I went on November 19 2023. It was way too crowded, no where for parents to sit, not worth the money they charged.

My kids do like coming to this play place but unfortunately they have some ridiculous outdated rules like “sanitation” in the middle of the day from 3: 30-4. When we arrived at 2: 30 we had to wait in line to buy tickets and finally when we make it to the front at 2: 50 we are informed that the place closes at 3: 30 for sanitation. They do not allow you to come back at 4pm unless you pay again ($30+ for two kids) and having kids so excited to enter it wasn’t an option for us to come back at 4pm. This is completely ridiculous, we’re not in the middle of a pandemic and it’s not Covid-19 anymore so I just can’t understand why they close in the middle of the day to “clean”. Personally I don’t believe they’re cleaning at all because the place is dirty. Seems to me like they want to kick everyone out and have them pay again! Will not come back.

Highly disappointing experience due to an impractical and exasperating sanitation policy. The frequent closures, three times a day, for so-called "sanitation" disrupted our visit and left us frustrated.

Our playtime, which was advertised to run from 11am to 3: 30pm, was cut short to just 30 minutes when we arrived at 3 pm. Being asked to leave after such a brief period was both unreasonable and inconvenient. Even more frustrating, returning to enjoy a longer play session means paying the full entry price all over again. Most places allow for a min 2hr and even after a sanitation, you’re allowed back in.

I expected a more customer-friendly approach, and this experience has left me with a negative impression of the establishment. I hope the management reevaluates its policies to provide a more enjoyable and fair experience for families in the future.

Very busy, not much space for parents which may be why not all of them watch their kids.
My son did have fun for about an hour.

Disappointed they were closed to the public during hours of operation with no notification or statement on their website or at the location. This has happened twice already. Poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Place is a bit outdated. Its not maintained properly. Its very dirty. Also not alot of things for toddlers. But really good for kids ages 3+. See pictures.

It’s a scam.
Basically they have a clear sign outside that says 2 kids for $12, yet they charged us $31.60. I’m going to visit them tomorrow to get the extra money that I was charged.

Very unsafe place! They sell exceed capacity tickets, and the whole park is full of kids. My son got bumped by other kid and bleeding on mouth. The staffs saw my son with blood in mouth, and they didn’t even care, not even providing any first aid, and tell us to leave right away not to make the park dirty.

My daughter loves this place. Only thing I don’t like is that you can’t really walk around the apparatus to see your child where they are. Like you can at other play places, but she still loves it and a nice price.

The website says is open 930 on Saturday. It does not open till 11
. Either they dont update the schedule or everyone inline are crazy to wait in line

This is a smaller kids play place.

There's a bubble tea shop connected and it's where you pay for your tickets.

There's a small section for younger babies but it's also where they host birthdays, so they move the stuff out to the main play area when they are hosting a party. There's a huge ball pit in the middle which is in a nicely open space. It seems to be a favourite. Although this is a smaller kids place place, there's a lot to keep the kids entertained.

The place is fairly clean. Equipment was okay. There were some balls that were destroyed/squished.

I highly recommend it. All in one activities place.my 9 years daughter love to go there. Full of fun

This indoor playground is located inside Woodside Square Mall. It’s a pretty decent size but you will need to buy your entry ticket at the Presto Tea shop. It’s relatively new with a decent size playground and trampoline.

It gets pretty busy and the entry area is very small so there is minimal space where you can put your shoes and jacket. The toddler area is a waste of space imo since there’s not too many toys in there. Overall, it was still a great experience.

Love the theme of this indoor playground. The price is fair, it includes 1 adult with the admission of a child! The attention to detail is very nice there are small mirrors and posters of animals/ leaves all over giving it a real jungle feel.
I give 3 stars because there are cameras everywhere in here which makes you feel uncomfortable- (comparable to FunVilla; there aren’t cameras in your face everywhere you go).
Be mindful that Adults can’t jump with their children on the trampolines, which makes you wonder if the structure is safe enough because I have never been restricted anywhere else. Also, the maintenance on some of the equipment is poor especially on the base level near the tube slide.
Nevertheless, a great place to take the kids on a rainy day for tones of fun without breaking the bank!

Please don’t go to this place until you are a big group. They will not sell you the tickets if you are alone. Also the staff is very rude.

My 3yr old loves it here and can be entertained for hours. I like they have bubble tea available here (never tried but like the option) the only thing is its hard to keep your eye on your child when they are at the back/bottom of the playplace which makes me nervous as a toddler parent. But for older kids it's perfectly okay.

Good for all kids. 4 PM to 6: 50 is enough time for kids to enjoy in this indoor play area with Tranpoline, Vertical slide (even adult can enjoy) and ball pits.

Amazing time at this place! Brought my 3.5 and 1.5 year old and they just had a ton of fun. The facility is very well laid out, and makes fantastic use of the space. I can't wait to bring my kids back

It's too crowded and small space for kids, because we can't control kids not going inside or wait for their turn. Need more space plus more activities so kids can spend d more time. Otherwise a good place for kids to enjoy different adventure ️

Came with my nephew a few months back and it was a blast. The place is big and it’s pretty worth it since you can re-enter throughout the day and can go home if you need a break in between.

