I had an appointment window booked for 9-11 am. Their agent called me at 9: 08 am to let me know that they had an issue with a truck so they wouldn't be there until closer to the end of my appointment window. No one showed up so I called back at 11: 10 am to ask about the status. The agent said she'll call the truck to check and call me right back. I didn't receive a call back so I called her back at 11: 28 am for an update. She said she just got off the phone with them and that they're on their way to pick up the truck now and should be at my location in about 30 minutes. No one showed up so I called the agent back at 12: 20 pm to ask again on the status. She said they're on their way. I asked for an exact time as she's been saying they're on their way for a while now. She then proceeded to hang up on me.

I called the general line and cancelled this appointment and booked with another company (Junk Unlimited) who showed up the same day and was very reasonably priced.

They went above and beyond for us making our stress disappear as quick as a wink.
We shall be referring you to our friends and family every chance we can.

I got quotes from 7 companies in the area. Junk Works beat them all by more than 60 bucks. Easy to get a quote and book via text, 2 hour window, and they were there only 40 min into our window. Polite and professional staff. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience start to finish. I was able to book online for the date and time of my choice and was given an estimate which was much lower than any other service I had looked at. They removed everything quickly and the total cost was less than I had been quoted. Great customer service and follow up. Easy to pay.

The Junk Works team was incredible. The cleaned out a whole barn and the cleaned the floors of waste and animal waste. I am calling Hilary and her team back for more clean outs in a couple of weeks.

This was by far the most affordable junk removal company I contacted. Got junk quoted me $300 to remove a sofa. Junk works quoted $75-$95 and charged me $75 upon arrival. The two gentlemen who attended were very polite and professional and they made the process super simple and seamless. 10/10 recommend and will use again should the need arise.

Called Junk Works after another company didn't show up. They were able to show up on very short notice with crew to give me a no obligations quote on site. Quoted me a very good deal and got a big freezer out of my basement very efficiently. Easy to deal with, good communication, affordable junk removal.

I had used this service before but didn’t know the previous owner had sold this business.

I had such a good experience I decided to use this service again.

It turned out to be a totally different experience and I would never recommend this franchise owner again to anyone.

They were so disorganized, I had called, what I guess was a call centre? If it was, the staff need to be trained to listen to the client and find out exactly what needed to be done.

They showed up with a small truck that already had previous disposable items in it so I was feeling like I not only was paying for my stuff but the previous clients stuff! They had only booked to stay for one hour.
When they found out what the job actually entailed they should have given me a proper estimate and rebooked. They ended up coming the next day.
Perception is everything!
I found the owner’s wife totally lacking in customer relationship skills and at times quite abrupt and rude.

The saving grace of the entire experience was the helper “Rob” he was also here with previous owner.
He is professional, personable and such a great worker! Don’t ever get rid of him. He needs a raise! He was trying to be the “buffer” between myself and the owner’s wife.

Perhaps they are new to the business and have a real learning curve, but at this stressful time in my life I just didn’t have the patience to tolerate this less than stellar service.

They were there same day, fast and efficient to load up and excellent Customer Service! Very happy!

The Junk Works team removed my old shed and tons of other construction debris from my yard quickly and professionally. And after getting quotes from a few places they were definitely the chosen ones. Will call them in a week to get rid of my old deck wood.

The staff at junk works was very very professional. They arrived right on time, explained everything very well regarding the quote. They were very organized and put things to be thrown out to one side to nothing is accidentally thrown out. Great service! Highly recommend! Quick, easy appointment through txt for a 2hr window and they called me ahead before pick up. They showed up 20 minutes into the 2hr window which was great! Gave me a quote on scene I confirmed the quote and they started hauling it all away right then. Very nice guys. So friendly. We had a ton of sod, mud, dirt, buckets that we had ripped up and thew to the side of the yard. What a mess! Lol They cleared every bit of it away in no time! I will call them again in the future for all my debris removal! The price was better than expected as well. We even called another company got junk and they said they didn’t do that sort of removal. So we were very pleased.

Once the team arrived I received a quote, accepted it, work was done then paid for.

Great service, nice guys but way too expensive for what I had removed. 1 King size mattress and split box spring outside and waiting and 1 IKEA wall unit disassembled and waiting outside for the workers. $224 is way too much for that bit of junk. Should have done it myself.

I would absolutely recommend Junk Works to anyone. They cleared out my backyard, including some minor demolition work. Their crew are very friendly and professional, the work was done quickly and the price was amazing. Much less than their competitors, but the quality of the job was fantastic. They even fit me into their schedule earlier than we originally planned because they knew I wanted to get this done as soon as possible.

This company came to our home and removed 2 single very heavy bed frames. The employes were very friendly and professional. The removal was fast easy and well done. The cost was estimated at one price but the driver said it more which turned out to be the taxes. They were kind enough to adjust the price closer to the estimated cost. I was thrilled with this company and recommend that anyone should use them.

The crew from Junk Works removed an old hot tub from my yard. I was impressed how careful they were, working in tight quarters. Money well-spent! The guys (John, Cam, and Robbie) were very friendly and efficient. They cleared up my rental property that was left like a dump. They didn't complain, they were very professional, and they kept making jokes that made the job light and bearable. Their truck is bigger than 1-800-got-junk and just-junk so they did everything in 2 trips for much cheaper price too!
