Bad staffing agency. Just called your agency. Asked for any job vacancies. The person who attended the call said, no vacancies and cut the call.i was wondering whether i asked her any personal matters. A person who is attending calls or sitting on the freight desk should show some empathy atleast. I have been calling other agencies, and didn't get such a bad experience from anyone. So i wanted to express wot i felt.

As a student, Please don't waste your time visiting there office, they will simply say 'they have no use of students right now as there are thousands not them ', I'll prefer contacting other well known agencies rather than this

Agency helped me find work. Though then the Boss at work who fired me after 2 weeks on the same day earlier admit I wasn't being properly trained. Then regardless, got cut contradictively after I myself displayed the initiative to try and ask questions and learn, and while knowing it factored from there not properly training me which was acknowledged. Then I got cut despite these circumstances and made to seem like I couldn't do the job when theres a clear pattern of under accomodations in my distinct role which I had that differed from others roles which even my veteraned coworkers stated. With this said the Agency is legit. But this placement I got despite It's potential couldn't be anymore contradictive
Underassessive, underaddressive, exacerbative and Bias. And I couldn't do the job? That's why from the first day for up to 2 weeks it was done with no propper official training? Rather then haulting me to stop first day if it was so bad? And past that with not even Yet alone any decently in-depth training when it comes to the need to be known specifications of this role? Smh. It was literally me needing to pick there brains about everything they weren't for some reason in full explaining. Nonsense. And they went through 4 people in the same role now in like 2 months (Hmm wonder why) at the location but blame the workers rather then take partial accountability to there not being properly trained till they build up they're recruits. I loved the job but again what an underassessment. Honestly Irony at It's finest #ObviousNegligenceatthislocation
