Absolutely fabulous service. I went to purchase something and the sale had ended. I asked a member of staff if I had missed the sale and they said, no problem, we will honor the price from the previous week. Then, they also gave me money off a stool I purchased because it wa going on sale the following week. Then, they carried my items to my car! Very friendly staff, I was so impressed. THANKYOU so much

There was this table that the Scarborough nor Whitby locations didn't have so I went all the way to Barrie and got the last one. The guy I dealt with was Vince and he not only got me a good deal but even helped load it into my car.

More folks need to visit this store and meet the kind and helpful staff. Sure a pleasant change to the other stores with similar product selection

My little girl lost her ring under the one of the pallets and the manager helped us out no problem and was very kind to her. Debbie is always a fresh face to see when I am there!

I rushed in one Sunday afternoon hoping that there might still be some patio furniture in stock. Pleased to find out they did have lots for sale. It was very busy so had to wait for an employee to help me but once it was my turn Lyne made sure I had everything I needed.

She was great to bounce ideas off of and was respectful of my budget.

There's always something on sale! And so many beautiful items for reasonable prices. It's never busy which is surprising because it's practically like IKEA. Today I bought two king size pillows and was expecting the total to come to around $56 because of the 2 for $50 sale they had going. When I got to the cash, however, there was an additional discount and I got the pillows for $33! Thanks JYSK. Also the staff are fairly friendly for the most part

The young woman working there was really knowledgeable about the products and their usage. I will keep going for certain products. Prices were less that a certain place I was buying cleaning products from.

Love this place. Can't ever leave without buying something, even if I didn't find what I was looking for. Closes a bit early though.

I have done curbside pick up 3 times in the last 10 days here and every time was a great experience! When that back door opens and it was Lynn (every time) I knew the service would be awesome!

Came here to buy some storage benches and got a deal for 2. Love this store as you can find some pretty decent things for the home and the staff are very helpful and friendly as well.

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and were looking to purchase a new dining room set that would match our decor. We found this lovely wood & white table set that would fit perfectly for our farmhouse look. After looking on their website, and having challenges with items not being in stock when they said they would be we finally contact the Barrie store to confirm the items we wanted would be in stock. My husband dealt with a wonderful employee named Lynn who assisted us with securing this set after many back and forth phone calls. Fast forward a few weeks later and we decided to go back and purchase the matching sideboard to complete our space. Again, Lynn was there and esverso friendly and helpful as the first time. We have always had a pleasant experience at the Barrie JYSK, all the staff have been great and attentive but Lynn was an absolute delight, really going above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the items we needed or wanted and that we were always satisfied with our experience. Thank you so much Lynn, we will definitely be back for more in the future!

It's ok, the staff are freindly but we went on a hot day in July and the sur conditioning was barely on, made it super uncomfortable in the masks. Also prices for the merchandise are not really proportionate.

Had a wonderful experience buying bunkbeds with my sister for her children. Lynn and Debbie were amazing and super helpful. They were very personable and made our shopping experience at JYSK just super easy and fun.
