Frankly, I'm grateful to be alive. The fixtures at this location are stunning. What's more is the incomparably diverse selection of gizmos and gadgets. Including a wide array of accessories for each gizmo and each gadget. The air just feels different in this store. I can only compare it to the first breath of crisp fall air after overcoming a sinus infection - and even that cannot encapsulate the euphoria this shop thrusts upon me. Sometimes at night I get scared. This store has well-educated staff at the ready to help you with any questions you may have about gadgets, gizmos, or gadget and gizmo accessories. They are extremely patient and showed me what all the knobs and buttons on each gadget and gizmo can do. No complaints from me. I've never complained a day in my life anyway. This location had just found itself a new repeat customer! My only complaint? The staff need more eye-catching and dazzling uniforms. I kept asking customers about gizmos and they had no clue what the hell they were talking about. No complaints about this expertly-run retail store. I would love to return to this location, but each time I do the 4 walls around me creep a little closer. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING JUMP PLUS GUELPH!

We dealt with Ryder at Jump+ today and he was so amazing! He went above and beyond and then some to help us fix our phone problem-he even spoke with customer support and used his own phone to fix the problem.
In this day and age its hard to get any service at most places let alone good service but Ryder truly showed that he cared and was willing to help us with a very poorly timed mishap. We need more Ryders in the world for sure!

Brought in my airpod pros. My one side had the crackling issue. The team greeted me in a timely manner (within seconds of walking in). I explained my issue. They walked me through the steps and and instead of fixing one airpod, they replaced both so that the issue doesn't come back. They gave me an eta and it came back even faster than that. Overall happy with the services. Wish I could remember the staffs name to shout them out but again they were amazing to deal with.

Store Associate George was fantastic in helping me with an order for Apple Air Tags. He kept me updated on the status of the order to make sure we would have them in time for a planned trip. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. The part that impressed me the most was his communication. That is sometimes hard to find these days and George went above and beyond. I strongly recommend you ask for him if you need any help at the Stone Road Mall location.

While there are definitely some friendly people working there my experience was not the best to say the least. I brought in a MacBook with water damaged and was told it would be fixed by the next weekend. I hadn’t heard any news or updates, so I called the store (no answer) then emailed them. I got ahold of the store manager who told me the parts for my Mac were dead on arrival (of course not their fault). Was told they would receive new parts by Friday or Monday latest. I emailed again on the Tuesday and was told the parts had not arrived and the store manager would message me with updates. 23 days after I brought my decide I finally called Apple, who told me Jump had finished my repairs 6 days earlier (they didn’t leave a voicemail even though they told Apple they had or contacted me at all). I picked up my laptop only to find out they changed my password and didn’t tell me. I called them and they had no info on their case notes, so the worker had to ask around to see if anyone knew my password. We ended up having to guess it. I received an email from the store manager today at 14: 40 (5 minutes before I had actually picked up my laptop) saying the parts came in and it was ready, despite Apple having called them in the morning and then saying it was done the week before. Overall not the best experience - wish Guelph had an Apple store.

Great employees. I had issues with my laptop and they were quick to fix. The initial repairs didn't work but I brought it back in and they fixed it again within a couple days free of an additional charge. They were very accommodating and helped make this a stress free ordeal. Thanks!

Needed a new phone after mine was partially destroyed. From the people on the sales floor to the techs that went above and beyond to transfer my old data to the new phone purchased, Jump+ service was top notch while being friendly and kind, and most importantly, genuinely caring of my predicament.

