His knowledge of the products and willingness to assist with any inquiries or concerns is truly impressive. I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch. The obvious dedication to excellence sets the standard for exceptional customer service.

I am super happy with the level of customer service I got from Hailey. She took the time to explain the differences in comforters price point vs. Material. Vannessa at the cash register was pleasant and double check for any discounts I may have been able to get. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Paige carried carried it to cashier Immediately, I didn't let her know lol I had to be out of town, but I got it quick and out. I am one happy customer. I ordered the Aarberg bed from this store. Such bad finishing that it took 2 hours for a furtniture installation expert to install one bed. The screws were smaller in size, the side-rails of the bed-frame needed the paint to be removed to be inserted to the headboard and footboard. Absolutely no value for money. We also asked for installation service and they denied. They salesperson at the store was Stacey. Very very very bad customer service.

Johnathan’s helpful personality had made our experience amazing. He was down to earth and his humour brightened our day. He made everything easy, especially with making sure we would get products that were to be back in stock.
Clayton had assisted us with our pickup, which we greatly appreciated. We feel both Johnathan and Clayton put their customers first.

I purchased a desk and paid for that. After payment, a kind salesman, SURIA, came up and said I can save on what I bought. He recommended me to buy an extra item to enjoy a big save. Finally, I took two items but paid only for one plus a small extra.

Vanessa is awesome! Very attentive and helpful. It is quite obvious she loves her job and her colleagues. She was very helpful with our online order and in store purchase! Great customer service thank you Vanessa!:)

A special place for home furnishing, the sales department, and the after-sales service is more than wonderful

I went into jysk today and got the best customer service and help today by a gentleman named Youssef, he helped me carry it out to my car as well. We need more people like him very respectful! Best service ever!

This worker named Youssef was really nice and helped me pick out a mattress for my room and it’s the comfiest mattress I’ve ever owned! Great employees!

My trip to JYSK was very pleasant. I was helped by the retail worker youssef. He was very respectful and friendly. He showed me where everything is and was patient even tho i kept asking him so many questions. Ended up buying half my furniture from there thanks to him. 10/10 service

Went around to do some furniture shopping, not only did jysk have the nicest stuff and prices, but the nicest workers! The one tall guy named youssef helped me pick out some pieces for my new apartment and man was he more than a life saver, will definitely shop here again, hope hes working too haha, 10/10 service!:)

I got what i needed and staff was very helpful. However, the store doesnt have the cleanliness that it use to have. Check out area was very unwelcoming and a bit of a disaster. I get they are changing things but doesnt have to be that way. Just my opinion.

IT ROCKS! Beautifully structured and with pleasant employees, the store was wonderful. One worker by the name of Youssef was exceptionally polite and helpful. I would recommend him if there were any openings for advancements.

On Saturday August 6th we purchased a bed and side hutch. We had the absolute BEST service from the store manager. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond expectation when we had a piece that we needed to exchange. I would highly recommend this store!

The salesman Tyler was amazing, we were buying a mattress, pillow, and he said if we bought the mattress pad then we could try the mattress and if it didn’t work for us then we could return it. I work at Home Depot and customer service is valuable. I will definitely return because of this great service. Well done!

I bought a mattress in May only to have it sagging in the middle already. I was not told I had to purchase a mattress cover at the time of purchase so now my guarantee is void? Ridiculous! I was told to take a picture of the mattress but you only feel the sag when you're laying on it; it doesn't show in the picture. I am so unhappy with the product and with Giles in customer service!

Today I went into South London store. The sales associate Caitlin was busy serving a customer. She looked at me and said "I will be right with you. "I said I can probably look around and find it but thanks anyways! "She later came up and found me and help me find what I was looking for. Caitlin helped me with a smile again about a month ago. Very pleasant and very professional. She should be recognized as today that is hard to find. Thank - you Caitlin️

I am only going to this location from now on. The staff was exceptional and the service was excellent. Johnson was amazing. Honestly one of the best retail experiences we've ever had.

Fantastic store, extremely helpful staff. Drake went out of his way to help me get everything I was looking for, even got one item brought in from another store. He also told me about their financing options, so I got my items while paying nothing that day. Great experience, will be shopping here more often.

This was my first time shopping at a Jysk store. Stacy is the name of the girl who helped me find what I was looking for, which was a coffee table and floor screen. Such great customer service! Very pleased with the experience and will definitely shop at your store again. Give Stacy a raise, she deserves it.

Went and tried our a bed in a box. Loved it, bought it. They delivered for free the very next day.

