I had a great customer experience at the Bramp Bramalea City Centre Mall location. A young sales lead named Aahsan helped me to solve a problem with my screen protector. He had a wonderfully helpful personality, with amazing people skills and was an all around sales professional. If you need something from Apple and you are in Brampton, stop buy the Jump+ in Bramalea City centre Mall and ask for Aahsan!

I wish I could give this store Zero Star! Bery unhelpful staff and very rude especially the girl working in services section. Her name was Parol, i was talking to her and no one was behind me she very rudely cut me off and said you can leave now. She needs to fix her attitude or the store should take an action. She had zero customer service skills. I think they need to train their staff properly for better customer service. I would highly recommend to not ever visit this store. I bought brand new iphone they gave me defaulted one.

I visited Jump Plus Brampton and left with a experience beyond words alone. I was assisted by Johnny and Parul while on my visit to be assisted with a troubling phone issue. Upon arriving, I was immediately catered to by Johnny who then referred me to Parul. I must say, I remain blown away with the utmost care, consideration, respect, courtesy, compassion, regard, time invested, thorough application to rendering resolve, core laboring and efforts to more than cater to delivering a amazing outcome. I was saved mega time and had a overturn in my entire outlook of what I had set out for with waiting time on the whole to diagnose my cell issue. It seemed to be the culture / principle of the associates at this store to come together and cater to presenting excess comfort and peace of mind as I was a bit concerned having my 6 year old daughter and hubby wait for the anticipated long process to be completed but as I finished my business there in a super exceedingly quick time frame, I couldn't help notice about 3 other employees communicating with my daughter and hubby within such ease and joy so this rewarding experience leaves us all with utter gratitude - respect and regard for this location and the entire team for the incredible collaborative efforts extended in each of the individuals roles on the whole. We are beyond grateful for the service we encountered. Thank you Jump Plus Brampton team, especially Parun and Johnny for such expert service.

No appointments available for any day. Appointments are only available at 10am (girl told me at the counter) and then you can’t book yourself. Do yourself a favour and go to actual Apple Store! Zero service!

Staff is really rude. On the time of purchase they were not described the fully features of Airpods along with terms and conditions. When you want to excahnge or replace your product even in the next day they said they can’t help you.

Customer service is bad. When I entered the store most of the employees where gathered together and talking. And when I asked for any deals. The one of the guys just rudely replied. And then go back to the other employees and start talking together. Over bad experience. Not recommended

Customer service is atrocious! Went to buy a JBL headphones and ask one of the associates (curly black hair young lady) she said she was busy. Went to the counter to try to get someone else to assist with my purchase and the other young lady (black hair, pale skin) was brutally dismissive and clearly did not want to be there. I wish people in retail would understand that customers are not there to annoy them and when they ask questions is because they need help with the items in the store. AVOID this place and go elsewhere as there is a lot of options out there

Poor customer service. Was in the line for the service of AirPods then a CSR comes and say that no more walk-in are accepted. There was no big line. Respect the time of customers.

I had some issues with my Mac book air. Although they charged me $60 plus taxes even I have apple care, but still good customer service. My device’s problem solved and Johnny helped me with patience and care. He is so knowledgeable and helped me fixing many things. Thank you so much again for your help.

If there would have been 0.1 stars i would have given that. The guy misguided me because he did not want to sell the product. I understood his intention at the moment but couldn’t do anything. Other staff members also supported him. Suggestion- keep the products for yourself and sell to each other. No need to open the store for customers. Worst experience ever. Liars filled store.

I'm not sure why they have a business phone number. I called them at different times, during an entire week and was never able to get anyone on the phone. I left two messages and no one returned my call. I had to go in person. When i visited the store, agents are just walking or standing around when they are not busy. Apple needs a better dealer to represent them in Brampton.

Needed new battery for my phone. Found this place booked appointment online. Answered all the appropriate questions. Showed up next day for the appointment and waited 10 mins while one employee spoke to another customer while 3 others stood around doing nothing. Not their job to help a customer apparently, but standing around chatting is? Finally speak to the rep. She asks me all the exact same questions I was asked when booking the appointment. Took about another 10 mins. She then tells me the repair will take 1-2 hours. (Specifically scheduled the appointment so I could go on my lunch break because the website says most repairs take “about an hour”. Battery replacement is simple so figured was included in this time frame.) Has me sign the work order then says “I’ll have to go and see if we have the battery in stock”. Shouldn’t that be the FIRST thing you did before doing all the paperwork? ! Anyway, I KNEW what was coming! She comes back and says “No we don’t have one in stock we can order one and it will take 3-5 days and then we can call you to come back in for the repair”. Not happy but OK. THEN she says “I need your device now for about half an hour to do “diagnostic” tests on it before I can order the battery! Excuse me? ! I have to waste another 30 mins while you do tests before you can order a battery, then wait 3-5 days for it to come in and then take ANOTHER 1-2 hours to have it installed? ! Spoke to the supervisor who said it’s policy. They can’t order a battery without doing the diagnostic tests first. Ok so that means as you hadn’t done tests you knew you didn’t have one in stock? No, we sometimes do have them in stock. (How do you sometimes have them in stock if you can’t order them without a device serial number and diagnostic test? !) OK so I’ll wait until you get more in stock and then you call me and let me know it’s in and I’ll come back and you can put it in. No, we can’t reserve one for you! What a bunch of clowns. Went to another outlet in the mall and had one installed for the same price in less than half an hour total. Stay clear of these people they have no clue about customer service.

I drove an hour to the Brampton location because no one answers the phone. When I arrived I was told they do not carry the Apple Watch 6, at all, whatsoever. Online it shows this to be the only location which had them in stock.
A total disappointment for my first Apple experience.

I wish there were no stars as I don’t want to give them even one star. I visited this store in Bramalea for an iPhone return bought by my son. Employee name " Ahsaan" was very rude and like to involve in unnecessary and derogatory comments. Even after I pointed out his I’ll mannered behaviour he became more obnoxious. Never will go back to this place.

Worst customer service that never pick call or reply back your email trying to get fix my airpods and stuck with them. Now i think i have to go to store again to atleast talk to them.