I bought an iPad mini the day before yesterday at the Guelph location. I was told the iPad mini would do absolutely every thing my iPhone does except make phone calls and the next day it turns out it will not send text messages to non apple phones like my iPhone does. The manager Natasha and the assistant manager James will not take it back, they would not even take it back when I offered to pay a restocking fee, then I offered to pay a restocking fee and they could keep the remaining money on file for future use and they would not even do that. The store holds the consumer 100% responsible for the purchase even if their staff make a small mistake. Do your self a huge favour as a Guelph resident and make the 30 minute drive the Conestoga Apple location. If you by it directly from Apple items can be returned without question and you can avoid accidentally getting stuck with a product or being held responsible for the staffs training errors at Jump Plus

My apologies but I do have to correct your information here. I described the use of the iPad as not being in proximity to the phone and the phone being left in the console of my work truck, meaning that it could not be tethered to the phone and needed to perform all communications responsibilities of an iPhone with the exception of making a phone call. It was only after the product was opened while I was in the store the next day and your staff member Liam couldn't figure out why it would not text an SMS number as discussed when sold to me the day before that James was brought out from the back of the store and explained that it could not do it. It was at this point after the product had been purchased and opened that I was made aware that the iPad was not capable of the functions I had described. James contacted Natasha to inquire about me returning the product, even with a restocking fee and got back to me the next day stating that Jump Plus could not work with me in any way or provide and consideration for this. Understandably so I was upset that there was no reasonable solution even with my offers as outlined above trying to work with the store on this. While James may have misconstrued this as belligerence I can assure you when most customers are treated like this for trying to support local retailers on the end of a pandemic and have these sorts of policies with lack of cooperation or accountability thrown in their face they don't take loosing 1K lightly or in stride, they are upset, and calling it belligerence to be able to hide behind another policy to cease interaction is in keeping with supporting the no returns policy. Please have all your information accurate when responding to these. We all make mistakes. It is how we remedy these mistakes that defines us as people and businesses that we should trust dealing with. 30 minutes away is the Apple Store in Conestoga. Make the drive and don't possibly be left victim to their zero returns policy. At very least it covers you in case you change your mind or if the sales person makes an innocent mistake as Apple has a 2 week satisfaction policy for returns even if the item is opened. The staff were great, knowledgeable and polite but one lack of detail/knowledge created this entire issue, make the drive.

Daniel served me today when I visited with an airpod in need of a repair. He couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I wasn't even charged for the repair. Jump+ Guelph really is a fantastic store and I highly recommend it.

I was having an issue with one of my AirPods, not knowing whether it wasn’t accepting a charge or whether the AirPod Case wasn’t charging the AirPod. I went in and was told that the diagnostic would be free but if it needed replacing they would be a charge as it was out of warranty. Within two hours they called me and said that there was a recall from Apple, they would BOTH be replaced at no charge, and it would take up to five business days. 48 hours later, they called me to come in and pick up my AirPods. Very impressed. Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment online to have iPhone battery replaced. Arrived on scheduled day and they took all my info etc.

I asked how long it would take and the manager went to the back to ask. The manager came back and informed me that they didn’t have any batteries but could order one and I could come back in 3-5 business days.

It wasn’t like I walked in unscheduled and expected to have this work done.

The online scheduling service was specifically for battery replacement.

I ended up going to Apple (as I should have to being with).

They saved my Macbook Air! I only got it 2 months ago. (Not from here) 24hrs prior it had kept prompting me for a keychain password. The screen would freeze and lag. The pop ups would not go away. This morning the screen was completely black! I brought my device to jump just this morning and in less than the quoted time (3-5 business days) they fixed my mac in less than 24hrs! I’m so happy. Thank you to the assistant Manager James and tech. Will! I will be back. I feel so relieved. Thank you, thank you so much! You made my day.

I've been working with the Jump+ Guelph location for a number of months for both business and personal orders. Their service is excellent and delivery/response is exceptionally timely. 0 stars if I could! Horrible communication skills, never keeps their customers updated, and will come up with any/every excuse to avoid accountability! I went in to get the screen replaced on my iPhone and ended up completely frustrated, brushed aside, and forced to take a new unusable phone TWO MONTHS later. The manager, Natasha, made sure to give me false wait times, never checked back in when I was told they would, and lots of attitude behind the counter the whole journey! My phone was returned to me with no working home button, so they informed me a replacement phone was on its way in the mail. The phone finally came the day before I was set to leave the country & was completely unusable due to being locked by a US carrier. I told them I wanted to keep the original phone they broke to keep my photos/data, but they forced me to wipe it all clean and trade it in for the unusable one. I drove 10 hours & spent a whole week without any way to contact anyone because I had a phone that wouldn't even open. I ended up having to buy a brand new iphone from an apple store at my destination. Thanks for my $1500 screen repair & wasted time.

