Only 4 stars because you still managed to misspell 'Guthrie' to 'Gauthrie' on my mother's day order. I literally typed it out for you. Flowers were gorgeous though.

Inquired about a quote for some rose favours. They told me they could do what I was asking but I replied asking for a quote 2 times and they never got back to me.

Fantastic staff, they were able to accommodate my request on Valentines Day and make same day delivery even though they were very busy. I don't live in the city so I am very appreciative that my loved ones were able to enjoy the day.

Their flowers were amazing and even thinking back remain a sight to behold. They are very friendly people and managed to work around my schedule exceptionally well. I don't think I can see myself getting flowers anywhere else.

Wanted to send flowers from out of town but thought it was too late for same day delivery. These guys were willing to accommodate short notice. Got helped out by Christian, he was nothing but prompt and professional. Went out of his way to get my delivery out. Flowers arrived healthy and just as advertised. My recipient was elated to receive them. Very impressed.

I was going through a tough time needed something to perk up my brother and he accommodated me in a very positive way made me feel good when I left the florist and very happy with the flower he made for me. It made me very happy and I no it will make my brother happy to. It’s a wonderful family owned flower shop.

Edit: just heard back from the business and they were more than apologetic and willing to offer a solution. I do want to retract my initial comment about the lack of professionalism because I know they are doing everything they can to get the orders out in a timely manner. I am grateful for the quick response and generosity of the solution!

Ordered flowers that were scheduled to be delivered yesterday to a business and they never arrived. I called probably 5 times this morning with no answer to check the status since I received no notice of them running late and wanted to make sure my order was placed despite receiving this confirmation email two days ago. The flowers ended up being delivered around 11: 30 today but were missing the $25 chocolates that were also paid for. I’m fortunate the business they were being delivered to was still open for a half day today to receive the late delivery. I am normally very forgiving of something such as the tardiness. However, when you add the lack of notice, no response to my attempt at communication, and a part of the order is missing, it’s hard to be as forgiving. Nice arrangement of flowers, but will not use this shop moving forward due to the lack of professionalism alone.
