We ordered a custom made linen suit for my wedding, and 6 custom pants for my groomsmen. The quality of the suits were amazing and they made this process so easy. The care and time that they took to make sure that our suits were everything that we wanted was reflective of their great customer service. They offered suggestions and feedback from their wealth of knowledge and I would definitely recommend coming to this store for all your suit needs.

Ordered two shirts in XL size. Received one in XL and one in L. I have tried 3 different times to select a different shirt in XL only to be told there is no stock. Ali was not willing to send me a return label so I could return the wrong shirt for credit.
It was their mistake not mine.
Selection is very limited and customer service does not exist. Beware.

Alam and his service was excellent! He took the time and really listened to us, working with our preferences. My husband’s fit was impeccable. We were super pleased. He even threw in the special touch of embroidering my husbands name in his customized suites. We’ve always loved Just White Shirts and can’t wait to come back. Thanks Alam.

I ordered a beautiful burgundy suit for my reception and it was an amazing custom fit suit. The shop owner was very nice, knowledgeable and insightful on providing many tips on how to wear the suit. I am very satisfied with my suit and how helpful the shop owner was. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a custom fit suit.

I would like to start off by saying with one word, and that is AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! My overall experience with Mr. Alam Najiullah at JWS has been great! Absolutely wonderful. I am a fashion stylist myself (so i know one or two things about fashion as well) so i know how talented, and professional he is. I am a perfectionist at my dressing and i only choose the best when it comes to my overall image and i must say JWS is the best place to go for all my sartorial needs. I got a custom made suit from him in a green colour and it was made flawlessly in one shot! I have had tremendous amount of praises from public every where i went. Hence, i bring all my clients to him to dress/style them up in JWS. So, i definitely and for sure highly recommend JUST WHITE SHIRTS!

I have had several suits, jackets, and shirts made. Wonderful fit and quality. Don't waste your time with retail. Custom is best. Excellent service as well.

Phenomenal experience. I had a tailored suit and shirt made, the process was simple and service was excellent. It took a somewhat long time, but that's to be expected for custom tailored items, and they were up front about that. They really make an effort to get everything right the first time.
Alam was great: helpful with suggestions but not pushy; even referred me to a separate seamstress for alterations to products they don't carry.the suit fits perfectly, and is so comfortable. I will absolutely return; this is the best custom tailoring experience I've had in the GTA.

Had the absolute worst experience at this store, would recommend if you enjoy being disrespected. The employee assisting me had no customer service skills, he wasn’t willing to answer my questions and talked down at me on several occasions. I came to the store for the first time to look around for suit options. I tried a few things on and before leaving the store he asked me to make a payment for an order. I explained that I wasn’t ready to make a decision and he responded by telling me that I wasted an hour of his time (maybe the store manager should remind him of the details outlined in his job description as I would expect that helping customers is a key role not merely a waste of time). Also, compared to other stores, the quality and quantity of merchandise offered here is pretty trash. Wish I could give 0 stars tbh.

Came in to get a few new suits before going back to the office. I am really happy with how they turned out. The service has been friendly and helpful each time I have been to the store.

An excellent stress free experience from start to finish. I got a custom suit along with some shirts and everything fit perfectly. As an irregularly shaped person it has always been hard finding properly fitting dress clothes. Alam takes good care of his clients and I was amazed with the variety of material choices available. 10/10 - Highly recommend!

I came here last week to look for dress shirts for my fiance and father and had an amazing shopping experience. First of all, they have great stuff. All of the stock they carry is good quality, the fabrics feels nice to the touch and everything looks very stylish. Secondly, the staff is incredibly attentive. Michael was friendly and helpful, wasn't the least bit pretentious, and made us feel very welcome. Thirdly, the prices are extremely reasonable. Worth every penny. Thanks for everything!

They never stop sending spam, even if you unsubscribe and send personal emails asking them to stop. I've never even shopped at this store, I don't know how they got my information! Shady as hell.

I just ordered my 3rd and 4th custom suit from Alam. The first two I ordered last year have spoiled me, I don't think I can buy off the rack again. I only wish I didn't have to wait for them, I can't wait until they arrive.

