Donna was great. Was not pushy, explains my options and answered all my questions. Very friendly.

I actually had one of the best shopping experiences at the JYSK. The sales rep Donna was extremely knowledgable and helped me find everything that I needed. They helped me load my car and my truck when I came back for the bed-frame. I would be proud to recommend this store to anyone.

Went in today to get a storage unit for the bathroom. Donna was the store customer service person there today and she was amazing. She helped me find the storage unit and showed me other things in the store that I might be interested. I will definitely go again to the store.

We would like to Thank Shafan for his help. He was just learning and did an amazing job! He was very polite and took the time to make sure our new purchase on our Flexity card was done properly! Great addition to the JYSK team!

Thank you to the staff here that went above and beyond with customer service. My mum was shopping for a mattress because she was diagnosed with cancer, and her current mattress was uncomfortable. This was a really hard day for us and I was crying as mum tried each mattress. It was surreal having to make a purchase because of this reason and I can't tell you how grateful I was for the excellent customer service we received. Donna was kind and patient, and empathetic. She let mum take her time trying each mattress, helped her in and out of each bed and also helped mum with transferring into her wheelchair. She took her time explaining everything and also threw in extra discounts for other items we needed. Can't thank you enough for your kindness and empathy.

Paul is very helpful and an amazing staff. He solved our problem very quickly. He is knowledgeable and friendly.

We where there today browsing around we were approached by a gentleman asking us if he could help us i told him what I needed then he replied he can't help us because the place its closed. I said goggle says you closed at 8 he looked at me like I am laying and laughed. It was my first time at this store very disappointed and I checked again in goggle still says this specific stores closes at 8 pm on Saturdays never going back to this store

The store has a wide selection of home products, from mattress's to towels.
I picked up four cushions for my couch.
Nice bright store, enjoyed my shopping experience. I will be back.

Found everything I needed right away. I love the merchandise that Jysk offers, however, I find the layout of the store very maze-like & frustrating to navigate. I understand that it's meant to guide buyers to maximum items to encourage impulse buying, but it actually just makes me angry & frustrated trying to find my way out. As I was entering the store, I overheard another lady say she didn't think she would ever find the exit! It needs a re-think.

You will love it if your looking for something different. You can also donate items and they will give you discount to shop in store. Staff really nice.

We bought queen bed from this location and Store Operations Manager - Harsh served us.
He provided excellent customer service at the time when we went in store to browse around options for bed.
Then when we finalized the bed, which was not available at his store. At this stage there was delay in shipment during to ongoing Supply Chain issues.

Harsh went above and beyond and arranged this bed for us in 3 weeks of time.

Then after when we picked the furniture and astarted assembling it, we found some of parts were detective.
We talked to Harsh over phone and bought defective parts and Harsh arranged the defective parts box right away for us.

My mom shops here alot. We love the product.
Harsh was very nice and dealt with our curbside pick order great.

Customer service is absolutely amazing! Julie went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I got everything I needed.

If I could rate this place 0, I surely would. I visited on March 25th, 2021 around 5.30 PM. I was having a pleasant day until the employees spoiled it. Me and my husband asked them to check if an item was available and the manager kept throwing excuses not to check it. She kept saying it is what it is and we cannot help and we cannot order for you and we cannot check if any other store has it.
As soon as it was 5.59PM she screamed at us asking us to leave and pointed towards the door. She screamed so bad that after stepping out it took me 5-10 minutes to get back to normal and I was so overwhelmed the way she screamed.
Terrible experience.

Asked for help in the store at the help desk, man threw a quick answer while going to talk to a co worker. Asked the same question at the cash and the man working cash was quite snippy, his co worker female was on the other hand brushed him off and was very helpful. The 2 stars are for the female working on cash.

If you need anything from this store ask for Tobi. My customer service experience with Tobi was outstanding, I will refer my family and friends to this store 100%. Thanks, Tobi will see you soon thanks again for an amazing customer service experience keep up the good job!

Always a deal to be had. Reasonable prices. Quality and durability for a lot of items could be improved. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Very unorganized, most of the store had a strong chemical smell. Very few cashiers for the amount of customers. I saw 2 people leave the store well in line because the wait was far to long.

The staff in this location are very knowledgeable about their products. Even though we had a issue with a bed frame. The staff here were extremtly helpful in solving the problem. The experience from original purchase to new bed frame was very comfortable. Thank you Ryan/Samantha & April for all your help.

Great store to shop. Manager and the employees are excellent with helping and providing a great customer service. I just think they should work on their delivery system.

Very disappointed with the service. Yesterday visited the store to return a defected chair. After arguments, they refunded lowest amount of money rather what they charged me.

Love this place. Good home decor and furniture are available. Look for the discount and jeep your eye on the item you want buy, certainly the price would drop at some point

Staff weren’t overly willing to help. I asked to find a certain item and I received an eye roll. I understand if they are stocking shelves but I believe they should assist customers. The staff on the floor were all stocking. I therefore asked the closest person and she wasn’t overly receptive. I’m not sure if I would return.

A lot of great low cost home decor here! And excellent customer service at this location. The only down side is that it's very full and the pathways through the store are narrow. Not easy pushing a stroller through and I'm not sure how wheelchair accessible it is. But overall a great experience, I would shop at this store again for sure and recommend it to others!

Loves the stuffs there and even their stock level is always great. When sales prices comes in it is always a good place to go. Quality of products is also excellent. Got really good parking lot so no need to going around looking for parking. One minor things noticed was that lots of stuffs were there and they arranged in a way where customers can get confused about the way of exit

Good selection of merchandise. Store is clean and well set up. They have things for the garden and furniture, drapes, and lots of things for your home. Merchandise is good quality. They always have great sales. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of parking outside

We purchased a coffee table here for $150 a little over a week ago. We had to return it as soon as we opened it because the product was damaged. The top of the table looked like it had been kicked in. The legs and supports had multiple splits in the wood. They gave us a refund but still.we liked the piece and it was really disappointing. We won’t be returning.

When you shop at JYSK its like shopping at Walmart and Ikea mixed together. To expect quality made items will only lead to disappointment. You have to take the store for what it is, cheap alternatives that are good enough for "right now" not built to last. If you want something to last you pay the higher cost. They have a dependable selection and going there once your pretty aware of the products you can expect to find.

Love this store. So many wonderful things. You could spend a lot of money there if you are not careful. Great staff.

Great store! Lots of products! Always find something! Only reservation is the name. Weird I guess it has an explanation.

Allows you to prepay for their sales items if they aren't in stock, state that it will be on the beginning of the week shipments.and you wait over 2 weeks and still nothing! You are suppose to be a retail store and restock items regularly.a rain check doesn't take weeks to obtain the purchased item! This is getting ridiculous! No straight answer still!

Always something here for the home. Reasonable prices so easy to change or add to home necessities or accents.
