I have only shopped here a few times but yesterday I had a great experience. There was a gentleman working, not sure if he was management but his happy personality was all over the store. He was so friendly, helpful but not pushy. I could hear him making a point to speak to everyone in the store. THIS is customer service. I also had an issue with an item I had purchased and had to exchange. The ladies at the checkout were great. They apologized even though they were by no means at fault but the understood the inconvenience of having to make a second trip to the store. All around great staff and a great shopping experience!

Carol was such a delightful salesperson and could not be more helpful or friendly. What a pleasure it was to shop at this store with her help.

JYSK reminds me of IKEA with item names for Indoor/outdoor household items. Depending on what you buy is whether you get your money’s worth.

Bought a desk for my son, it wasn't on-sale until the following week, and they only had the floor model left, so they gave me sale price and an extra few % off. Awesome customer service!