I always enjoy shopping at JYSK, finding new decorating or storage ideas. We were looking for particular items this time and the employee who helped us dropped what they were doing and looked with us until we found the item. Very friendly and helpful. The cashier had a big smile and made us feel welcome.

Plenty of parking in front of the store. Handicapped parking in front of the store as well and handicapped accessible entrance as well.

The store has a great selection of house wears. From towels and sheets to chairs and couches and everything in between.

Prices are pretty good as well for the quality of product you are buying.

Love the pillows at this place. Great pillows to support my neck and back. Still pricey but they have promotions and that helps alot for those who cannot afford to spend alot on pillows. I have bought 7 pillows for me and others and my child. The quality of these pillows are great! Very happy customer.

I watched them chase a man out of the store and accuse him of stealing when he had just walked in the store with the product in his hand to return it with the receipt and the manager didn't let him return it. He had to tell the man that chased him to talk to the manager because he had just tried to return it. It was an item worth about $10 and the man was African. I will never go back to this location

First time using curbside pick up. Excellent experience. Ordered Tuesday and was ready immediately. Picked up Wednesday when store opened. Much appreciated!

Terrible customer service. I was waiting more than 30 min to pick up an item and after 4: 00 with me waiting since 3: 30 they just left. I couldn’t get my item and I will need to go back there tomorrow. Worst experience.

My daughter picked up her order earlier today. So happy we have this option. I would personally like to thank the staff!

After reading the last review I couldn’t believe Flavia Freire and her lack of compassion. Still amazes me that people don’t realize we’re currently in a pandemic? Unfortunately her privilege seems to have blinded her to the fact these employees are risking their lives? She needs to do everyone a favour and not leave her home until she re-evaluates her selfish attitude! There’s always one bad apple and ruins it for everyone.

Ordered an 80 inches Lansing couch online, placed my order on a Monday night of
April 27th, 2020. Received it today morning
April 28th 2020 by their store delivery service free of charge. I appreciate the excellent service of Chris, he called in before setting up the time for delivery and updated me till my stuff arrived.
Incredibly easy online shopping and the furniture and home decor designs are modern and minimal. Will keep placing an order at JYSK!

I don't normally go online and do this sort of thing, but I felt I absolutely had to create an account and post after the phenomenal service I received at this location.

I hadn't been to the South London store in about 2 1/2 years due to being horribly mistreated by the previous manager (I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he had a british accent). He accused me of stealing and I had the feeling being a woman of colour that I was being suspected unnecessarily. To say that I've been afraid to return up until now is a bit of an understatement, I did not want to return and run into that man again.

Over the boxing week sale, I wanted to come in because I absolutely love your Christmas decor. My daughter wasn't able to make the trip for me, so I came in myself. I stayed to the sides not wanting to run into that man again but that's when I made the acquaintance of the new store manager, Mark. He introduced himself and took me around the store when I said I hadn't been in such a long time. He told me the other manager was gone and he was the store manager now.

I need to express how happy and impressed I am with Mark and his team, he seems to have turned the store around and all the employees seem much happier than what I remember them being before. This is exactly the sort of person you need in this role as the results can clearly be seen.

Thanks to the kind hospitality of Mark and the cheerful smiles of his team, I'm happy to say I'll be returning as a regular JYSK customer:) Thank you for doing all you do!

Affordable home decor and furniture. Not all furniture is worth the price as quality is lacking but some are good. Best place for curtains and duvet covers for cheap!

There is a big selection given the size of the store. The prices are very reasonable, however, you get what you pay for, in that the quality of the items may not be as good as at competitor stores.

Terrible store! Every time I bought furniture over there something went wrong, missing parts (always!), or gave me the wrong item and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Sometimes they have good prices but it's not worth it!

Cool store, The staff is really friendly, Helpful and knowledgeable. There is lots of great Items in the store to decorate you house. There lots of free parking outside the building.

Lots of staff working, but they all seemed to be more interested in their personal discussions than greeting customers. Aisles are tight and can be difficult to navigate with a stroller. I find it's hit or miss in this store when I'm looking for product.

They have gigantic pillows. Like huge. So fun. And they come in a bunch of different colours. Worth a look.

Very disappointed to have fallen prey to the business malpractice at this South store. Bought few items with the promise that I can bring them back assembled state later for replacement with what works according to my spacing. Called back to confirm that I was bringing items as assembled and was told a plain "NO" by a not at all customer friendly manager who kept insisting to bring items in bought state. The issue is that there is no way anyone can put these items back into the box the way they were. I reminded him of the promise one of his staff made to me but he would not listen and instead of resorted to blame me for trusting one of their own representative. He paid no heed to what I was saying and hung up on me. I do believe that not all the people working there are out there to shut this business but this manager is working hard to accomplish that. This store has lost me and my all friends and family as it's customers for life and hopefully others reading this review will be careful when trusting anything any employee says there because the manager will not own upto that later. Buyer beware.

