I went to inquire about Macbooks and Apple watch, the employees were super friendly and supportive. Especially employees named Satyam and Dhawal went out of their way to help my friends and me.

I had a really great experience at the store. Mr. Ripan was really helpful and patient with me. He is really knowledgeable as well. He gave me his honest opinion and suggested me a good product based on my need.

Just want to reminder: reseller’s return policy is totally different: you cannot return it, even at the same day. But you will be able to return it at the real Apple Store in Waterloo if you buy products there.

Also a question for Google why it gives this reseller as a search result of key word “Apple Store”? It is just a reseller.

Ripan is very helpful sales representative and he help me a lot in purchasing very first I phones product.

I went to this location for a repair through AppleCare on my MacBook Air. They told me that AppleCare refused to cover the repair and I’d have to pay $800 to get it fixed. I called AppleCare myself, and they sent me a box to ship it to Apple directly. Apple covered it under AppleCare despite this store trying to tell me they wouldn’t. Don’t go here as they’ll try to trick you into an expensive repair you can get through Apple directly.

I recently visited this store after awhile to get my device looked at because it kept shutting down. Octavian was so helpful and friendly with helping me out with it

I have been to your store for a connector problem see have you ever tried to fix my phone jut try to steal me I have been to another store and it my not even charging to repair and my phone is like new

I went in with my phone because it was super glitchy and not sending me notifications for certain apps. And Yagna Mrinal, the technician there fixed it up for me super fast and didn’t charge me anything. Overall super friendly guy and fixed my phone super fast as well.

I went to got a three pair headphones but one it was broken when we went back to see if we can get an exchange and the staff said they will see the manager but the manager is supposed to come and see their costumer to under stand the problem and what happen they didn’t even give us our 30 dollars back that we spent on a broken headphones.

Had a great experience today at Jump+. I was in great confusion while stepping into the store that if I should purchase a windows laptop over MacBook Pro. A big thanks to Yagna for the detailed explanation to all my queries. Kudos to your knowledge over the Apple products.
