JYSK Kitchener - Highland Hills Mall

Worst experience ever. They don't have stock of any displayed item. Not even positive response from the staff. Genuine suggestion to all that don't visit it.

Krys was so helpful in helping me figure out what I was looking for when it came to a new bed frame and mattress. Very knowledgeable in the diff types and took the time explaining to me. I can’t wait to go back for my order!

Stood at the online pick up counter, made eye contact with an employee, 10 minutes later i asked the same employee if someone was working the pick up desk, she asked what i needed.ah to pick up an online order? Mentioned i had been standing there, assumed an employee would see me and come help (ie YOU, who i made eye contact with) which she then said they were focused on flyers.cool cool, great customer service.

Clean open store. Parking out front. Prices seemed fairly reasonable, and staff were helpful and friendly.

Organized store, friendly staff though not much products in their assortment.

The thing that throws me off is their $125 delivery fee within kitchener; even if you’re blocks away from the store.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I was blown away by their customer service!

Way too expensive for stuff that isnt very high quality. If your looking to save money and likely have better variety and quality id go to ikea
