Kaizen Health Group - Meadowvale

This place is RED FLAG FOR ACUPUNCTURE. Worst Acupuncture experience in my life. Treatment was problematic at multiple levels. I regret my decision going there. I don’t want to reveal the name of the practitioner but I still wanted to share my experience to caution.

1. Practitioner doesn’t have proper communication. I struggled to understand and communicate. Had to use sign language.
2. Practitioner didnt seek permission before pulling down my undergarment for putting the needle
3. He applied electric shock by connecting wires through the needle and didnt even ask me whether I’d like to take it or not and nor was it conveyed to me before
4. He was not gentle with pricking the needles on the body. I was shouting when he put the needles. I had acupuncture treatments at other clinic and they were so gentle. This guy was anything but gentle.
5. I reserved the worst for the last. HE DOES NOT FOLLOW HYGIENE PROTOCOLS. THE COTTON PLUG HE TOOK FOR APPLYING ALCOHOL ON MY BODY FELL DOWN ON THE TABLE. HE TOOK THAT SAME PIECE AND APPLIED ON MY BODY. NEITHER DID HE WEAR GLOVES.

Who is responsible if some infection/disease spreads because of absence of hygiene?

I booked a deep tissue 30mins massage with Katya. She was really professional and targeted the areas that I came in to get massaged properly. She emphasized on my issues and listening. The time felt a bit short and she told me beforehand about that. So I’ll be going in for a longer massage next time. Overall a great experience and I recommend it.

Kaizen Health Group in Meadowvale Town Centre is my go-to spa for massages. I love the affordability and variety of services available, and they care about your comfort. They always ask if I prefer to be treated by a male or female before booking and I can’t express how important this is to me as a female. I called for a semi-urgent massage to help with whiplash pain I was experiencing and my RMT Sabrina was beyond amazing.

I felt so relaxed and cared for; and she even shared some helpful stretches to aid my neck pain. Thank you Sabrina and Kaizen health for being so accommodating!

Had a excellent massage from Katy’s. She completely removed the knots in my shoulders and lower back. Felt great after the massage!

I had a deep tissue massage with Shelly recently. It was absolute bliss! She was extremely professional, provided suggestions on stretches to help with the tightness in my shoulders. The massage really helped get the knots out of my shoulders and neck.

I love going to Kaizen, my RMT Tiffany is best in the bussiness. She is so amazing and understanding. In my initial visit I told her about my requirements and since then she is doing her job perfectly. She is soo good!
Place is neat and clean, staff is polite and cooperative.
They offer amazing deals and you get $10 off aa a birthday present.

Great massage therapist, good location at Meadowvale Town Centre in Mississauga, welcoming and calmung environment and they offer direct billing to insurance companies which is great too. I received a massage from Devon Ho in Mississauga after having issues with my sciatic nerve, hip and back. It was amazing physically, and he also took the time to show me some things I can do at home to help the issues. Really friendly, really helpful and took the time to help me. Other staff at the front desk were also very nice and helpful.
