Had to clean out an apartment after a relatives passing. Junk Works was the most economical solution (by far) vs any other junk removal company. The guys quoted me 1.5 trucks but worked diligently to get all boxes and furniture onto 1 truck saving me hundreds of dollars! I would call these guys first and not waste time with any other junk removal company!

Clearing out a house after a loved one passes away is never an easy task, after filling an entire room from floor to ceiling with items we decided to splurge and use a junk removal service to take the items away. I really liked the text for an estimate feature this company had so decided to go with them. The workers were just fantastic, they were so professional, pricing was transparent, and they worked incredibly fast. I was also really pleased with how well they packed their truck and the effort they put into making sure not to make me have to pay more than needed (by packing like tetris masters ha ha). I was so pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Am very well satisfied with the service from the time have requested a quote to actual pick up of the item. The 2 servicemen were friendly and cares about not damaging walls so they took time to diassemble the elliptical machine. Just a hiccup with finding their own tools. But everything else is Great Job!

These guys are the best! Incredibly reasonable prices and the best customer service ever! Matthew and Tommy were fast, efficient and very helpful. They had a loveseat, 2 armchairs, an old tv and chest freezer out of my condo in under 45mins. They were awesome. (Even though our dog barked his head off at them!) What an amazing experience! I sent a text message to them with a picture of what I wanted to remove and within 10 mins I had an appointment booked for the next day! The next day I received a call from Matthew to let me know they were just finishing up with a job and would be there in 15 mins. The appointment was set for 3-5pm and I received the call at 3: 09pm.

The company even allows e-transfer and payment over the phone while you stay safely inside your home (Covid times) (all my items were ready for them outside), and the price was amazing. This is the second time we have used Junk Works to remove large commercial appliances, and both times the crew has been fantastic! From calling to book to having the crew come was an easy and quick process; excellent response times for both visits. We had Junk Works remove our unwanted/unneeded items from our basement including a heavy bed sofa.
Booking a time slot and day was effertless
The 2 man team arrived on time and were very professional and courteous.
The sofa bed was a little too large to navigate our stairs and they were able to quickly cut off the legs to get up and out.
They had drop cloths, proper tools and cleaned up.
We will be using them again

I’ve used their services twice, first in August 2019 in clearing out all junks and old furniture after we sold our house, and In August 2020 in doing same job in the apartment of my late mother after she has passed away. They came quickly to do an estimate and then performed the job well in both cases. They are friendly, honest and professional. I will recommend their services to anyone in need of junk removal.

Amazing team! Two gentleman showed up on time and cleared out six trucks worth in my garage in record time! After 45 minutes they had everything cleared out and then swept the floors and cleaned everything. They even helped me move a table to the end of my driveway.
