K-W Walk-In Clinic

Came at 9am and the receptionist said the doctor hasn’t come in yet and don’t know when she will be in. I registered at 9.05am. I decided to wait because its going to be the same anyway. There was another lady before me and she is waiting since 9am. It was closer to 10am when the doctor came in. The receptionist then checked the temp of the lady before me and took her in to the waiting room.

If the doctor won’t be coming in until a certain time then they should change the hours of operation or find another solution. This is pathetic.

I went in another day and they said that the lady doctor should be coming at 9am but she is not here yet and they don't know when she will be in today. Told me I can wait or come back on Monday but call and check.

It is terrible that doctors don't let the clinic know if they are running late etc.how long are we to wait? Benton clinic is the best so far!

The physician I saw unaware that Tamiflu and paxlovid are prescribed by pharmacists and failed to ask about underlying conditions.

I went to this clinic and saw Dr. Andrew Kiellerman on Dec. 22. Before I left the clinic, he said he was going to make a referral to a specialist for my health issue on that day. I also asked him do not forget the referral after I walk out the clinic. He said yes, it is his job to do it, someone will call me next week. After one week, today is Dec 29, I called the clinic, the front desk told me that there is no referral have been made and no such referral/note for my visit on Dec 22 on my profile at all. The front desk said she will make a note to have the doctor call me when he is back to clinic. 30 minutes later, the front desk called me and said oh, the referral was made because she didn't see it.
Quality of service and quality of experience were so bad. Totally unprofessional!

Honestly horrible experience I was forgotten about in a room for over an hour and a half the doctors never ever show up on there scheduled time at all they never have a way of contacting the doctors ever I’ve sat in the waiting area for a doctor just to be told they aren’t showing up it’s absolutely ridiculous. Coming from someone who works in health care this is absolutely disgusting

I don't understand the affiliation of Walmart with this clinic. Just a landlord, or presumably a good source of business for their prescriptions.
The healthcare professionals may be good, the front desk overworked and overwhelmed.but it sucks in every aspect of customer care.
It is also unhealthily crowded, and miserably uncomfortable. Welcome Canada to third world health care.
Phone calls promised are often not returned. They do not have electronic file sharing with labs, primary care doctors etc.
I can only guess it's a good deal for the doctors.
For the wait time you cab hop bus and access a better, efficient clinic. I learned the hard way.

My son had a doctors appointment today and I was going to drop him of after but when we reached there at 10 o clock (the time of the appointment) but the front desk lady said it will be a 45 minute wait so me and my son just waited and waited am it was already 11 o clock. Worst experience ever!

This is the worst walk in reception is rude doctor messed up both kids files so i didn’t end up with the medication I needed for the one child got home and they said you will have to come back with the child are you guys good i was just there and you messed everything up

Absolute garbage.
Book an appointment to wait more than 2 hours.
Peek incompetence, cant wait until they shut them down.

I was In today January 19th around 3pm. This is a very good walk in clinic. Nice employees at the desk and Dr. Chattaroo was extremely helpful and professional. 5 stars.

I’m grateful to have a family doctor, and also grateful for urgent care as an alternative option to the emergency department at one of the hospitals. I’ve been to this clinic countless times, over many, many years. It’s a walk-in clinic, not a family practice— so I always expect a wait (longer if it’s a “peak” time of day). I’ve seen many reviews mention the clinic “closes” an hour before the posted operating hours— this is a misconception. Walk-in clinics need to stop patient registration at a certain point, well before closing time… so that all of the patients can be seen before the clinic actually closes. Think of it like the reminder announcement at a department store— “the store will be closing in 30 minutes, ” but instead of announcing it, they physically lock the doors (otherwise they’d have patrons pleading their cases, etc.) … so when people arrive at 2: 00pm expecting to be seen, and the clinic is open until 3: 00pm but the doors are locked— it’s not that “doctors are lazy and the staff wants to go home early” — it’s that they’ve stopped taking patient registrations, and the doctors and nurses are still treating patients (you just can’t see them from the window you’re angrily peering in). I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 15 years— it’s a fine walk-in clinic. I also appreciate that the X-ray and ultrasound clinic is in the same building. Will you wait there too? Yes of course. Doctors, nurses, techs, and receptionists are all doing their best— and at this clinic, they do a great job!

Useless place doesn't have the "tools" to remove stitches. Absolute joke of a place

Professional and courteous staff. Caring doctor. All good on this day. I was in and out in under an hour. Very happy with everything related to my visit.

Upon calling asked if the walk in clinic would be open for people and will take 10 mins to arrive- they said yes it is alright
I arrived here and they told me that we are at max capacity and cannot take any more patients

PATHETIC

Disgusting doctor who literally didn't even help me.just pushed me out the door with a doctors note. I will never recommend this location!
