Recently had my first Fascial Stretch Therapy session with Samantha Azevedo, and, it was a positive experience. I would definitely visit for such therapy and massage session again. I visited the Glen Erin location today for a second time full body massage with Tedd. It was incredible! Very relaxing and thorough. Tedd was friendly and more importantly, extremely intuitive with where I held tension in my body. My neck and shoulders has been stiff for a while, but it feels a lot better now. I had a great massage here in Mississauga- Glen Erin branch! Go look for Sabrina, she is a pro. I like how she puts the constant slow pressure on my back. Also, the ladies at the front are very friendly and helpful. Weew! Can't wait on my next appointment.

I had RMT with Faiza (Rita) Barkho at the Glen Erin location and it was really helpful and very happy with the service. Rita asked me how much pressure I want and she made sure, I’m comfortable. And she paid special attention to my sore areas. Highly recommend Rita. I would definitely go again.

Excellent service from the moment I entered Meadowvale location in Mississauga. Courteous, helpful, and welcoming staff member at the front desk who processed my insurance and answered my questions. The registered massage therapist was skillful and professional, and helped ease the pain in my back that I was experiencing. I highly recommend Kaizen Health Group, and I already booked another appointment.

Kaizen is one of the best massage clinics I have been to. All the RMT therapists are great and experts. I would like to specifically mention Linda who really focused on the pain areas and offered some stretching real time. I have never felt so much taken care of before. All therapists also suggested simple exercises to help ease the pain. I highly recommend Kaizen to everyone.

One suggestion for the online booking would be to also provide whether the Therapist is a Male, Female or in case they aren't comfortable to disclose, so that the clients can choose in case they feel uncomfortable being treated by the opposite gender. (Just a suggestion in case it can be applied keeping everyone's best interest in mind). I had faced this confusion once.

It has been about a month and I'm still recovering from a massage I got at the Glen Erin location. I must have gotten injured by the therapist. I didn't have pain prior to this massage, which I expressed to the therapist at the consultation.

Reached out privately 1 day later about my pain and they dismissed my concerns.

I’ve been to the glen erin location twice and I’ve had Dawn and Justine. They were both so great! Felt really relaxed after my massages and definitely going back! Will recommend!

I had requested for. Pre-natal massage and my RMT was very good, provided good information and most important took good care. I was provided pillows for support while massage is being performed which elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend

Customer service and booking eather online or over the phone is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
I booked my appointment over the phone and called them a day before to make sure they got it right and when I went there for my appointment I wasn't in a system! I got a message verification and an email verification but they couldn't find me in the system they said I received a cancelation email a day before I even booked the appointment (which is not possible) and they did nothing about it basically I just walked out and my husband cancelled his appointment with them too
Babysitting scheduling is not my job "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

The atmosphere at the Glen Erin location is really nice as you walk into the reception area & COVID-19 protocols are followed well. Sabrina (RMT) is excellent for neck, back and shoulder massages and I had a great first time experience & will return!

Laura (at Kaizen Geln Erin Dr, Mississauga) did a wonderful job. She’s very professional. I was struggling with neck and shoulders pain and felt much better after the relaxation massage. Would definitely recommend it.

Ted, the therapist, is great, I mean the best. My experience here was literally the best in my life.

Also it was the first time I tried Acupuncture there. Andy, is the acupuncturist which made it an unbelievable experience. I suffered from lower back pain and after a session, I felt no pain just like a miracle.

I jumped through the required hoops put forth by Kaizen Health Group to book an appointment. Both times the appointment was canceled because the RMTs were not accepting new patients. My last attempt Kaizen approved my request for an appointment then canceled my appointment the day before. If you are not accepting new patients then state it upfront. Don't waste people time. That's 2 weeks I have lost because you didn't do your due diligence.

I have been coming to Kaizen for over 5 years. Although the place is small, the front desk are very welcoming. The rooms are small and you can hear the vent, but I always feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. I have tried a few therapists and really like Dawn, Sabrina and Yuri.

