Bad customer service, ignored my emails 2 times.
Should invest on upgrading the website, surfing it made me feel like I am living in the 90s.
I was not able to create an account as I am not licenced yet, so a friend of mine placed an order for me and they sent us wrong items, not as described on the website. May be thats why they were ignoring my emails in the first place.

Steve Roll and his team at K-Dental have tirelessly worked to build and open our office. Steve is not only knowledgeable, but caring and patient. His advice is solid and honest.
Joy Colegate is our rep and she's amazing! She's always available to answer questions, help with orders and set up meetings with different reps.
Bottom line: If I had to pick my team again, I'd pick the same one!

Our sales rep Barb is the consummate professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She's gone out of her way on several occasions to ensure prompt delivery of items.

We have been working with Barb Albom for 7 years as our K-Dental rep. She is always courteous, friendly and professional. She is knowledgeable and always helpful with ordering dental products and often goes above and beyond providing our office with important information and giving good advice to help things run smoothly.

We have been dealing with K Dental (Steve Roll) for over 25years. Very honest and reliable service when it comes to equipment and service. Highly recommend to anybody looking for an honest local dental equipment dealer.

Working in this office felt like being on the inside of a toilet bowl. It is cleaned only once a week and it shows. Disgusting. Managers are useless and do not provide any constructive criticism. No surprise as the owner of this place is an absolute joke. Stay far away!

Wow what a great experience we had getting our new Belmont Chair from K Dental.
I must say this is by far one of our fastest deals we’ve made in Glencairn Dental.
Mike Kavanagh’s Speed & clarity with the sales process, Evan Peel the super start very knowledgeable coordinator ready to help any time. The Tech Team Richard Thomas & Dwane Forrestor excellent team. Richard & Dwane took their time installing the Belmont dental chair going above & beyond explaining right practice using the chair some new ideas. Richard even helped modifying another Belmont chair’s water line & settings even though that was not bought from K-Dental & we even had few good conversation & laughs I highly Recommend K-Dental you guys rock Thank you once again Dr. Maria & Alwyn Pereira

Worst technician service I've ever experienced. Arrogant and didn't even get the job done, technician acted like we should be begging him to answer any questions in regards to the machine. He didn't even know how to fix it and failed to give us a solution, despite using up 2hrs of time (most of the time he was on Facebook and couldn't be bothered to answer our questions). Never go with Kdental unless you want to pay someone to insult and look down upon you.

Be very careful of ordering from this company. A month ago or so we ordered a few boxes from them. As we were using the dental tools we discovered in one of the boxes contaminated instruments in zip lock bags with hand writing. More alarming were patient confidential schedule information from other clinics. It was a total shock for us and when we demanded a full refund we were told about a 20% restocking fee. Instead of someone in the company investigating this issue seriously the main focus was on applying return policies and applying restocking fees!
