The ladies there were helpful. They helped me select the right size of laundry for my load showed me how to operate it and the dryer.

We had visitors all the way from Dubai and we recommended this place as we had good experiences from before but unfortunately we got embarrassed as one of the old lady disrespected and was rude to them. Our visitors just asked if we can do the laundry services where they will be the one doing it as they only have limited time (3 days visit), we asked how much and how is it cause we have no idea how it works. This lady rudely answered, “you can use the machines, don’t be lazy. ” She could have replied as oh sorry we do not do it on the same day or atleast a day ahead. Next time if you don’t like working in a customer service setup just stay at home! Be nice to customers.

It’s show online schedule 8am to 9pm. I come from work 7: 30pm and reached store by 8: 00pm but the lady she didn’t allow as to do laundry this happen second time …everything is good but that lady behaviour is not good.and some time she says only laundry not drying because its our closing time in 8: 00 o’clock seriously? If they are closing in 8: 00 O’clock than they have to change online timing.

I have been going here for years! I use their services even though I live downtown Toronto.

I went in at 8pm, the lady said you can’t do laundry after 7: 40pm. Maybe it’s their policy or whatever but they should at least change their time online. Went to this other place on Burhamthorpe and Tomken, was so much better.

Worst customer service, the lady is so rude. She basically mock at me because I agree to pay for the wash and fold service, it is up to me if I pay whatever I want for a service. When I came for pick up she saw me and didn’t come to me until she wanted. First and last time I come here.

The owners are very professional and super friendly. They go that extra mile to make their customers happy and are on time, every time! I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

Located in a very central location in Mississauga with plenty of washing and dryer machines for average to large loads. Brought my comforter, bedding and pillows and was able to wash and dry all items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plaza has other stores and shops to pass time while waiting for laundry.

I was doing my laundry here and I left to pick up my son from daycare I had shared this with the women at the counter cause I knew my time on the dryer would lapse by the time I came back, as a single parent I have to make time where I can, when I came back I was greeted by “HEY YOU! ” Followed by rude comments due to the fact I left my clothes in two dryers when I clearly saw there was MANY other machines available, she continued to belittle me in front of my son and gave me a “fan off” when I explained my situation to her anyway I say all that to say this I definitely won’t be bringing my business back here.

Check the coins from the dispensing machine.
I had $2 short form $20.
And it’s common, I see other people complaining about the same thing

The individual (Women wth Mad looking face) that works there is so rude, and impossible to speak with. She appears very nasty and unapproachable. My visit yesterday sealed the deal for me never going back to use their services again. That lady needs to attend anger management class Along with sessions on how to be polite to people. To say the least her customer service is awful and she should not be working there or never be an owner. I will go far to say this lady is so racist it not even funny. It’s been proven time and time again she is argumentative. She has a set of rules for her people, then another set rules for everyone else. Her people can fold their laundry in the place, but everyone else has to place in a bag and take it home. This is how she has been operating. I’m done with individual’s bad behaviour cause rudeness is unacceptable.

I love the staff here. All so welcoming! I always get the full wash, dry and fold, and my clothes come out great every single time!

Always clean may not look brand-new but all the stuff works and it really does a good job! The staff is absolutely fantastic they're always so nice. It's always so nice to either drop off and pick up the clean folded stuff the extra dollars absolutely worth and sometimes I just go and do a blanket or something like that and they're always smiling even under their masks LOL absolutely best laundry in the area

Just a suggestion that if a customer mentions that he is new to the place and would like to know how coin laundry works then a little extra effort should be made to introduce around.

I did my laundry today and I was taking my laundry out of the dryer to place them on the table to fold my clothes. The lady that worked there approached me and said "Sir, dont fold clothes on table, just wash, dry and go". I realize now due to covid 19 policies we can't use the table and I respect that, but I didn't appreciate the her telling me to go. I felt that was rude and unnecessary. This is a nice laundry mat and the owner is very friendly but unfortunately the staff are not as nice.

Some of the machines have problems. However the staff is helpful. It can get very busy on the weekends. The facility is quite clean. Also there is a Tim's and a bubble tea joint nearby. It helps you kill time while you are doing Laundry.

Worst place for washer and dryer. All time busy and commercial cloths are always there. Even washer are no good

Do NOT GO HERE! I arrived at 9: 28 pm the sign shows that they are closed 10: 00pm, i watched the lady open the door for someone that is of her race and she watch when i unloaded my wet clothes from my car, I got to the door knocked on the door and she opened the door and said that they are closed. I said to her but that doesn't make sense because I just watch you let someone in and your sign says you are open until 10pm she said no im sorry and closed the door.i took pictures of the business hours clearly stating their hours. It is so sad that racism still exist.

Very negative experience with soap still in clothes after the wash. Machines are not safe to use and should be told that they are out of order. This place is a place that offers a laundry service. They say that its a coin laundry but the machines are very poorly maintained and are always out of order. I would stay away from this place! The owner does not replace or maintain machines despite the overuse of the machines for their laundry service. Your clothes will not be clean!

Great service, reasonable prices.
I've rarely used their self serve, coin operated machines but I am a regular user of their dry cleaning services.

Best rates in town and a wonderful service to match. So I get a little skeptical when these two come together consistently, since customer expectations for laundry services are rarely over the 3/5 mark. So kudos! Keep serving.

Favorite laundromat, super clean and if you go at the right time you can basically get the place to yourself:)

Machines does not give enough water for wash two times I went there and I used $4.75 and $3 machines none of them put enough water for washing. In all 23 min of washing cycle my clothes are jest wet and I didn’t see any extra drop of water. Worst machines ever see in my life. I think they don’t care about the customers. Even I was showing my machines to the attendance there few times and they are saying wait. And I waited waited cycle ended.

And the f. King oweaner came and saying the cloths are clean.

All the staff and Oweaner are having high attitude.

I’m giving 1 star because there is no option for zero.

Never recommend.