I highly recommend Tiffany. I almost didn’t want to write a review about her because it’s already so hard enough to book an appointment with her and this review might make it harder! But she’s the best massage therapist. She is small but her hands are stronger than any men I know of and she knows how to handle your muscle.

I had my first appointment here earlier this week. My massage therapists name was Zahne. It was one of the best massage I have ever had - she targeted my shoulder area which is where I experience most of my pain and I left feeling so relieved. She also showed me some at home stretches I can do to alleviate some of the discomfort I feel on a day to day basis.

The staff were friendly and things were kept very clean. I will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Kaizen has been a great experience so far- right from the booking to the massage and then payment. Its easy to book through text message and they give so many options that it can be easily fit into your schedule.
Ted is the highlight for me here. He's decent and his massage technique is very unique- targeted at pain areas and also relaxing. Everytime I go, there is some new hand movement that relaxes muscles a lot. Diamond stars to Ted.

Love this place. I have been frequenting here during my postpartum phase. The RMTs are very professional, knowledgeable and excellent in communication. They have rooms equipped with pre/post natal beds which make the massage a better experience.

I had an issue with my shoulder for a while. I went for physiotherapy several times. One day I noticed the therapist I used to see, had returned, so I decided to go back. My shoulder was better almost right away. Atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming.

I have been at Kaizen for monthly massages for several years. I have experienced several different practitioners there and all of them have been great and professional. My personal favourite is Dawn Moon. I will continue to use Kaizen as my go-to because self-care is a must for overall health and wellness. ️️️

I had a great first experience yesterday. I was desperate to find an RMT because of an injury I had. I called at 12pm and they’re text service was on point. They gave me 3 options for that same afternoon to come in. Let me know all I had to do before I came in then once booked, their team called and notified me of additional Covid precautions. Teejan my RMT was great. He was friendly, understood the pain areas and was careful to protect my broken foot. I’ll be back again.

Had the most amazing experience at Kaizen. From my first initial call to book an appointment was amazing service. They had availability that aligned with my schedule readily available. I was able to book that day or the next. Upon arrival, safe & sanitary measures exceeded my expectations. Clean & modern decor. Front desk customer service was excellent. My appointment started right on time. Room was inviting, clean & relaxing. Yuriy the Masseur was informative & listened to my concerns. The massage was sooo amazing. I honestly felt like I was on vacation at a 5 star resort. Once the massage was finished, check out was a breeze as they bill your insurance directly. Definitely sending recommendations to my family & friends and can’t wait to book my next appointment.

My family and I have been going to Kaizen for years. Excellent staff with a broad range of expertise. They have great systems from managing your appointments to reminder calls. It is very convenient! I also appreciate the extra processes they have put in place to help minimize the spread of Covid.

I would highly recommend this facility to get a massage even during Covid. They will check your temperature and ask everyone to sanitize. Plexi glass is installed and the staff is professional about the entire check in process. I was skeptic so at first but I can safely say that they have take every precaution to make your experience safe and enjoyable.

The facility is relaxing and clean, the front staff always friendly and helpful, I specially love the email reminder appt so I can add to my calendar. I had massage with Janice Russel and she is excellent, her massage did wonders on my back and neck in the first visit. Definitely recommend Kaizen Health Group.

I was very nervous coming in especially with the pandemic, however Kaizen Health Group made me feel completely safe throughout my entire visit. Staff are friendly and all their safety measures in place are listed on their website (which was the reason I went ahead and booked an appointment). Thank you so much for taking these safety measures and putting clients first. I definitely see myself as a long-term customer!

Good facility but the initial service I received was bad. They did not inform before hand that paperwork would need to be filled out and they took that time out of the massage. They then just said to contact the owner or manager and I need to keep calling back since they don't know when the manager or owner would be in.
The manager called me the next day due to the feedback I left online and they booked me in for a complimentary massage for the time that I missed. The service was much better this time as the manager was there and the lady that did the massage was great too.

Janice Russell is an amazing masseuse and really gets all my knots. I feel extremely relaxed after, just a little sad when it's times up. I will definitely return to book all my appointments with her.

Their set up into the space is really taken care of as well and the place is really clean.
