Mitch was very friendly and helpful. He provided prompt service when I inquired about an item in a different type of wood. Other staff followed up and even though we’re not successful in what I wanted I was able to find a suitable.

Dylan was veey helpful. He pointed me to the right places in the store and looked up the specific materials for the textiles I was looking for.

The management was excellent. They were friendly to my 3 year old son who kept touching the stuffed goose at the counter. I was having troubles with the debit transaction and they were patient and helped me quickly. They have my son a gift and he was happy too. They offered me extra stuff that was in sale as well. This is the best jysk I ever been to. I will be back.

I love shopping at Jysk! The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Tia is such a wonderful staff member! She always greets us when we walk in the store and makes the checkout process a breeze!

Amazing staff!
I had an old JYSK duvet that was way to hot, I took a picture of the tag, since it's no longer carried. Matt was awesome! He knew the one I purchased and helped me pick out a new one, and 2 new pillows:)
After that I was browsing, and Angela gave me a hand finding batteries and other stuff I for sure would have forgotten. The staff are so friendly and helpful, highly recommend

This is by far my favorite store in the belleville area to but household items, last time i was in an employee named travis was a huge help! I look forward to coming back in to find more great deals on goodies!

Wendy helped us a month ago when we came in looking to buy an outdoor umbrella. She was very knowledgeable and found us a cover to help keep our umbrella protected when we aren’t using it, as well as the perfect base. She was friendly to everyone during our visit and is great at being the person at cash to help you leave with a smile on your face.

Absolutely appreciate the amazing experience at the Belleville location. Matt was knowledgeable and honest with his advice about my shopping items and the lovely young lady at the front was the sweetest. Worth the drive up!

The other day I went to Jysk in search of sheets. When I was in the area the store manager came up to me and asked me if I needed help. She was very helpful and I was able to find the perfect sheets. It was definitely a great experience knowing that someone knowledgeable of the store was able to help me and as well treat me with respect and kindness. At the cash a cashier with the name Wendy? I believe was also kinda and had me walking out the store with a smile and eager to return. Definitely somewhere I would recommend for quality items and a great experience.

Patricia was very nice and helpful. She found me towels to match new shower curtain wonderfully. Wendy was super kind as soon as I came through the door she was very polite and full of smiles and continued till I paid and left would definitely return and recommend. Staff was wonderful

I was shopping for new pillows and there were not any pillows left of the kind I wanted except for the display so I was given a generous discount by Wendy and Myrna! It was a stress free visit and I would highly recommend!

My husband and I decided to visit the JYSK store today, this being our first time, and wow are we glad we did! Not only did we find the perfect comforter set for our new bed but the staff honoured the Boxing Day sale price! Both Wendy and Ben provided excellent customer service, took the time to answer all of our questions, and were extremely helpful! We will be going back for sure!

My wife sent me to pick up Towels - why she would task me with this in a place with so many options is beyond me, but the assistant manager, (I believe Patricia was her name) saw my struggle and immediately helped me. My wife was happy with the selection and I'm allowed to sleep in the bed tonight. 10/10 would shop here again just for the customer service.

I called Jysk in Belleville this week to order and pick up a patio set. I spoke with the manager, Chris, who quickly assisted me in ordering my patio set over the phone. They had one in stock and I was able to pick it up right away! Chris made this process easy and efficient for me and the patio set looks great on our back deck. I will definitely be buying from Jysk in Belleville in the future and recommending them to my friends and family.

Not easy to get curbside had to walk through the store wait for someone then go back out through the store to drive around the back to pick it up

Bought a two door pantry and come to find out when I got it home that the top was smashed up and box was ripped open

I ordered online during COVID and it was a disaster. I called the store (which is my local branch) to see if they could help. They went above and beyond and I got the situation rectified in days.

Had everything we wanted and only 20 people in the store at one time.clean up at till after every customer

Good store never been in one before had great prices staff was kind and helpful over all I like this store. I'll have to go back and check other products but for what I was looking for it was easily found and worked out good

I bought a nice 3 drawer pine desk here for $119.00 it was solid. I was expecting soso quality, but it was a heavy solid desk, 3 drawers worked. All the holes aligned, very sturdy, very easy to assemble, not like some stuff you buy that the holes dont align or parts are missing. Bought 5 bedding sets from here over the years, never had an issue.

Didn't have what we we're looking for but they tried to help anyway and pointed us in the right direction.

I bought a night table in dark brown a staff member helped me buy taking the top box and putting it in my cart, was a bit heavy so was very thankful he could hep me. Brought home to assemble. Notice a 1-2" hole in the box and was deep enough to damage parts, opened and yes a piece was damaged. Brought right back w/reciept and a lovely staff member did the leg work & brough a fresh undisturbed box & put in the cart for me job done very good customer service.my rating was not of the store itself it was the product. All the pieces were in good condition but the instructions (yes I use the instructions to save all the b.s) the instructions on this particular assembly was not good, first nasty job of assembling a piece of furniture. I was sober and relaxed & happy so in the end I was very grumpy.

I reallt like JYSK they carry a wide variety of products. They have an excellent sélection of bedding and window covering. Great storage ideas, tgey have nice seasonal items. There prices and sales are very good. The staff is helpful and polite. I would recommend this store to anyine.