Zero stars! Brought in my Macbook when it stopped turning on. The associate at the store took my laptop to the back, came back out and told me it would cost $40 to backup my data, $60 to run the diagnostic, and upwards of $600 for the repair.
When i asked follow-up questions the store associate was acting very sketchy. I had a bad feeling so i left and went to the Apple Store to get a second opinion.
In about 5 minutes the Genius at the Apple Store was able to fix my computer. There was an issue with the brightness.
If i had trusted the Jump store, i would have spent $700 + tax, on a 2014 Macbook that was completely fine! This may have been a one-off mistake and not a total scam but regardless this would have been a HUGE error on Jumps part. I will never go here again, and suggest seeking professional help with any tech issues instead of trusting this place.

Dropped of a headset under warranty and said I was going to be contacted the next day. It’s been almost a week now. Tried to call multiple times and no answer. Tried to leave a msg but mailbox is full every time. Not to happy with this customer service. Take your products elsewhere and save the hassle. Hope this helps anyone

Very poor service. They are super slow we were there to fix our iPhone problem,
Our appointment was at 2: 40pm and they took us in at 3: 10pm we waited for 30 min so what's the point to book an appointment?

Seems like they didn't know much about iPhones and screen issues. I think instead of repairing my phone they just messed it up. They are charging $45 for back up and $365 to change screen!

I was hoping for an experience similar to Apple genius bar but this was definitely not the same. Apple should definitely work on their customer service! Disappointed!

Got an SDD upgrade for my Mac Mini Late 2014. They did a great job and are very efficient. The tech who installed the drive and setup, clearly communicated the work done.

The Administrator Emma is very amenable and thorough with her work and takes good care of customers. I did not have an appointment but she still took care of the work needed on my Mac and for that I am grateful.

Definitely a great place for Apple Upgrades/ repairs.

I go to jump plus to replace cable because it was not working due to some problem and there was no crack on cable and not broken and i will attach picture so you can see.but the store main employee refuse to exchange with new one and said it was broken so that was crazy experience with jump plus. Whereas when i go back to bust buy where i buy this cable and let them know that they are not replacing it and that time best buy employee give me new cable on the spot.i will go to best buy in future and dont want to go jump plus.

I would like to congratulate the Jump management as I particularly want to acknowledge the amazing service that I have recently received from Emma (Customer Service) & Adam (Tech Service) both at the Guelph location. They were both exceptional to my customer experience. Emma is great at customer support and has a really good knowledge of the products in the store and gave her honest reviews! Adam really took his time to explain and answer all the questions I had for a laptop service issue that he was working on for me. In the time of a global pandemic where we are all facing a tough phase, it is amazing to witness good service and it deserves a long winded review like this:)

I booked an appointment and still waited almost an hour for someone to help me. The guy I talked to wasn’t friendly and although I will say he was clearly knowledgeable on how to go through the process (props for that), I was really stressed about needing a repair and he was really blunt and short with me about it. I’m not saying the store is terrible, but it could definitely use some upgrades. I get that everyone has hard days but I destroyed my computer dude, I’m having a hard day too and I was friendly to you.

Decent shop with some nice staff. However i don’t believe they even try to fix anything in-shop.i brought my watch in for a repair as the watch was boot looping.they told me that they couldn’t fix it, because it was boot looping so they’d have to send it in.like, why didn’t you tell me that before i dropped it off?

still, that was the only hiccup i’ve experienced with these guys.if your looking to get a repair, swing by and see if they can’t help you.otherwise, there are plenty of local repair shops that do an amazing job for less than a quarter of the price.

I went in today explaining to the cashier or whoever was helping me that I needed a new charger as mines was busted. He eagerly got me the right voltage and handed me the new one, I gave him the old one and asked him to dispose of it.he could clearly see I didn't have any wires and didn't bother asking i needed some either.

