I came in to only look at dressers. I am so grateful to Prabh for his help and assistance. The staff are amazing here and so helpful. This is the JYSK to shop at. I ended up leaving with 2 dresser 2 night stands and sheets.all because of the care and help that Prabh took. Thanks Prabh for give tglhe care in a huge store. I will return often and also be referring this store. All because of Prabh and the staff!

Prabhu is one of the best executives in the store who understands the needs of the customer and he helped me with my bed and mattress which is a wonderful choice and will definitely recommend

Staff are very friendly if you can find one never seems to one around but when you do find one very helpful and friendly the place is very quiet not busy at all I never seen it busy once has a little bit of everything some things can be overpriced

I had customer service frm Mavleen which was outstanding. She helped me to choose decoration stuff for my home. Really appreciated Mavleen.

We bought 4set storage cube for which the price written was $12.98 and cashier gurleen charged $21.98 when we told her that the price posted was 12.98 on the shelf she said 'oh we got to change that sign'. But when we decided to leave the item she agreed to charge the price posted on the shelf. So be careful of such crooked cashiers.

Big shoutout to the cashier Gurleen. My mom and I came in yesterday looking for Christmas decorations. She let us know that some of the decorations were clearance, and assisted my mom and I the whole time we were there. Great service

Store is nicely packed with a lot of Christmas decorations and the discounts are fantastic.

The operation manager at this location is Priti…she is amazing! She made refurnishing my room a breeze! Great personality, genuinely pleased to help even though it’s busy and she’s of the only person working. Worked delivery for me! I’m thankful for her!

My wife and I enjoyed our time browsing and shopping around here. Prabhu was very excellent, professional and accommodating with us. We got an office desk, and currently looking for a mattress and bed frame! Maybe more! Service and products are great! Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for home furniture!

Its a huge store. U can get a lot of home related items. U can find beds, mattresses, furniture, blankets (low priced). I love their blankets. I recently bought one for $18 its big and cozy.

If you're looking to furnish you home and want quality products at an affordable price then this is the place to go. They have everything you need plus the things you don't even know you need until you find them there, lol. Love this place.

I was looking for a single bed frame. 2 different staff members walked straight by me as I approached them to ask for assistance. Cute xmas stuff though.

Went in for a rug that was on sale for $99, size 5×7. Made sure I got the right one with an employee before I went to cash out. Checked the measurements and they converted the cm to feet to be sure. They rang it up and it came up as $199. So even the largest size is not $199, it is also on sale for $149. Anyway they did some looking around and figured out that there was a new size added to the rug style that the staff didn't know about. Everything worked out but I think that the company should make inventory updates to their employees so they are not running around.

Disappointing there was no one on the floor to ask questions alot of things didnt have prices. They lost me from buying stuff because there was no prices or someone around to ask

For new store not much of a selection. They have moderate sales here and there. They have a general return policy which is always a comfort that a store stands behind its products.

Bought 4 Cabinets and one of the cabinet has defective door. Took the doors back and waited 2 hours for them to try to find the doors to exchange. After 2 hours they were unable to find the doors and Assistant manager Anu didn't even have the courtesy to apologize and asked me to come back next day to pick it up next day in the afternoon. When i went there next day she did not have the doors and did not even bother calling. Then she said she will deliver the doors at home in the evening and when doors arrived she sent back the doors i originally returned. Extremely poor customer service and no regard for rhe customer.

Very Rude Customer Service. There is an Asian Lady (most likely from Punjab) who is very rude with Customers. Had placed an order for sofa set on 11th May which2019, they promised to deliver as show on display. Firstly they postponed their delivery day from 15th May to 18 May 2019 which they failed to deliver on 18th too. Then after calling them on Tuesday (as it was long weekend) someone from Store promises us to Get it delivered by Thursday 23rd May again the items where not delivered and we didn't receive any call from them as to it won't get delivered so basically no courtesy to call their customers to update about products we buy! And finally we get our products delivered on 25th May 2019 which they had said would get it delivered by 12 non but we received at 5.30pm. We received items but not as shown on display that Means missing items. Called the Store but lady out there said those items where not included in it and was not even Willing listen my side situations. Really felt cheated by JYSK.

If possibble i would give them 0 start. This is the worst store, staaf. Specially manager linda and Anu don't have manners to talk him customers. They promise to deliver our furniture on very next day and when we pay for it. Anu (manager) said o sorry it will be arrive to thrusday. I have to say its ok what we don't want to say. And on thursday we get half furniture, they don't send our bed frame.when we call Linda (the other manager) said it will come on saturday. And on saturday we call to linda at what time our bed frame comes.she said sorry our truck is not here. We are hoping truck on next thrusday. And we don't know when our stuff arrive (its second week). Don't go there if you want your delivery at time. Worst worst worst delivery system.

If possible, I would not have given even 1 star. I have had horrible experience here at JYSK. The managers have no courtesy to even apologize or pacify the customer. Their delivery system is the worst one. They have no ethics or work standards to follow. Disclaimer should be given to buy at your own risk as they suck at delivering stuff to customers. On top of that, the manager loves to argue and doesn’t even have the shame to feel sorry for the customers. We’ve ordered bedframe and they have no idea when it would be delivered. We are still waiting. Worst service ever.

The people are great and helpful. The issue that I have is that I placed an order back in January 2019. I was given a time frame of when my order was to be delivered and this date was overestimated to allow more than enough time (approx march 1). Did not hear anything by this date. Called March 15 and was given an update which estimated my order to arrive to the store location (not delivered to my home) some time in the middle of May. The reasoning is because the main warehouse was relocating toa bigger location. I understand the need for improvement and upgrade but relocating isn't a customer's concern. That is something the company took on and should have planned for in advance to accommodate processing orders for customers. It would have been helpful if someone reached out to me and explained in advance the long delay and what options I had regarding my order. Service level was not what I expected and I would not be placing another order with them. In store purchases is what I recommend to stick too.

My visit was very pleasant. Lots of decorative ideas.more than what I was looking for. Reasonable pricing on everything u want for each room of your house n more.worth the drive

An excellent alternative to IKEA. Well organized and great selection of product with a much smaller footprint. This translates to a more pleasant Shopping experience in my opinion. You won't find renovation products here. You'll find some bedding and mainly decor product.

JYSK is a very convenient home decor and furnishing store on the outside of Shopper's World. I recommend JYSK for people looking for basic canvas art to hang in their home, and as well as other wall decor options like mirrors and unique shelving solutions. The furnishings and products here are all at very reasonable pricing.
