Visited Kaizen-Parkway multiple times, and each experience with Yuriv, my favorite masseur, has been exceptional. The skilled hands and soothing ambiance make it my go-to spot for relaxation. Highly recommended!

This was my first time going to Kaizen. Stacey was awesome. She was so knowledgeable and professional. You can tell how passionate she is with helping her clients get the right treatment for their issue (s). I normally feel a bit uncomfortable going to get massages, but she put me at ease right away. I was able to communicate with her on what I needed during the session. Amanda at front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a great experience and I will be returning.

This massage was so wonderful and was very excellent! I had been sore from playing basketball games the whole weekend, and the deep tissue massage really helped to loosen the knots. Also the place is really nice, very professional.

I tried to contact one of the locations via telephone but received a voicemail greeting. I did not leave a message. Shortly afterwards I received a text message from the clinic with an offer to help. I was able to get a 90-minute appointment the same day. Hana, the RMT who provided the service, was great. Will definitely go back.

One of the best RMT massage in Mississauga. I had 60 minutes RMT massage with Amanda Lanz and she was extremely helpful and skilled.

What an awesome experience. Professional, friendly and prompt. Extremely clean and well maintained clinic. Had a 60 min RMT massage by Fedora and she was exceptional. Very relaxing, applied the right pressure and addressed my problem area well too. Billing through insurance was as smooth as it could get. I will be returning for sure!

Super friendly and helpful staff! Booked 75 min with Kevin and he helped relax my achy muscles and relieve some nerve pain in my back. He even helped by suggesting stretches to help me manage pain daily. I left feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience here. My therapist was Amita:). She is professional and very skilled. She takes time to ensure you’re feeling okay during the session and that made me feel super comfortable. I never knew massage therapy was such an intricate part of the body’s well being so I’ll be going more often and ofcourse it will be at Kaizen.

The RMT I had was great! She was nice enough to explain to me why she was using certain techniques which was super interesting. The only thing I would like different is some relaxing music during the massage.

An excellent experience here always. This is my second massage at this clinic (Square One area) and both were exceptional.

Today was my 2nd time with KHG. First time was at Erin Mills and this time at Sq 1 location. Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. My RMT Miké was so tending to all the areas that were troubling me. Sometimes I can get squirmy with massages but she really knew how to make me feel comfortable and If the pressure was too much for my pain she was gentle. Definitely would go back to this location. Had a great experience!

It was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The best part was the massage. It was absolutely brilliant and Jay checked in to ask if the pressure was good! It was highly therapeutic and the head massage at the end was the perfect way to end the massage. Next time I am booking 90 minutes! Highly recommend!

The new Kaizen location in Mississauga is both discreet and serene. I enjoyed my time with a very professional and informative masseuse by the name of Nijay. We had great conversation throughout the massage and he gave me helpful tips for future body care, as he got my knots out. I recommend both Nijay and this location for all of your body’s needs. It was clean, the staff were very welcoming and they will ensure you have a great experience. I will definitely see you soon Kaizen!

I had a great experience at Kaizen. The center is extremely clean and when you enter you are greeted warmly by the reception. Jay was my RMT and he was truly amazing. He asks you pertinent questions like your pain points, the kind of pressure needed. My upper back feels as if someone took off a big burden. It was a relaxing experience. This is my second visit here and I am glad.

I am always highly satisfied with the massages that I get at Kaizen. The receptionist is friendly & efficient, the rooms are clean & calming. All therapists are excellent and they really customize our massages to our needs. My last 2 massages were with Nijay and he is excellent: professional, easy to talk to, helpful with his advices & his technique is remarkable.