When someone hands me a box and says thats the charger I assume a wire is included. Now I'm stuck at home with a dead battery and an essay due tomorrow. No problem fixed. Please don't rush your clients and pay attention/ask questions to those who are inexperienced! I thought a $100 charger would come with the wires not just this big brick.

The co-workers I had over the last year were absolutely phenomenal and literally like family to me. However, management needs a SERIOUS upgrade. My mental health declined greatly in the year I had worked here because of the bullying I received from the district manager and the awful supervision under Sebastian. I’m surprised he still has a job due to a sales associate quitting during corona because he repeatedly said he couldn’t handle being at work and was the only one asked back. Myself and another technician quit within the last month, and another sales associate! That’s 4 this year because of the AWFUL management at this place.
Along with literally being sworn at by customers and having zero compensation for the work we do. This is NOT a minimum wage job when I was literally APPLE certified. No merit raises, no compensation for increased expectations.

Absolutely fabulous customer service! Virgil was extremely accommodating in helping me with my MacBooks broken WiFi. They were super patient and knowledgable in advising and helping navigate the stress of broken tech and the affiliation with AppleCare. He even ran the diagnostics early to confirm the issue. Lo and behold, Virgil's initial prediction with the issue was correct! Laptop is now back in from servicing, up and running, and they even complimentarily restored all of my files. Overall I'd 100% recommend this location, super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

Staff should be more upfront with clients

1.told would fix under Apple care

2.called and told lodgic board showed some signs of water damage and would change logic board for 379.00

3.called and told Apple care would not cover logic board and would be 600.00 plus 300 labour

4.called to say it would be 2100 to fix and to come pick up.

So you say a 2 year old laptop with Apple care cannot be fixed - took to another mac repair depot and they replaced lodgic board for 800 told me upfront and fixed for quote

I had a fall a couple of months ago and face planted both my face and the front of my iPhone 7Plus on the sidewalk. The reverse camera was destroyed, so I took it into Jump Plus Guelph to see if it could be fixed. I met with Jordan and Baraa, both of whom were terrific- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, very pleasant to deal with. A couple of hours later I got a call from Bridgette, who said that the reverse camera had been fixed but that the front camera was not working. She called me a bit later to say that they couldn't fix the problem so would give me a new 7Plus, for the same price that a replacement reverse camera would have been. I picked up the new phone later that day. All in all a very satisfactory outcome. Shortly thereafter, after the store had reopened, I made an appointment to talk to someone about some transfer issues. I met with David, who was also wonderful, and he helped me with all of my issues. I have recommended Jump Plus Guelph to many people.
(I will be in this week to get an Apple watch, as my Fitbit burned my arm.)

My family has had nothing but very positive experiences with Jump+, be it fixing broken laptops or purchasing accessories. The mall experience is, in general, distasteful but on numerous occasions, the staff have been pleasant and courteous and the technical folk in the backroom have been generous with their advice. I would guess they have saved me more than a thousand dollars by pointing out recall (meaning free) fixes I was unaware of. Three people, four broken machines, all fixed.highly recommended.

I broke the screen on my iPhone. I emailed jump plus in the stone rd mall and Sebastian got back to me very quickly via email. I was pleasantly surprised! He told me to call the store to set up an appointment and they would see what they could do for me. Amidst the Covid crisis they were very busy with other repairs, but he assured me they would do their best. Today I brought in my phone at 1230pm and spoke with Reuben and he said they would do their best to get the phone back to me as I am a front line worker who needs their phone. The receipt said the turn around would be 1-2 days. At 430pm that same day Reuben called me to tell me my phone was fixed and ready for pick up. I never leave reviews online, but these two employees went above and beyond, really helping me in my time of need. Great work you two! Thank you very much!

If you have an issue with a charging port (or potentially other parts issues), DO NOT GO HERE. I was told by Jump+ that a pin was broken in my iPhone charging port, preventing my phone from charging - which was true. But their solution was for me to give up and buy a new phone, saying it was completely unfixable because of this? ! I was then told that since my phone had died and the port wasn't working, there was no way to recover any data that I hadn't yet backed up. All of this turned out to be patently untrue.

