Great place to get your nails done. I’m in my nails.was totally smile under my face mask whilst the nail technician was doing my nail.

My tech did a nice design but the nails are crooked. I got biogel which on the board says $40+. My total came to $80 (70+10 for the design). Not sure why the difference was so large as $30. Anyways I paid cash because that’s the only tender they offer other than debit which I don’t use and when I asked for my receipt, they refused to provide to me. I told them I need it for reimbursement as proof of service and they were unwilling to help me saying that most people who pay cash don’t need a receipt. I don’t have any other form of payment and I now have to pay out of pocket for an overly expensive service that didn’t turn out justified in the cost in my opinion. Either way, when a customer asks for a receipt, in a legitimate business place that regularly issues receipts, it shouldn’t be a problem. Won’t be returning.

I had the worst experience in all of my life at this salon. I've been to many and this was by far the most disappointing and infuriating. I was getting a pedicure done and my lady put on my sandals on before applying nail polish to my toe nails. She proceeded to apply the nail polish on my nails but then got nail polish on my sandals, she wiped it off quickly but there was bright pink nail polish on my sandal, 5 minutes later I ask if she is going to remove the nail polish from my sandal, she speaks to her colleagues in a language I don't understand (I suppose Vietnamese) then takes acetone to remove the nail polish on my sandal.
Then, she is removing my old dipping nails. Usually the other place I go to soak my nails with acetone and aluminium foil, scratch it off and remove it gently. This lady took a metal drill to my nails. TWICE she hurt me with the drill, I asked if she had done this before but all she did was talk to her colleagues. (she didn't speak much English) I asked her if she could remove it with acetone instead or use a more gentle drill bit then the metal one she was using. She kept using the metal drill bit and hurt me again. I asked her colleagues if they could have her change what she was doing as it was hurting my nail and burning. One of the ladies said I must have sensitive nails.
They finally agreed to use acetone to remove the leftover dipping I had on my nails. I picked my Shellac color and she started doing my manicure. When she was applying the polish she kept looking at her own manicured nails to make sure she wasn't damaging her manicure. More than twice she took tissue to remove some nail polish on her own nails, she was more worried about her own nails then mine.
I felt bad because I could tell she was learning so still tipped her 10% but I am NEVER going back there again.

Great place! So many colours available here and the staff are so friendly. Everyone who works here is such great help and always does an amazing job. Always leaving happy from here!

Amazing service! Honestly the only nail salon I like going to! So gentle and everyone in there is so friendly! Always makes sure im walking out of there happy and satisfied! 10/10 would recommend!

Got Eyelashes done there. Good job making the classic look a little more lush but I normally pay $60 for a refill of volume lashes, here it was $60 for a refill of classic which is normally cheaper but Cindy did a good job.

I had the worse service at KK nails in Bolton today! I’m so angry that these people that work there are so rude. This location is where the theatre location.
This is what happen to me today.
My appointment was for 10 am and when I got there the doors were locked.
This other woman was waiting outside and said “ I don’t have an appointment for a pedicure and nails hopefully they can take me in as a walk-in.
The technicians arrived and we proceeded inside.
As I’m just about finished with my pedicure, a lady walks and says she is 45 minutes early and the Nail technician that was to do my nails took woman in the waxing room.
I was moved me to the nail table, and I was waiting for 5 minutes and still no service, I realize that the technician was going to be awhile so I spoke up! The women there were so rude to me, they were like a pack of wolves.all attacking me at the same time.
I said that that was unfair that my technician went to go help somebody that came in 45 minutes early, and I have to wait!
The woman who walked in without an appointment, had a pedicure done at the same time as me, and already had a technician doing her nails. How is this fair!
At this point I was so angry that I decided not to get my nails done, as I didn’t want to give him any more business. I asked for a discount on my pedicure for the inconvenience but they cause me for waiting.
They said if I don’t pay their we’re going to call the police! WTF
KK nails does not deserve to be in business, because do not respect for their customers.
Please find another location that appreciates your business and customers!
I hope they go out of business!

I will never go there again! The first time I went I had an alright experience. I decided to go back again for shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was done well and the nail polish stayed on for a while, however, I got my nails done on the Saturday and by Sunday they literally were peeling off. I couldn't believe it as shellac usually lasts 2 weeks at the most. I called to get them redone and the lady booked me in for an appointment. When I got there they redid my nails and I was on my way. I get into my car in the parking lots to one of the women there chasing me and yelling "you don't pay! " I was mortified. When I spoke to the woman on the phone I didn't have to pay, now I have this lady chasing me in the parking lot. I went home and then phoned the salon to tell them how unprofessional this was and how they made the mistake and it was their job to fix it. I asked about how the nail polish could have peeled off and that I was sure they put acrylic in it or whatever goes in to keep the nail polish going for longer.the sad part is she didn't even deny that. Never going back

I seriously question the hygenic practices of this spa.the woman who did my pedicure brought over a mysterious bin with her tools that did not come in individual packages. Throughout the pedicure, she 'cleaned' the pumice stone with a used, dirty looking brush and put it back in her bin. However, she was fairly thorough for the pedicure itself and provided one of the best massages. But when I mentioned to her I would like one of my big toe nails cut more to match the other, she replied with, "Oh it's just more square than the other one" and did nothing, resulting in noticeably different shapes for the final result.
Overall, okay pedicure, good selection of colours but I will not be back due to the lack of sanitary standards.
