Ishoon and Ronord were really helpful. They explained everything that we need in a best way. They provide us outstanding services, demonstrating expert knowledge and genuine commitment to helping us find perfect bed and mattress. Making my shopping experience a delight. I really appreciate them because of their help and kindness. They are the best.

What a wonderful experience. I went to get a few furniture and patio stuff from there and the staff who helped me was absolutely fantastic. Even though he works in the warehouse he came in and showed me a bunch of other options that saved me a lot of money plus helped my find exactly what I was hoping for. Also, he helped me to carry everything to my truck too. I believe his name is Sohail and he definitely needs a raise.

My partner and I just had the best experience with Irene. You can tell that Irene is focused on putting her customers FIRST.
Irene helped us find a couch that best fits our needs and the needs of our space. Irene was patient, knowledgable and extremely kind. She was absolutely amazing and made our experience wonderful.
We will be asking for her upon every single visit because she took the time to hear what we were looking for and helped us narrow down a couch that would be perfect for us.

The staff is always very helpful and courteous at JYSK in Thunder bay. I was there today and Gurleen was polite and wished me a great day. I really enjoy shopping there.

Very rude customer service… didn’t pay any attention and when i asked a simple question all they gave me was sass.never again
