Everything fine except for their no returns policy… either the apple watch they sold me has an issue with charging, the cord is faulty, or their brand of charging block is just junk. Either way, my only frustration is fighting to charge the actual product!

Came into the store with my smashed iPhone, looking to get a new one. Jess came to the rescue with honest and excellent recommendations. She pointed us in the right direction with apple care after having two broken phones this year. Thanks again Jess!

Grasping for answers! Everything in here meticulously miraculous. Organized, Duty free, Blessed, even the customers are helpful! Truly changed when i walked past the display of devices.so many devices! A huge selection of everything.and tons of devices.loved clicking and scrolling for what felt like eons.even the buttons were helpful! Excellent recommendations from the staff and customers.even the security escorted me out in such a hostile and gentle manner! Only because it was time to close up shop.would give more stars if possible - even the staff was helpful! Walking past the devices gave me such a childlike sense of glee i haven’t been able to access in over 40 years.thank you jump plus hamilton lime ridge mall for helping me access blocked memories (due to years of ice skate) and thank you to all the devices for such a ferociously stimulating experience. If i could give 20 stars i would. If i could give 40 stars, i’d be ecstatic.if i could give a million stars to ten million jump plus guys i would be over the moon and back 5 times.thank you to tim cook for creating the product that enabled jump plus hamilton to reach for the heights.the heights of which no other retail store could ever dream to achieve.my only criticism? More love than ever before! Thanks to the little cardboard tube dressed as a child, i’ve never felt more alive.would love to return, but the CEO of the company has banished me to the shadow realm. If you are going here cause it’s an Apple approved affiliate, DO NOT. Drive the extra 20 minutes to Mapleview. I have apple care and they told me my phone could not be fixed (without even looking at it) and that they would have to replace it, and that it’s just cheaper for apple to replace it then fix it. This would have cost either $39 if I wasn’t at fault or $129 if they found water damage etc. (this is cause I have apple care, if I didn’t they said I would have to buy a new phone). They said if I chose to go to Apple they will tell me the same thing. The guy (Jay) was nice enough but the whole thing felt off so I went to Mapleview as a walk-in and they fixed it for free. They even included a new battery since mine was losing its charge. Do not go here if you can at all avoid it!

Recently, I had the opportunity of interacting with a customer support agent on the phone, and it was an incredibly positive encounter. The guy I spoke with was really understanding and assisted me in finding a solution to my problem. A potentially tense situation was made better by their thorough explanations and attention to my questions.

The representative's professionalism and dedication stood out, even though I didn't get their name. They are an invaluable asset to your business, and I heartily endorse their top-notch customer support.

Really frustrating experiences.

Bought a new MacBook Pro. Took it home and turned it on to discover a “battery issue” warning upon starting. Took it back to the store on the same day, but was told that I needed to book a “diagnostic appointment” in order to be served. I informed the clerk that I would rather have a new laptop than a repair, but she said I needed to go through this absurd process. Waited at the desk another 20 mins until my appointment but nobody showed. Repeatedly looked over by multiple available staff during that time.

Staff needs some serious customer service training. Two individuals sitting at the desk right in front of a staff member waiting for service, but he’d rather twiddle his thumbs and stumble around.

Stick to the real Apple Store folks.

I cannot say enough about my experience and the customer service I received from Joseph D. I am very indecisive at times and I asked so many questions that most people would have been annoyed with me. Joseph answered every single one and was honest and patient. I changed my mind several times and again he was patient. He laughed and talked to me like a friend. I felt I could trust what he was saying and not once did I feel rushed or that I was being pressured into getting anything. I ended up getting a new phone and switching providers. If you need a phone or have any questions go to Jump+ at Limeridge and ask for Joseph D. AMAZING experience!

Went there to have my daughters phone fixed last second the team was able to give me an appointment and help me through resetting my child’s phone -Nick the service tech did fantastic within the hour called me back. Thanks again team

Despite the extremely rude and negative reviews from entitled people online, my experience at Jump+ has been nothing but positive, all the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful towards my many, many, questions. The store is filled with joy and enthusiasm, every staff member has been nothing but amazing, regarding both customer service and just general niceness, especially towards me and my young age. Daniel, is one of the best people i’ve come in contact with in the retail industry, he answered my every question with ease and extreme positivity. I’ve come in not once but maybe three times now and never left without a purchase, my products are amazing and I have absolutely no regrets (iPad Air 5, Macbook Air M2), the store manager (Belinda, I think) is extremely caring and positive and clearly knows how to run a business. The Technician Tyler is awesome at his profession and extremely knowledgeable too, I has a question and instantly got an extremely detailed and stress relieving response. If I could say 10 Stars I would.

This is a difficult one, I wish I could give it a better review. I needed help getting my iPad unlocked. When I arrived there were 5-6 staff members just standing around talking to one another and when I was approached it felt like they didn't want to do anything because I didn't have an appointment. Thankfully they provided me the service, but it cost me $20 and I was treated like I had stolen my iPad, like they didn't believe it was my child who locked me out and asked me several times if I even knew my login information. On top of that when I went to pick it up, no one helped me finish getting it set back up or signed in. It was like "here you go and you're on your own. "

I was in to inquire about some new products. I had been served by MATT, and he was very helpful. INFORMATIVE, and was able to demonstrate these products for me to understand how well the features on phone/iPad worked! I am VERY HAPPY with my purchases today!

10/10 Great experience. Service was great, and was done quickly. Got all of my questions answered. I was approached by Daniel, Jade and Jared. They were very friendly and got my problem solved right away. Would recommend coming back here for all future repairs.

