A great affordable Korean restaurant in Chinatown. The food was good, the restaurant was clean and the servers were friendly. The gamja-jeon was excellent!
My friends and I came to Toronto, Canada for a one day trip, from Buffalo, NY. We decided to eat at this location. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. We had a great time! ️️️️️
Beautiful decoration & a cosy place to enjoy eating like in your home The music is nice & the volume is enough, not too loud not too low Customers around are nice too, they talked but not too loud or noise at all: ^) The foods are so delicious & yummy tasty The waitress & waiter are very nice, friendly & helpful. The waiter saw me finding the way to take selfie, so he came & asked if i need help and he took some lovely pictures for me This is my 1st time here to try at Kachi Dundas, but it'll become my favourtie from now on. I will give them 10/10
I've been here a few times in the past. Food and service was decent. This time, the food was ok but I was really turned off by the service. When they came over to drop the dishes off, it is the only time you can ask for something. We asked a handful of times for 1 cup of hot water for my mom, who is a senior who can't have ice water/tea. Never came! My mom had a meal without water. We asked only once for a refill of side dishes. The girl said they were out, which was fine. I ordered an extra bowl of rice. I was told again they ran out. But then 2 guys came in and they were served rice and side dishes (same portion as our 6 person table) ? ! I felt like I ate at a cafeteria. What blew me away was that after having no service, I was asked an 18% tip. I don't think I will be going back to this location.
