We hired Peter for our wedding a couple of weeks ago, and he did a wonderful job! His contract is very thorough, and he is quite accommodating for your individual needs. We ran behind schedule during the reception (as I'm sure most weddings do), but he did a great job of not missing any announcements, and he checked in with us frequently about the flow of the reception, which I was really grateful for! He was great about playing our guests' requests too. We played the shoe game, and he made that so much fun!

From the planning process to the day of our wedding he made the process easy and was there to answer any questions we had. From our ceramony music to the reception, he got our guests up and dancing! We loved every moment!

Peter made our night perfect! Working with Peter was so smooth and he did everything to accommodate our music selections. Our wedding ceremony and background used unique music selections that could possibly stumble other DJs but Peter nailed every request and adapted so well. For the dance floor, Peter had an amazing set up with incredible sound and lights. Our guests ended up tearing up the dance floor and Peter hit so many of our must plays throughout the night. This is a little late but never the less important. On Dec 3/22, Peter provided the music and show for my son's wedding that can only be described as professional and accurate. The sound was professionally done and the song selections were accurate. That my friends is what a professional does. I am a musician/entertainer and I have been in the industry for over 50 years now. Very few DJ's have satisficed my criteria like Peter has. His ability to overcome situations and adapt in a split second shows who he really is. Peter took care of the sound for my strolling accordion music with my vocalist.and in seconds achieved the sound we were looking for. Thank you Peter!

I quickly read through the reviews on this gentleman’s review page, particularly the negative ones, and I just LAUGHED. The reason I laughed is because these negative reviews were either false, or falsely perceived.
My wedding experience with Jumpstart DJ was impeccable. Not only did he accurately capture the energy and ambiance of the evening, he was a joy to work with and was very straight forward which is very necessary in this business. My father is also a professional entertainer, and I used to help him out with his past entertainer career so I can tell you with the utmost confidence that JumpStart DJs professionalism reliability, light system, and sound system as well as his knowledge of music, particularly knowing when and how to mix songs together and playlists is absolutely untouchable. I highly recommend this service. A DJ or even live band is something that should not be done cheaply. They make the party. I guarantee jumpstart Dj will deliver. Thanks Peter.
