If I could give a zero stars, I would. I have never had such bad service. I came in with a group that was booked ahead of time. I sat there while everyone got their nails done. I waited for an hour and a half, and wasn’t acknowledged. Two other people who came in after me got their nails done before me. I’m not one to complain but this was seriously a waste of my time. Never again!

I got a pedicure here and it was a great experience! Reasonably priced, gorgeous setting and super friendly staff. Annie did a GREAT job on my toes! Super attention to detail. Will absolutely go back.

Thought I would try this place after reading all the lovely reviews and I'm really impressed! Had a shellac manicure done with Alex. The staff are all so friendly and Alex did my manicure with great attention to detail. Can't wait to be back! Xx

I highly recommend this place. I came here for the first time three weeks ago for a bio gel full set and came back today for a fill and got a pedicure too. The salon is very nice and beautiful. The staff are very professional and friendly. The owner is a very sweet lady and she made sure I was happy with my experience. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for amazing results.

I can't say enough great things about this nail salon. Finally, a aesthetically pleasing as well as clean nail salon with the nicest nail technicians I have come across. They took extra care after explaining my knee injury as well as my diabetes. Can't wait to come back.

I just went for the first time after going to multiple salons around and I can say that this is the best salon in fonthill hands down! The shape was amazing, and the design was GORGEOUS! Julie and Yen did my nails and they did amazing, the experience was great and professional. I am extremely satisfied, I will definitely be coming back, everyone is so friendly!

Although very friendly, it doesn't make up for the lack of skill and respect for clients time.
I booked the night before, and specifically asked for 1 of 2 people that are very good. Appointment booked for the next morning. Upon arrival I waited about 10 mins before I realized they were no where near completing the client, in front of them. When asked if they were the only ones working, I was told Annie was in the back doing eye brows. It was clear, at that point, I'd be waiting much longer than my appointment time, which speaks to he lack of respect for clients time. Then, I was offered Julie (they claim that's who I'm booked with, but I would never use her services), and I just can't agree to a nail fill or design with Julie, as she lacks skill. Julie makes your nails (fill) too thick, can't do designs, and takes an incredibly long time. Unfortunately, I think it's time to find a new nail salon, as this small town salon just lacks the experience and skill others do.
On a positive note, you will not be disappointed with their cleanliness.

Had my nails done the other day and pedi the week before. This has been my go to salon since they opened. Super clean, friendly and so careful. I had a very sore nail from am injury and they were so careful taking care of me. And a painful spot on my foot is now pain free due to the extra attention I received. Every employee I have had are wonderful! I highly recommend.

Had such a lovely appointment this morning! The salon was very clean and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Alex was my nail tech and she took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. I also love the online booking, it even tells you how long the appointment will be! I will definitely be coming back

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this salon. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The ambiance is relaxing. I simply love the way they do my dip powder and shellac pedicure. Their online appointment system is a great addition. They follow all the public health and Covid protocols, with exquisite sanitation. Thank you to all on your superbe work!

I have been getting my nails done regularly for a long time and have been searching for the right salon because I was never feeling like I was leaving with what I asked or I felt super rushed. JY nails was the most amazing experience! They took their time, were incredibly friendly and so very talented. My daughter and her friend got cute designs on their tiny nails and they spent so much time getting them absolutely perfect for them! So happy to have found this salon!

I took my grand-daughter to JY Nails for a pedicure for her 10th birthday. The staff was friendly, professional, and did a great job. My feet are always cracked and dry and they were given extra time and care. We both came away very pleased with our experience.

Such a great place to relax and get your nails done. All the girls there are lovely! They ensure you are taken care of and you get EXACTLY what you are looking for.

Salon is extremely clean and appointments are spaced out so crowding is not an issue. Especially during times like this.

This nail salon is super clean and so nice inside! Definitely the nicest nail salon I’ve seen in all of Niagara region. The team is so sweet and a great system seems to be in place regarding covid and not allowing too many people at once. Great ambiance overall I will definitely be going back! Perfect place for a spa day!

Love it here. Very accommodating. Easy to use appointment set up on line. Very clean inside, quick service and so many colors for my nails! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the experience, however please beware. I do not often frequent pedicure and manicure places. I had no idea how much upsale was going on. I went in for 3 classic pedicures ($90), and came out paying all in over $200 with them constantly telling me they could do little things, my grandaughter's nails (5 years old), trimming mine. I had no idea I was paying for everything. As a consumer, I know I should be more aware. When the bill came, I thought, at least I can be aware next time if I were to get an itemized receipt, but no, they do not give those out. I won't go back, as there was no communication when I was being sold more items about the cost increase. I feel as if I was just an idiot.

Very up to standards with the current situation of the pandemic. I felt very protected and valued as a client. The staff is very professional and aware.
