This company is terrible. They won't take responsibility for their mistakes. Broke my fridge and are refusing to come back and fix it

These people are unprofessional in their approach, made me wait until the day of service to give me a window, so I had to take the day off because I didn't know what time they were coming by. As a procedure I had to empty my fridge the day before, finally I had a notification that morning that their rep was coming between 2-4. Approximately 230 pm I stepped outside to wash my recycling bin, i noticed a card on the door, apparently this rep came by knocked on the door and no one answered. He/she left their card behind, i called the company and explained that I was home, my door is unlocked and my car is in the driveway, I could have been in the bathroom or upstairs, i didn't hear the door ringing or any knock whats so ever. Their answer was basically it's too bad you have to book another appointment. These people are unbelievable, unprofessional, show lazy tactics and inconsiderate to people's time. I would never recommend dealing with this firm to anyone. Thank for wasting my time today.

Although they have been good in the past, a recent negative experience will have me looking elsewhere moving forward. I was quoted 2 weeks for an urgent repair and when I called to follow up 3 weeks later, I was told the part was unavailable and the work could not be completed for another 6 weeks. I was encouraged to look elsewhere and I located the part later that day. When I cancelled the service, I was charged a restocking fee. I guess the $70 was more important than my future business. LEA repairs had better communication and was able to complete the repair two days later.
