They are scam artists don’t fall for there free gift cards from Sam’s club it’s not worth the extra $130 they are gonna take out a month

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEM. This place is a scam. Their customer service people practically yell at you on the phone because they know they are scamming people. And my bill was 3 times the amount under them. I called Dominion and blocked them from my bills. STAY AWAY THEY ARE LIARS.

DO NOT switch to this company as your energy supplier. I just received my first bill with Just Energy as my supplier and it was almost $200 more than my previous bill (from $160 to $330). I was assured multiple times that my bill would NOT be much higher. I even reviewed my most recent bill with the agent who enrolled my services. The plan I was enrolled in was NOT explain properly and was simply a scam to get my business. I cancelled this company IMMEDIATELY but am stuck with them for another billing cycle until it switches back to my previous supplier (energy harbor), who happens to be a whole lot cheaper and much more honest. Beware of the gimmicks they try to use to get your business.
