My daughter’s prom dress experience with Juniper was excellent. From the moment she walked throught the door, throughout the selection and fitting process, to the knowledge, helpfulness, and enthusiasm of the staff, Juniper exceeded our expectations. Sindy in particular, was extremely professional, responsive to our needs, and empathetic to our concerns. She went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our purchase, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I would definitely recommend Juniper for its huge selection, attentive staff, and superior customer service! Thank you!

This was the most positive dress shopping experience! I haven’t shopped for anything fitted since having kids. Now in my 40’s I think we often settle for special occasion dresses (in my case I’m going to a black tie event). The ladies were amazing and so helpful and I found my dress in less than an hour! No matter your age or body type, if you’re looking for a place where you’ll most likely find something then I highly suggest going to Juniper. I wish I had more events to go to!

Came here to shop for my Prom dress and had the most amazing experience with Jill! (she’s amazing!) and she helped me pick then dress for me! Amazing customer service and sizes for those who are bigger! (Thank you Jill!)

My experience at Juniper was amazing and the staff were absolutely fantastic! The store itself is very clean, organized, stylish, and accommodating. The staff were patient and professional with knowledge about every style of gown and fit. Karla and Olivia were especially helpful and did an amazing job helping me find my dream dress! It is so wonderful to know that a place like this in London exists and I will be referring all my friends to your store!

Went today to look for prom dresses and the selection was just amazing! Went to other stores and ended up getting a different one. But the ladies at this store were so supportive and sweet I wish I could’ve gotten a dress there. Thank you ladies for starting our day so positive!

Great selection of dresses - and they are so gorgeous! They have a process of reserving a particular dress per school - so if someone else at your school has it already, it is off limits. I think this is a good practice so no girls are surprised to see someone wearing the same dress. I just wish someone alerted me to this practice before the team took the dresses out of our hands telling us we couldn’t try them on- we had no idea ‍️ and were confused to why we couldn’t try them on.

Either way, it’s one of the best dress shops in town and you should stop in if you are looking for a show stopper of a dress.

The ladies at Juniper were absolutely wonderful in helping my Mom and Mother-in-Law to-be help find their dresses for my wedding! They were very attentive and truly tried to make them feel comfortable, heard and accommodated for! We visit the store several times when trying to make decisions and they were just as welcoming each time! Special thank you's to Jen, Cindy and Madison! You are LOVELY humans!

The ladies here were great. Everytime you come out of the change room they are there to pin the gown as it should look. They have beautiful gowns and you can take off the rack if the dress fits. They do not do alterations at the location but will tell you where to go. There is plenty of seating inside for you to bring someone with you and walk ins are accepted. Very happy with this store

Juniper has a great selection of bridal dresses (small sample sizes but over all a great selection of styles). I had my alternations done at Fit Well (Highbury/Huron). They brought my vision to life with the addition of flutter sleeves! I highly recommend both Juniper for bridal and Fit Well for all alterations.

I visited Juniper this past weekend looking for a prom dress for my niece. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when picking out the dress. The owner was fantastic to deal with and the experience with the sales associate was full of laughs. Jill was a remarkable person and very kind to our group of five. I would definitely recommend going to Juniper for that special occasion because they have plenty of stock and plenty of variety to fit all needs!

My daughter, Lauren and I attended her prom dress appointment yesterday, Wednesday, and because of our experience, I felt compelled to write a review! The customer service is second to none, from booking the appointment (straightforward and simple), to walking in the door and being immediately greeted and welcomed in, to the efficiency of all staff in assisting with Lauren’s dress changes/selections/purchase…. We were both just so pleasantly surprised and impressed with the attention to detail the staff here provide. They were personable, friendly, and helpful to EVERY single person who walked through the door. Lauren said yes to the dress, pressed the button, and we had a mini dance party! (including Usher) This experience was a perfect example of how a business should be run; Professional, accommodating, sincere, and fun! Thank you SO much for all your help, Lauren had a wonderful time at Juniper!

It's nice to hear others have had positive experiences here but I have to say my mom did not. She is a sensitive shopper, as many of us women are, and this experience was a negative one for her. The woman who was helping my mom did not ask her what she wanted but instead told her what she thought she should wear and almost insulted what my mom was asking for. I don't like to complain but my mom was shopping for a dress for my wedding so I feel somewhat responsible. I don't want other women, let alone other mothers to feel this way when looking for a dress.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping for a graduation dress. All of the sales associates were wonderful - it felt like a family atmosphere. Thank you so much for making our

Very busy on a Sunday, and the girl I was going with shopping is a plus size girl and the sizes are not inclusive. The web site implies it is all inclusive but there was 10 or so in 18+. The girl and girl it was she was in grade twelve tried her very best but we still left empty handed. When you walk in they suggest no to pay attention to the sizes and they will find what works but they are not capable unless you are 0-6 sized.