My daughter and her best friend loved this place before, so we went there again today and after 30 mins drive we learned that there is a birthday party and we can’t go in. So we ended up 2 crying toddlers and had to drive 30 more minutes back home. On the websites party packages, we read that it’s only for the party room and the play area is for shared play. It was a very bad experience for 2 tired moms and 2 very upset kids.

My daughter loves it. They have so many great activities and it keep the kids entertained for soo long. The customer service is great. You can bring the kids and stay inside for as long as you want.

One of the best indood playgrounds we've been to. So much to keep them busy. Trampolines are fun too

Been here many times because my kids really enjoy the place. Overall its a clean area that is safe for kids and adults. Most of the time there is only one staff member and sometimes they dont pay attention to kids running out because they are busy selling tickets or making drinks. However, it is for sure the parents responsibility to look after their own child/children and to not blame the staff. This is an indoor playground and not a day care; as far as I know.
* One time we entered as staff members were taking back their balloons because a group of children took it from the corner (balloons were supposed to be hidden from children and not for distribution). I personally did not think that this was a rude act, but instead, a very smart and safe thing to do. Some children love balloons, however, some may also be terrified. If balloons pop and the plastic isnt picked up, there is a potential that toddlers may choke on it.
* In terms of cleanness- I believe they sanitize 2-3 times a day as they tell us when we are purchasing tickets that they will be sanitizing and will need to step out for about half an hour. TIP- call ahead to make sure of the time so you dont end up doubling your wait! [Girl on the phone also said you can call ahead to ask if it busy before visiting, very nice service]
* I do not usually order drinks as I am not a big fan of tea, but they had a promotion so I decided to try it. The girl taking my order did not rush me and asked if I wanted suggestions before making recommendations. She was very patient and kind and thorough in explaining her recommendations. I ended up ordering a hokkaido milk tea as she said it was her favourite. Nice and creamy! I also asked her about the types of toppings they had and she described each one to me. However, she speaks a little fast.
* Washroom is outside the unit, but it is right beside it. I find it confusing that people are giving low ratings because the washroom is not located inside the playground.
* Price- 13.99 1 child 1 adult. There is tax on tickets.
* Why 4/5 stars; I find that although most staff are nice, some are not. They finish sending their messages or watching a video before coming to serve you. Not sure if it was an exception that day but according too their hours, they close at 9, but staff member started cleaning at 7. I find that as an indirect cue to ask customers to leave.

The facility is very clean colourful and interactive for your child (ren). Prices are high for children 2 and up. It is required for children to play at cordingly but unfortunately they don't. There are some safety measures that need to be re-evaluated like the big red slide in the corner (it's very steep and hard). There are numerous activities fun for kids and adults. You can book a party room, there's a food station, and if you do not have socks you can purchase a pair on site. No shoes are to be worn in the play area, cubbies are provided. Overall it is a fun indoor playground, kids enjoy it, friendly staff, and guaranteed to enjoy yourself.

Awesome place to bring your kid to play, place is super clean and sanitize. Coworker who work there is really friendly and they also have drinks too. I would totally recommend bring your kid here ️

Elaborate structures, lots to explore. Lots of slides, with one that's quite tall and large. Quite clean. One thing though - seems they're quite tardy with regards to the posted opening hours.

Would not recommend coming here ever the staff are very rude and grab kids arms and push the kids down the slide I've had to speak to them multiple times about grabbing my kids and my friends kids they complain about everything and won't let the kids do anything they have all these rules that aren't on the board for the amount you pay per kid $15 it's definitely not worth it it's VERY over crowded we will never come here again they look at you like your an idiot when you complain it's ridiculous $74 dollars spent between me and my friend and total waste of money

Worst play place I have ever been too. Over priced there is no bathroom either. As soon as we got here I had a staff member grab my son by the arm. After talking to the person who was in charge about it the staff member continued to grab kids and push people down the slide. Overall staff is very rude. There are tons of rules they have that are not posted anywhere for you to see. When you confront the staff they speak in a different language so you cannot hear what is being said. They say no outside food but everyone was walking around eating and drinking outside food. Super overcrowded, no place to put shoes. I am very disappointed in this place.also seems like rules don't apply to all people.on top of all this they also let a 2 year old roam out into the mall without anyone noticing. Parents should do a better job watching their children

Great indoor playground! Facilities are clean and staffs are friendly! Kids are so excited, and can play all day! Affordable price and unlimited time, with tasty drink, this is my No. 1 choice to bring my kid to play!

Really clean new playground inside mall. It is a little expensive because with 1 child only 1 adult is allowed. Otherwise really good and safe! They also have a staff member supervising the entrance / exit area so that is a plus!

Amazing experience! I had lots fun here! And one of the staffs, her name is Dahua. She is such a sweet and nice girl!

They have a rule that said
This is socks only environment for both children and adults
And they dont apply this rule in their own people they came for repair
