitors with Apple stores. The variations are poorer though. You cannot order a custom Apple Watch here only with the strap it goes with, while you can do it in Apple Store. However the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Be warned! Although they are an authorized apple dealer, they do not provide the same great experience. They lack customer service skills, and this is from the manager straight to the employee I went in for a genius appointment and asked her 20 minutes of diagnostic testing. They deemed my phone defective and advised that I would be getting a new one. They told me to back up my phone and that they would call me in 3 to 5 business days when the new phone arrived. Today I get a call from Kiran who was so rude and disrespectful that that told me I would be getting my phone fixed instead of replaced. This made no sense to me so she referred me to the manager who was even more rude and more disrespectful I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever shop here do yourself a favour and go to the Apple store. Worst customer service ever manager and staff all need training.

Had a wonderful experience as I came to get 2 phones serviced over the weekend.jimmy and clay were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and accommodating- although the appointment for the second device wasn’t till the next day, they squeezed me in on the same day for my convenience.the store manager mark is also very personable, service oriented and wants his employees to be recognized for their efforts.thank you team

I recently tried to transfer data from my old iPhone 12 pro max to the iPhone 14 pro max. Much to my surprise my current phone had three failed errors when I tried to transfer the data and then proceeded to get stuck on my passcode. Every time I would enter my passcode I would get the gear symbol. I spoke to apple online and we tried to rectify the solution but when it still wasn't working they booked me an appointment at Jump+ as it was the only location with available appointments.

When I went for my appointment the individual had no idea what recovery mode was and was uninterested in what the technician on the chat had mentioned. I brought my computer to show them and they tried to shoo me out of the store and told me it would be an hour to fix. Well after an hour of going back and forth with them they tried to update my phone and it failed. I mentioned the recovery mode again and they refused to try it in front of me. I had had this issue on my phone in the past and lost everything on my phone. When I mentioned this the individual proceeded to show me how to buy more iCloud storage however they had no idea how to find the settings on my mac because it was "too old". As an apple technician its disappointing as they should be familiar with all apple products regardless of year.

At the end of the appointment the individual said there was nothing they could do and tried to wipe my phone. I am glad I did not let them because I went home, charged it fully, was able to get in and clean up my phone and do a back up, AND was able to do a software update today.

I will not go back and will next time wait for an appointment at upper canada as the last time this happened the technicians there at least sat beside me and walked me through everything instead of speaking down to me.

When using mall's gift cards, the staff said that only 50% could be used, because it was the store's policy, which made people confused. If your store has such a policy, please clearly issue it at the mall service counter.

Hi my name is Amet, I’m 40 years old and I’m living in Canada for 11 years. I do construction business and buy a new phone every year because my phone gets dirty or I drop it and need a new one every year. I have never encountered such treatment before. Today Nov, 23,2022 around 8pm I visited Jump+ Vaughan location. Because I checked the 14 Pro Max, they have in stock. And than I go there. I go inside and wait in line for somebody to help me, a young guy come and ask me what I need, I told him if they have a 14 Pro Max, he said yes we have. Than I said I want it. He directly ask me my ID, I give him but I say why you ask for ID? He say I want to see. And then he say how are you going to pay, I say with my card full payment because always I buy with full payment I don’t like pay monthly. He take my ID and Credit card he go on the computer and say one minute than he go inside for phone and he come say I talk to my manager we don’t want to sell you Phone. Some other customer was there and all of them look at me I get very very sad. I didn’t understand why I got treated like that for no reason? I have bought phones there before and was never asked for my ID or denied my purchase.

DO NOT GO HERE! The Assistant Manager is so rude. They have no idea what they are doing at this store. If you need to get your phone repaired go elsewhere. All they do is lie here, and then avoid accountability. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I normally don't review unless I absolutely need to. I had a fantastic experience at the Jump+ in Vaughan Mills. Mark went above and beyond, in helping me with my purchase, and explaining the ins/outs of exchanging my devices. I will definitely recommend Jump+. I would be remiss, if I did not call out Sara (one of the associates). She was phenomenal when it came to helping us out. She patiently took her time to take my wife through all the different options, and even helped me with my iPhone. One thing, that really hit the mark for me, was that they never got irritated with the 100's of questions I posed. I really appreciated that.

Thanks Mark & Sara! This is exactly what customer service is all about.

Honestly, please don’t waste your time coming here for a repair and just go straight to apple.

I brought my MacBook to get the keyboard replaced due to sticky keys, and they did the repair really quick so I was happy, but once I got home I realized that my Touch Bar wasn’t working at all. I contacted apple support a couple of times to see if they could help me fix it but nothing was working so I brought it back to Jump (less than a month later).

They then proceeded to call me saying that my logic board is having issues so I’d have to pay a fee to fix it. I explained to them that I never had issues with my Touch Bar before getting it repaired by them so it’s clearly something they did. The manager also said that I should have brought it back within 2 weeks because that’s their warranty with repaired items, but 1) no one told me that, and 2) I work from home which I need my laptop for so that’s why I tried to fix the issue on my own with apple.
They refused to acknowledge that it was their mistake and said Apple would not let them waive the fee so I had to call apple myself to get the fee waived.

Apple support was extremely helpful and agreed that it must be their mistake so they waived the fee for me but said I can take it to another store if I wished. Based on my experience I didn’t want them touching my laptop again so I picked it up so I could take it to Apple. Now my laptop isn’t turning on at all which they said is still due to the logic board issue, while still refusing to admit that it was something they did. This experience has just been so frustrating and I seriously wish that I took to apple directly in the first place.

Went in for a battery replacement for my iPhone 7. I waited around 2 hours for it. Everything was good and professionally done. My phone feels practically brand new.

I bought a charger here 3 weeks ago and it is broken, I came with a 1 year warranty but the employee never printed me a receipt. I realized this after I left. Hopefully they can exchange it when I return after lockdown.

I used this location a couple of times and I was totally impressed by their professionalism and more importantly their integrity. Just today I brought my phone in that wasn't working properly, the volume from all incoming calls was very low and I had been previously told that to fix this problem would cost $325 because they had to replace the screen, which I was fine with. Shortly after I left I received a call from their technician and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that all it needed was a good cleaning. It's their honesty that I really appreciated, they could of charged me $325 and I would of never of know the difference, way to go Jump. Thank you and I wish you all best with your business and continued success, you guys deserve it.

If you have Apple manufacturing issue, DO NOT go to Jump+. I was sent by Apple customer care, unfortunately service I received was way below average. Agent was rude and did not even entertain my concern properly. My trip to this store was a waste and eventually I had to book an actual apple store appointment. Especially if you have "butterfly keyboard
" issue, I suggest going directly to apple. This store charges $60 diagnostic fee for a manufacturing issue. Do not except "apple store quality" treatment here.

Extremely pleased with the service I received today at the Jump+ Vaughn mills location. I was experiencing stability issues with my new Macbook air. The sales rep Zedane and technical rep Nitesh were very helpful and they both help me out to get my Macbook air exchange since it was brand new.