I ordered some very reasonably priced shirts last summer for my son going off to business school, I'll be back with him in April to buy his 2 suit, 2 shirts and 2 tie package for $999 so that he's set up for his summer internship.

I initially was solely a custom shirt customer for years then decided to try the custom suits and I'm so happy that I did.

This place is sooOooOOOooOooOooOooo lying with their reviews. They pay people for good reviews CLEARLY. Do not believe these reviews at all. I'm gay and I know fashion, these reviews are not at all legit.

1. Their shirts are cheap.

2. They have such terrible reviews mixxed with amazing reviews and no mediocre reviews, meaning its either a hit & miss or these bad reviews are real and they're giving gifts for good reviews, jurys still out boys.

3. The "fashion" they are trying to sell is at most wannabe, not modern in any way, not eclectic. Maybe a perfect shop for a grandpa who doesn't mind wearing itchy clothes.

4. I personally shop at Harry Rosen, and would NOT stop shoping at their competition, not worth it at all. Pay more for good quality that is delivered in a timely fashion.

Head on down to Harry Rosens where your promises will be fulfilled and you wont be left wondering if you should sue!

Do not like product. I went in and their display models felt cheap and stiff. I walked out immediately after seeing their selection. I'd give them a 0/5 if I could. Overpriced and with their already lucrative amounts of poor ratings I think I really did myself a favor by taking my business elsewhere. You CANNOT claim to be a Canadian company and do business overseas, as an immigrant myself I do not appreciate the dishonesty this company portrays. Canadian means Canadian made, owned and sold. This is not the definition of a good Canadian company. I will never return here again. The store seriously needs an update. Employees were nice to say the least and professional, but they are working for a company that's clearly trying to stay afloat in the midst of online shopping. The one thing they should focus on is strictly online business and have a smaller inventory and upgrade the front so customers dont turn away at the sight of outdated fixtures. Shabby is an overstatement for this, it's more delapadated.

Save yourself the hassle and don't shop with these guys.
4/4 custom orders for custom shirts have come back with defects and service is sub par.

After my first 6 shirts came back with sleeves twice the length they should have been and the cuffs falling off I made the mistake of trusting JWS and allowing them to order a second round of shirts. This time we ordered 14 custom shirts, not only were the measurements off (length and collars) the cuffs were a totally different fabric and pattern to the shirt.

When ordering custom shirts that range from $90 - $120 to have thin plastic buttons, poor stitching, cheap fabric and incorrect measurements you are simply throwing time and money in the bin.

I have never had such an awful online shopping experience. I ordered 3 slim fit custom shirts according to their size chart online. They arrived weeks later and were too small. After talking to customer service we returned the shirts and ordered a size up, still slim fit. They arrived weeks later but were in a regular fit, which was too big. After another conversation with customer service we returned these shirts and ordered the slim fit. They never arrived! I placed the original order on January 7th and I am writing this review on May 15th. Still no shirts after another email and 3 more calls to customer service. Unbelievable.

EDIT AFTER REPLY: I am surprised at the snarky reply below. As you well know, the second shirts you sent were not slim fit as I ordered and thus were too big. They were not "perceived" to be too big. If you read my review, my complaint is with the horrible (and obviously quite immature) customer service. The facts are that you repeatedly ignored my phone calls and emails. All I wanted was the shirts I had already paid for 5 months ago. The only way I got to talk to you was when I called from my daughter's phone so you wouldn't recognize my number. When I decided to give up and cancel my order you called me and offered to include a couple free shirts with my order if I did not cancel. I agreed to give you one more chance and you said you would confirm with the factory and get back to me the next day. A week later I had not heard from you. Again, I could only reach you if I used someone else's phone. After a bit more frustrating back and forth, the shirts finally arrived and they were a great fit, BUT you did not include the free shirts as promised. I did call but of course you did not answer and I decided not to pursue it further. Instead of going on the defensive, I suggest you take a look at your processes and try to improve them.
