Was quoted $50.00 for delivery then it changed to $60.00 I told the owner he quoted me $50.00.so he changed the cost back.
The washing machine we got shakes really bad we have to put wooden planks underneath it. Really noisy moves around and does not spin dry clothes properly. Ripped off.

They ripped me off for a $200 repair service but only made my machine worse. And then they asked me to purchase a washer from their store. DON'T BUY anything from them! Be warned especially of some guy named seeva

This place is a scam. All "good" reviews here are from the employees or from the owners sons employee who runs a pizza store. Awful customer service. Beware of this place. Do not purchase nor ask for service

Requested them to fix my dryer which was making a noise. They charged $50 for inspection. 1 wheel needed lubrication. They charged me $150 just for that. Within a week my dryer broke again. Called them again for service. No answer. They refused to do anything about it. They also refused to give me an invoice as they were improperly receiving subsidies from the government claiming low sales and false claims. Stay away from that crook siva and his uneducated men!

Called them to service my dryer just to check if everything was okay since it was a bit noisy. They guy took the entire dryer apart and put it back. Charged me 150 for that. And the next day my FULLY PROPERLY FUNCTIONING dryer - BROKE! IT'S NOT WORKING NOW. BEWARE OF SIVA! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

My elderly parents bought a fridge here during the pandemic and the owner assured them that there is a 3 month exchange policy. The fridge they bought does not work properly. The fridge section is too cold and freezes all vegetables/milk. I contacted them within the first month and they told me to try all the temperature settings. I've tried all and the fridge still freezes everything. Now when my parents tried to exchange the fridge the owners say they don't allow exchanges. So my elderly parents have lost their money and are stuck with a broken fridge. KJN are crooks. Save your money and buy your appliances elsewhere.

There service tech Shan came by to have a look at my stove and got it fixed on the spot, he came ready with the parts I need and had my stove working same day. I was really happy with the service and Shan was very pleasant and professional.

Had my washer repaired by these guys a few weeks ago, great service and had my washer up and running next day. Very friendly people too!

Dont come, on phone they tell you 150, when u here it becomes 295.good luck guys, this place is a con.

Very poor — based on high reviews we visited the store Thursday August 22 looking for a matching washer and dryer. None available until Monday Aug 26. We were told an Ingrid set was currently being fixed up. We phoned and no answer. Tried later and he said he was out and would calle me within 2 hours — 3 days later and no call. We bought elsewhere.

Just bought a refrigerator from KJN and very happy with everything! Excellent shop to deal with and have no hesitation in recommending them.

The most friendly and fast service I have received, unfortunately my fridge broke down on a hot summer day and was very worried about my food spoiling so decided to call KJN home appliances for help. The service tech Shiva came in and got my fridge working in the same day! I would highly recommend this company.

Called in to have my washer fixed, the process was simple and straight to the point, the service tech Shan came in a little bit late but he got my washer working in two days! Was very happy to have clean clothes again so soon.

Was in need of a good small fridge that I can use as a secondary one, decided to check kjn home appliances and didn't go anywhere else! Great customer service and very friendly people! Definitely a place to check out just for the people there.