The most shameless and fraud peoples in Hamilton Location. I told them just check your camera for reference. Especially the old guy sales man. Visit 1 hour ago in the store Joseph don’t wanna give us a cable after spent 1160$ on new iPhone. Don’t recommend anymore this store. Old guy is racist bcz he did the partiality because we are immigrants may be that is why? Sorry guys Theif store

My buddy bought iPhone 13 mini brand new. Not display or used model. Brand new one. The old guy in the store steal cable from the box. When we requested to Joseph please check the camera he said that we can't. I understand these peoples are racist and did partially. Don't recommend anymore

Extremely friendly service. Gave great advice and how I can update my iMac which I was told otherwise was not possible. Staff were very friendly and assisted in answering every question.

Very good experience. I went in to replace my Mac computer fully expecting to have to spend $2000+. Service rep Daniel suggested I purchase a Mac Mini instead which saved me a lot of money. He had no reason to suggest this to me other than he is very good at his job. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Helpful, Friendly, BUT…

I came in with a dead iPhone and the girl who helped me was very friendly and confident in telling me that my phone was dead and probably needed replacing. She gave me some good options for purchasing a new device which included checking with Rogers (who I got the device from) first…. So I walked around the corner to Rogers to see if my phone was still under warranty….

To my surprise the Rogers guy had my phone working in less than two minutes…. He had done a hard reset and it powered back up right away… he swapped my SIM card back and I was thrilled to have it working again with no cost.

I figured I should go back to tell the Jump+ employee about the hard reset as I assumed she had never heard of it and to give her an option if anyone else came in with a similar problem. I was surprised to hear that she knew exactly how to do it but hadn’t tried…. She told me that she didn’t try it because “if there was a problem w the hardware that it might just happen again”.

Perhaps I’m ignorant but even if that were true (and there is a hardware issue) and the phone died again, at least I’d 1) know how to do a hard reset on my phone without having to bring it in and 2) it saved me from believing I had to spend hundreds of dollars to replace my phone and that doing so was the only option. If the phone died again at least I’d know for sure that everything had been done to save it.

I’m posting this here because I wanted to email the manager directly (w helpful info for their staff) but when I clicked on the link to the website it came to a dead link that just said “Thanks for visiting. We’re ONLINE”…. No option for contact or help.

Hopefully this helps someone and if your phone dies try a hard reset first before buying a new phone …. LOL. For employees who are kindly brought a correction by a customer I would suggest Re-evaluating the new information before justifying why you didn’t do it.

The hard reset would not have put me in any worse of a position that I was already in (DEAD PHONE), but it could have saved my phone (which it did after taking it to Rogers). A customer will always appreciate you trying every option before telling them the “bad” news:)

Every time I visit the store I get to deal with the AMAZING Daniel! The most genuine and the most friendliest guy that’s always ready to help my family with our needs! Our first purchase with him was an IPad Air in which he explained every little detail about the device and paired it with accessories that we definitely needed to maintain our new IPad. The second purchase was yesterday for a new phone for my mom. Walked in and Daniel remembered us right away, who we were and came to help us, we also had the pleasure of meeting Jaden, another AMAZING associate that was over the top friendly and help accommodate us, even thought we’re not the most easiest people to deal with. None the less as consumers we made a mistake in judgement of our purchase and Jaden went ABOVE and BEYOND and pulled some strings and made everything happen for us! We’re super thankful to have met these two wonderful gentleman, and their hard work and kindness cannot go unnoticed! If anyone from head office sees this, please recognize them and reward them as they made my experience at Jump Plus the best it’s ever been. Coming from someone who’s worked in retail for many years you don’t meet a lot of genuine and kind associates that will invest all of their efforts and time into making the experience more enjoyable, as well as, leaving more then happy! Please if anyone is ever planning to visit Jump Plus at Lime Ridge Mall you MUST ask for Daniel or Jaden and I promise you, you will not leave disappointed!

Very rude staff and has no idea about their company policies. No courtesy or respect for the customer. Their executive Bill in particular has no idea about how to talk to a customer. They are just en cashing Apple’s brand value. Would not recommend this place.

During my last visit, Some Employees were behaving like they were volunteering. No professionalism or intention to understand situation and help. I had Apple watch 6 and it stopped working in just 14~15 months and the big guy (employee) was treating me like it was my fault for not getting Apple care.
*Appointments are not walking, their website was buggy when I checked last time and I couldn’t choose date for appointment from my phone.

Some employees attitude needs to seriously change considering they are in with Apple not just 3rd party store.

Bill was the customer service executive i dealt with and he is the rudest person i would have ever met. Horrible customer service right from when you walk in the store. They should learn how to behave with customers. Bought an i phone and airpods and now returning both will prefer to buy from another location but now from them. They treat you like they are doing a favour by selling you a product. Please dont visit this location and spoil your day.

Brought in iPhone for service. They did what they said they would do in the expected time given, for the quoted price.

Only concern was they asked if I was comfortable giving my password? That struck me as odd. I obviously said no.

If I had wiped my phone, I guess a non issue.
But with all the personal information on these phones, why would they even want to ask if they can do the job without the passcode? They really want to take that responsibility?

They don't really care if you want to spend $2,000 at their store, very unkind staff, and are surprisingly uninformed about their own products! There is no feeling of being wanted as a customer as of recently especially, it took several attempts for them to take my business seriously and to even check out when I knew what I wanted.

When I used to walk into the store I would be greeted with a smile and immediately asked how I could be helped out, now it feels like I have to beg them to take my business seriously.
