Came to get pair of skate. Where we come from hockey not played. No clue what we do. Lucky, a very helpful young man named Scotty helpful find skates right for me. Staff very happy very helpful very friendly. Before he help me I have no clue I have wide feet. Without Scotty help I would have been very uncomfortable - KEY PLAY. ZOO-WEE-MAMA this is by far the best hockey shop in all of Toronto.

The staff is very knowledgeable and if someone doesn’t know the answer to your question they will find someone that does. They are very patient, especially when fitting equipment for younger players! Dave the manager is wonderful and Ibrahim the “goalie expert” is amazing! We have bought all of my son’s hockey equipment here and will continue to do so for years to come!

These guys are such a pleasure to work with. They made sure I was completely satisfied and they are super helpful. Highly recommend this store for all your hockey needs (especially goalie)!

We just had a fantastic customer experience today purchasing a new goalie glove and blocker for my son. The sales rep Ibrahim was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and provided us with a range of options. He also put the glove in the oven to help work it in. We’ll be back!

Went there to get my preschoolers fitted for ice skates. Dana was so helpful and knowledgeable. Wound recommend!

Fantastic customer service. I brought my son to get his helmet fitted. The staff were really helpful. I highly recommend this place.

My son broke his goalie helmet and after taking it to the repair shop and fixing it they charged us nothing. They even gave my dog a treat after letting him in with us. Amazing service!

Went there 2 weeks ago for the first time in years since my kids stopped minor hockey. She needed her skates sharpened for recreational league and I remember Just Hockey as being good. Correction, they used to be good, but not anymore. She informed me that the edges were worse than before sharpening. Another story of a once good organization succumbing to mass producing sharpenings without regard to quality. Zero stars.

Great place for hockey equipment and accessories. Some great choices on the hockey stick sale rack, too. Skate sharpening is top notch! Won't go anywhere else for sharpening. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

I want to give 5 stars to Earl who helped us to buy all hockey equipments. He made a good effort to find the right fit to my husband. I really appreciate it.

However, this store needs to change your cashier if you want to continue your good business. Everyone can do mistakes and the lady who has red hair, also did a mistake when she cashed out. After we realized $113 was overcharged, she made a refund. Until here, everything was okay. When we got home, we realized she only made a refund of $100. I called to the store and she said 'come back to get $13' without any apology. We went there again and had to get a refund again. What a good experience huh? Her customer service was tragic.

I don't know how this place gets any business. Must be cause they're the only hockey store around. Their staff is sooooo rude. Especially the young/old guy with the glasses who seems to think he's a rockstar when really he's just a really mean guy. I'm gonna start getting my sharpens at the arena. That guy is a joke.
Lost a good customer!

The staff who assisted me was great at first during the time I’m looking to buy a Theragun product from their store.

The one that I bought was defective right out the box - the product doesn’t charge at all so I decided to just return it the following day given a ton of online reviews about the issue.

The same staff assisted me with the return but this time I received a terrible customer service. The staff was insisting the product cannot be returned nor exchanged and the only recourse is to contact the manufacturer. While I understand the explanation, the manner it was delivered was condescending and apathetic.

I had to speak to another staff (after waiting for more than 30 mins to refund a product) to sort things out. Fortunately, it got refunded but the overall experience was very unpleasant.

Our go to place to have our skates sharpened. Excellent customer service and competitively priced.

We were very disappointed with the sharpening of my son's skates last week. But Just Hockey showed enormous class and corrected everything. I'm really impressed! This is what I call good customer service. The Manager Dave stepped in himself and fixed everything and now we have much better blades than ever before. Thank you Dave for excellent help and service!

The staff here are wonderful. Always help us out. They have everything, huge goalie section which is awesome. The best hockey shop in the GTA.

Had a bad experience with the skate sharpening, one skate was fine and the other had no edge at all… like a ski sliding sideways underneath me

Really knowledgable staff, respectful, Dave requires an extra Kudos for the way he treats his customers and goes the extra mile all the time. When he discovered I was a veteran he even hooked me up with a gift. Great place to sharpen skates as well.

Excellent service. I have a difficult foot size. They got me a perfect fit on skates and did not “upsell” me. Great skate sharpening. In my experience, this is a rare retailer where integrity rules!

I go here often since my daughter plays a pretty high level hockey. I don't know all the staff but the staff I do know are very knowledgeable, patient, kind and don't try to upsell. Also, the skate sharpening guys are pretty good too.

Probably the best place to get your skates sharpened in Toronto. Get a sharp card. They've also got lots of gear!

Dave and Dana helped me with the entire process of buying custom skates. Man, these guys know their stuff. Dana's very relaxed and personable and provided highly informative product info. I'm only buying skates from these guys from now on.

A friend and I went today to Just Hockey to buy skates. The customer service was excellent and they have a lot of variety of brands and models. Dave, who was awesome, spent a considerable amount of time with us, making sure the skates were properly fitted and adjusted. He knows his stuff and is willing to take the time. I won't take my kids or myself anywhere else from now on.