I brought my phone into SNR Guelph and they promptly told me that the charging port part was replaceable and fixed it within an hour, for an incredibly reasonable price.

The person I dealt with at Jump+ was very nice and apologetic, so I don't fault them. They were likely told that this problem was unfixable and didn't know any better. Shame on Jump+ as a company for maximizing profit over customers' property. Their 'solution' effectively held my phone's contents hostage and would've forced me to fork out a lot of money for a new phone.

I completely understand that you may be under the restrictions imposed by Apple, however the employee in question was not forthcoming in explaining this and explicitly stated that my phone was *physically impossible* to fix, which as you've acknowledged, is not the case.

I am a front line health care worker. My phone died and was in need of repair. In the midst of a pandemic, on a weekend, the staff at Jump Guelph (Sebastian and Reuben) stepped up and had my phone fixed in an hour or two. I was able to have my phone, with it's medical references ready for my shift the next day. Thank you!

My 2015 i-Mac was slowing down. Henry suggested a solid state drive and recommended one for me to buy. He installed it and the difference is UNBELIEVABLE, my machine has never been faster. Great service and done quickly!

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve attended this location a total of three times. Every time I’ve been forced to go to the apple store in Kitchener. Staff are very dismissive of issues and offer little to no help in my experiences. Go to Kitchener and save your time.

So pleased with the service here! I came in with fears of a 600 dollar laptop issue and left with a small issue fixed on site without any wait (which is a huge plus when you're a student who can't live without a laptop). My wife dropped off her phone there that she purchased new and they told her it had been “tampered” with so it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. She then went to the Apple Store where they confirmed Jump had literally done nothing. They let us know the phone hadn’t been tampered with and replaced her phone. Wouldn’t recommend this store for ANY warranty related claims.

Took our mac book there to investigate the issue. They found nothing and charged us $60 plus tax for looking. Took it to Apple in Waterloo Conestoga Mall and they found an issue. Repair was $750 which they graciously absorbed. Went back to Jump+ to see about getting a refund and was basically told no. Spoke to Apple about this and they gave us a $100 store credit based on this issue and the run around we got. My message is don’t waste your time taking your Apple equipment here, take it directly to Apple. Apple was following up on this with them as they are an authorized dealer for Apple.

We went into the Jump+ store and were greeted by the manager, Sebastian. I explained that I had just received a replacement phone from Rogers and that the SIM card was stuck inside. He took the time and removed my old SIM card and then tried my new SIM card in and the exact same thing happened. He advised as to what we should do to have the phone replaced.

Sebastian was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice to find great customer service.

I just left Jump+ and I am very dissatisfied with my experience. The customer service was terrible - first we were told wrong information and had to go back to the store to return the wrong product that the worker recommended and when we returned it the short stocky man with the tattoos and the service dog that works there was extremely rude and passive aggressive towards us. I am very disappointed in this service and I will not be returning to this store to shop again.

I was in a little while back and I purchased a macbook for myself. I knew exactly what I was going in for but the sales associates working there were still very helpful and explained all the different specs and features that my laptop came with. I spoke with Bridgette and Taya, both very kind and helpful young ladies! Even though I was certain about my decision, they helped reinforce and reassure me that my decision on which laptop to pick was the right one. A couple weeks later, my laptop is working amazing and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would definitely return in the future to make other purchases and I would be hopeful that the same two young ladies could help me again. Thank you Bridgette and Taya- you deserve recognition for your hard work!

Terrible customer service, lied to me saying a screen protector replacement was free, when I came back in they said it’s 11$. The women helping me named Victoria was very rude as well. I recommend a real apple store.