Actually, bad and slow service for three days they couldn’t just pick the item down from storage area to give it to me then I refunded my money.

Smaller - medium range store. The layout is quite different than as some may expect to see. Unique items at times. Sales come up often.

Did not have a great experience here. My husband and I found a TV stand we wanted to buy. At this point we had not been greeted by any staff or asked if we needed help. We had to track down a staff who was busy chatting with two other staff members. We showed her the unit we would like to buy and after waiting for her to find it she brings out the wrong one. We waited again for her to come back and say they didnt have it in store. She did not offer any solution to the problem. I asked if we could order it and how long it would take and she literally said "I don't know". She ended up telling us we could try and call the masonville location, but did not offer to do it herself. We ended up purchasing a book shelf (after another long wait for her to find it). It came in two very heavy boxes and no one offered to help us take it out to our car, they didnt even have a pull cart for us, so we had to carry these very heavy boxes. The redeeming fact was that the lady at the cash (I think her name was Mads) was very polite and offered to check the masonville store for us, even though they were out of stock as well.

Store was neat and organized. I asked a sales associate for assistance finding what I was looking for. She was very nice and knowledgeable.

Lots of selection. Lots of interesting items. Clever store layout in that once in, you have to pretty much go through the whole store to get back out.

JYSK is awesome.u can often find odds n ends here for amazing prices. I always check JYSK after going to big name stores for alternative options. Great customer service

I don't usually write bad reviews but I think this situation deserves it. I bought a bed frame from Jysk yesterday. The kid loaded 4 boxes in my truck and said I'm good to go. I get it home and there's no slats to support the bed. I call them up the today and they end up getting the slats sent to their store from another location. I pick it up and bring it home and start assembling it. Theres no bracket to mount the middle support to the end of the frame. This bracket was supposed to be pre-installed and was not included in the parts list to build it. I had to drive a couple screws into the frame myself to mount it. Also the slats I had to go pick up were also missing some pre drilled holes for screwing into.

The frame looks nice and that's why I'm giving 2 stars. Otherwise it was a poor experience from start to finish. I didnt get offered anything for having to drive out a second time to pick up something the employee forgot, and I had to sleep on the couch and not snug up with my gal for night! To sum up their products are low quality, I wasnt expecting a whole lot for $300 but it should have at least included everything.

You can't beat the prices on seasonal items for home decor, especially curtains, and patio furniture. I've had the outdoor wooden garden shed for 13 years now and it's held up, despite moving several times.

I bought a sofa bed on the weekend. I was told I could pick it up during the week. 3 days in a row I left work 2 hours early. 3 days in a row I couldn't pick it up. Finally they sent me to another store and gave a discount. Hence 2 stars not 1. So here's the thing. For 5 bucks you could have a white board in the warehouse that says customer bought sofa pickup Tuesday. So cheap so easy. Now you have a person who will not use your store again and go to Ikea.

Honestly, when they have deals, it's good value. The staff is very friendly, approachable and down to earth. I purchased a TV stand and they accidentally gave me one that had been returned and when I took it back, they helped me with nothing but ease.

Not too bad service, took a while to talk to someone about purchasing a bed. And when I did buy it, I was told it was too far in the back and would take too long for me to have my bed today, to come back the next day. I went back the next day, I was told to pull around the back loading dock. I gave the man my papers and sat for almost 25 mins waiting to get my bed just to be told that they dont have my bed there and I will have to drive to another location. I am very disappointed in the unorganized service at this location. The manager did not care one bit that I had to drive across town he blamed it on the fact he was on vacation and clearly his team cant do their job, gave a shoulder shrug and said oh well. I will not be visiting that location again.

The store manager helped us find out furniture when we went. He was friendly, approachable and informative. We've been there twice, the first time the customer service was okay, but this time was great:).

Nice clean store. Took advantage of a Saturday tax free day. Met Mark the store manager who was very well informed on mattresses. Refreshing to see non aggressive sales strategy. Took our time and with his help found the right mattress. Efficient pick up system even thou we where offered delivery at a fair price.

This place always satisfies my taste and my wallet.got several stuff for my livingroom and always get compliments about them

Love Jysk for many household items. I think they could have a bigger store with more products. Their pricing is very fair and quality is better than Walmart, in my opinion.