My mom and I had come here to look for a dress for her to wear to my wedding. These ladies were so helpful and really helped my mom narrow down what she wanted. She also was able to find her dress here as well. My mom was in love with the gown.
Since my wedding was a covid wedding everything that could go wrong literally went wrong. My mom had some medical issues and had gained a bit of weight where her dress didn’t fit her anymore. Since my wedding looked like it was going to be a go this time, I called the store to see if we could swap the size because there was definitely no time to order another one at this point. We even offered to pay for the swap because it wasn’t the stores fault and my mom loved this dress.
I spoke with the owner, and she said she had a size 6 in stock and she would do it no problem. Luckily this dress fit my mom perfectly and it resolved our problem. She also wouldn’t take any money for the swap. Definitely saved us from a crisis. Definitely will return.

As a big girl it is sometimes really scary to go dress shopping. I was very nervous that I wouldn’t find a dress that looks good and fits well. The girls at the store made feel very comfortable and beautiful:) I left with my prom dress and am a very happy girl!

I recently booked an appointment for me and my sisters as we are looking for dresses for my nieces wedding. We all work during the week so a Saturday appointment is more convenient for us. I received an email from Juniper saying they cannot accommodate us on a Saturday as it is prom season and they are very busy. Why would it matter what event you are shopping for and why is prom more important than our event. Can’t understand why they can’t accommodate us for a Saturday appointment. We could have potentially purchased 5 dresses from them. Too bad they lost our business for their poor customer service. I guess they only value the business of ppl purchasing for prom.

In response to the owners response I did not ask to negate COVID restrictions and I would never have asked a business not to comply with regulations.it was 5 people total not 1 shopper and 5 guests. When booking the appointment on your website it asks for number of people so I put in 5 thinking it was okay for 5 people to shop. If you are restricting to one shopper and one guest then perhaps the field for number of guests is not required. We do love your store and you have beautiful dresses and that’s is why we thought of your store first. I guess it was a misunderstanding on both sides.

We had the best experience shopping for a prom dress. The person helping us was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make the experience amazing.

My 1st ever-visit in Juniper & my very 1st purchase, I'm over the moon with the "sale" prices I got today, I can't stop smiling! ~ The staff were gr8! ~

My sister-in-law (17 looking for her prom dress) and I went in to try and find a fit that works for her. She’s 17, and I think as we all were, she’s a bit insecure and one of the staff DID NOT HELP AT ALL. By far this staff member was one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. We were met with an elevator look at the door and I immediately felt judged and as though something. Then when in the dressing room my sister-in-law asked if I could hang the dress she just tried on up for her while she tried on the next dress because she was worried about hurting the dress. This lady immediately comes over before I was able to pick it up and says “Do not leave these thousand dollars dresses on the floor thanks” picks it up and walks away with it. I understand these are expensive dresses and need to be treated with care and that’s exactly what my sister was attempting to do. Combined with the poor customer service proceeding the conversation we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
Just a reminder to that specific staff member (I’m sure you know who you are). You’re working with young woman and you identify as a woman owed store - I suggest educating yourself on proper female empowerment to really and learning to just be kind.

Went today to get my daughter's grade 8 grad dress. The girls who work there were absolutely amazing and kind. Very patient and helpful. My daughter had no idea what she wanted and they found a dress that made her extremely happy. Thank you will return!

I would like to thank Juniper for making myself and my friends, who were prom dress shopping, feel so unwelcome and unwanted as customers of your 'boutique'. I apologize we don't attend a more affluent school like Lucas and are not worthy enough to be acknowledged or treated with a small amount of respect. And this is not an isolated incident either. This is the second time I have chosen to shop at your place of business and the second time your staff has made us feel like burdens with the way we were treated. Fortunately Elizabeth Noel was more than happy to help us out, treat us as valued customers and sell us all beautiful dresses.
So I must remind you of what happened to Julia Roberts in the film 'Pretty Woman' when she was faced with the same situation. And I quote. "Big mistake. Big. HUGE! ".

Good service and lots of choice! Bought two pieces of mother dresses and very satisfied. Met 3 girls there and they were very helpful and friendly.

I just got my grade 8 grad dress, and it was an amazing experience. They had amazing customer service, everyone was so kind and it was very welcoming. They had tons of different dresses and colours. I highly recommend!

Such a great experience! The ladies were so much fun to work with. They took charge and pulled all the dresses they thought would work for me. They were right! Found a great dress! Really enjoyed my experience there.

Spent a total of an hour at this shop with staff consistently stating they would be right there to help my daughter and her friend find a grad dress, however, they just continued to ignore us. Not a good first experience.

I bought my prom dress here! So sad I won't even be able to wear it due to the pandemic. The dress is so beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it. The colour is such a unique colour blue, and the fit is so nice! The staff were also such nice people. Totally recommend shopping here:)