I went in for a diagnostics on my phone as it was stuck in a bootloop after much research online. I made and appointment in-store and came at the agreed upon time. In seeing the technician I mentioned that I did not have my phone backed up because I couldn't access it. She said first we would try to update the new IOS as that is usually the problem, THEN if we would restore the phone once things are signed off. Restore doesn't mean reset, those have very different meanings. I left my phone in thinking that they would first try to perform the update and once I returned would THEN give me my options. I returned after 30 mins they said they wiped my phone and said it was the only way to fix it. Her response was it wouldn't work anyways, this is after losing 10,000 photos of my family and loved ones I have lost this week! Not ONCE was it confirmed that the phone would be wiped without confirmation or a discussion of my options. The person lacked clarity, and you would think that a retailer knowing that people hold their whole lives on their phone would ensure that customers were clear about the decisions that they were making, or decisions being made for them before proceeding. A really disappointing experience for something I could have done at home in the comfort of my couch. I suppose on the plus side, I wasn't charged while crying in-store with her realizing that I didn't have access to my cloud and didn't backup to the cloud because I physically couldn't, and getting locked out of it in-store with her assistance that was payment enough.
EDIT: I called in an spoke with another manager who did confirm that I wasn't offered the option to back-up-my files as previously stated in the owner's response. We had a good and thorough conversation which I appreciated his understanding of where my concerned lied: customer service. As someone also in customer service, it is essential and key to offer concern and to be sensitive when such large purchases are made, or simply when dealing with sensitive matters. I hope it is taken into consideration with their future customers, and improves their business and client relations as a whole.

Henry the Apple specialist was awesome and fixed my daughter's computer super quick and reasonably priced. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.

Today I went in to get an iPhone and a MacBook Air for my mom and I. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Sebastian who was kind thoughtful and took the time to hear our concerns. He proceeded to take us step-by-step in finding the right phones and laptops.
On top of finding us the electronics we were looking for, he proceeded to help us set them up. Sebastian is a great asset to jump + in Guelph and I would highly recommend anyone looking to get any electronics to talk to Sebastian. I came back a little later to ask a question and Sebastian wasn’t there and was greeted by TAYA who also works at Jump +. They are both really kind, courteous and knowledgeable and am grateful to the two of them for their service and assistance.

Having a disabled iphone I spent hours online, on the phone with the help desk and still my phone was disabled. I drove (2 hrs.) to Guelph to Jump+ The staff were very helpful. The store was quite busy. Baraa took the time to work through the issues on my iphone and was able to get it back up working again, and setup. I would definitely deal with this retail store again. Thanks for your help and patience:)

I have used the services at the Guelph Jump Plus location many times and have never been disappointed. The most recent experience was above all the rest. Sebastian was able to spend whatever time was necessary with me when I brought my Vintage iMac into the store to troubleshoot the problem. A solid solution was provided and executed. Kudos to Sebastian!

Taya at jump + guelph is amazing! My dads phone wasn't working (was on voice over). I was on the phone with apple for about 45 mins and they could not help me. So my dad and I went to jump +. We were in the store for less than 5 minutes when Taya was free to help us.she had my dads phone for like a minute and had fixed my dads phone! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Taya was VERY helpful as well as very kind! Also to top it off the store was very close to closing for the night and I didn't fell as if the staff was upset that we came in! Will be back as my experience was amazing!

My experience with their customer service was incredible. I was working with Taya for about 3 days to choose the right phone and make a trade in, she was extremely clear in all their policies and helped me through the process to pick the right phone. Even the other employees present were delightful. I was a witness to her having to deal with a very nasty and unreasonable customer, she kept her calm throughout and even though the customer was continuously being rude she tried her best to give the customer what they wanted. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to shop Apple in Guelph!

Thank you. I spent over 5 hours dealing with Apple to try to fix a problem with my iPad mini that Sebastian was able to fix in no more than 10 minutes. Disappointed with Apple but very happy with the service at Jump+. I was so appreciative, I bought myself a cute little Herschel bag that was very reasonably priced. Thanks guys!

I went to the store today to see if anything could be done for my cracked Apple 3 watch screen. Taya scheduled a service appointment for the same day and went over possible repair or replacement options. She called after the service tech inspected the watch and gave me my only option. I truly appreciated Taya's respectful and helpful customer service.

I returned Ito jump+ even though I was not happy with a previous visit and was very, very happy that the manager took the time to help me recover my photo's from my iPhone. A problem that he hadn't seen, but spent some time troubleshooting it for me and came up with his own solution. A very capable man who also responded to all staff problems at the same time.
