K9 ACRES Premium Play & Stay Pet Resort

We boarded our dog Teddy for a week here. This was his first time boarding and being separate from family. When I went to pick him up, he had no signs of anxiety or stress.

Here is why I chose this place.

1- Every where is very clean.
2-They get lots of information from you and try to understand your dog behaviour and condition.
3- Staff are very friendly.
4- They separate dogs based on their behaviour.
5- they have different runs for different dogs.
6- They are very organized.

I certainly suggest this place.

My two dogs stayed for a week while I was out of the country. I was sent some picture while away and I could see how happy my dogs were. The staff is great and very comfortable with Bully breeds. They will be my first choice for future needs.

So far the best daycare or boarding option I have seen.
Staff is best and my dog loves it here. They all know him and he has good friends who here.

We just love bringing our Brody here. We feel comfort in knowing that he is being looked after and given lots of play time. We never worry about him while he is in their care.

The best! I have been bringing my dogs here for the last 7 years and I am so happy I found K9 Acres. I have two American Bullies and I would not trust anyone else to watch them (not even my family lol, they are both very hyper and active), I live about an hour away and I make the trip just to come here. They go above and beyond to accommodate you and your pets needs. I call daily to check in when I leave my dogs and they always make time to give me updates on how they are doing. The Resort is clean and rooms are very spacious!

K9 acres is our go to for boarding when we have to leave Marley. He is well taken care of and the staff is very caring and attentive to his needs. Marley is a rescue and fearful and they take that into consideration during his stay

Wonderful & caring staff. Our dog had some medical issues while we were away during Christmas. They took him to the vet, kept us posted & took great care of him. Our vet also spoke highly of the care he received. Thank you.

I have been boarding my dog Lady here since they opened. She loves it there! The staff and owners are amazing! I would recommend them to everyone! They post lots of pictures of the dogs that are boarding on there Instagram account!

What a wonderful trustworthy place to board your dog. This place made me feel so comfortable, knowing my dog was looked after so well, I knew right away. They accommodate me when I needed extra days for my dog to stay. They helped me with her extra needs. Also my dog came home so confident and happy, it did her wonders staying there. She seemed so comfortable in her crate when she got home and like I said I noticed her confidence aswell. They loved her, played with her she seemed very happy. I'm really thankful to them for taking us, and such reasonable prices. Thank you guys!

Left our German Shepherd for 8 nights this time after a 'test' of 3 nights a few weeks ago. The staff are wonderfully polite and knowledgeable. They sent a short video on the first day just to show that our dog was settling in. It's comforting to know that any of the staff I spoke with were keeping an eye on my dog and making sure he was ok. Have already booked him for the Christmas holidays for 10 nights and then for another 16 nights later in Jan. I'm confident that he will be well taken care of.

The team at K9 Acres has been nothing but INCREDIBLE with our fur babies! Being first time dog owners of 2 large breeds, and complex ones at that, from the very beginning they took their time to take us around their facility and they really showed how knowledgeable they are about what they do, AND about the dogs that we have. They are super responsive and they take their time to explain things to you. My dogs now love it here and they even did an amazing job at making our girl more comfortable with them! We thought we'd have a hard time leaving her because she's very standoff-ish, but now, it seems she's found a place she is not comfortable in. As for our boy, his leash manners have improved tenfold! We couldn't be any happier.

In case it helps - we have an American Bully XL/Standard mix, and a Caucasian Shepherd.
