Absolutely terrible company. Wouldn't even come into the business to deliver products, driver wanted to leave it outside.

Ever see an 18 wheeler go all Nascar on the 417 downtown cutting people off running people off the road all for a quick delivery.my guess is they have great service but at what cost to the public they need to check there drivers after all holding an AZ LICENSE SHOULD MAKE YOU A PROFESSIONAL DRIVER not a punk with an up graded license

I ordered a bedroom set from a company in Toronto. It said it would be delivered June 25th. The first company passed it along to hi-tone without my knowledge or updating their tracking. Called hi-tone to figure out when it would be delivered and got many different answers. At first it was supposed to arrive July 8th, then 9th them 10th which is a Saturday. They called and asked if I'd be home then at the end of the day I received another call stating they didn't have space on their truck and instead would be delivered on Monday July 12th. Can't wait to get another call saying there is another delay. Horrible communication, they sit on the delivery until you call them, then they make up all sorts of excuses.

Not impressed.

Hi-Tone receives a package for delivery for me by Day and Ross another delivery company. Nobody informs me of this. Four days later, I had to call the manufacturer Major Tire Machine to find out where it was at. The product was supposed to be at mt house Monday, it was now Thursday.

Major Tire Machine informs me Day and Ross are the shipper. I call them and it looks like they gave it to Hi-Tone to deliver - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday no phone call from anyone.

Then I'm told Friday morning it will be delivered. Nope, then I'm told the next Monday, nope, then I'm told next Tuesday because the guys on the docks did not see the skid with my order on it. My order is a car lift that weighs over 1,000 lbs. How they could not SEE this skid is simply not believable. Is the driver reading Braille?

Hi-Tone are:
1) Disorganized
2) Aren't smart enough to call their client when they receive their product by an intermediary
3) Don't accept responsibility for messing up ("We have a lot of clients" is what they seem to say a lot) - sounds like they have too many
4) Have many different answers for each time you call

If I could give Hi-Tone AND Day and Ross a zero, I would.

Pure incompetency and they couldn't care less.

If you can avoid this company, DO!

I've never dealt with such an accommodating, friendly, and efficient delivery company. Really impressed!

The worst company I've ever dealt with! They had my shippment for over a week, made all kinds of excuses as to why they couldn't deliver it (from: drivers called in sick, we don't have enough drivers and my favourite.we don't have time today sir, sorry) Highly unrecommended!

I have tried to call your office but unfortunately do not seem to be getting through.

I have had the awful experience of having one of your truckers tailgate myself and others other drivers during terrible road conditions today in Ottawa. I also witnessed the driver physically leaning out his window just to give the finger to another driver that he almost rear-ended.

This took place on West Hunt Club Rd.at the corner of Prince of Wales Dr.at approximately 2: 40PM today. The trailer number was 530725. I do not have any additional information but I do hope it is enough to have this drivers reckless behavior dealt with.
