Came here to repair a tire but ended up having an issue since it was driven on it while deflated. They let me know for safety purposes. Didn’t end up getting the service but glad they let me know

I had all 4 tires replaced with new TPMS, gave Kal Tire 4 brand new TPMS and they only put 3 on my truck and kept 1 new one. Now a few months later one of my tires the TPMS doesn't work, Last time I'll ever go to Kal Tire

I was there today for almost 30 minutes, Kris was on a call with a client that had a problem, which gave me the opportunity to understand what kind of people work at this shop.
Kris was patient and was kind and helpful with the client trying in any way to help find the best way to help.
The first time there and the first impression is Great.

Bought my tires at Kal Tire. I'm glad I went there because I ended up getting a nail in the tire with in less than a month. They replaced it for me. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks to the friendly staff at both Kipling and Richmond Hill locations. Don't go anywhere else if you go to Kal Tire.

First reviewed here 3 years ago and it’s still 5 stars for me. I live among a community of mechanics and gearheads in Toronto. Despite being friends with some of them since highschool, I’d still rather go to Kal because I can still see a glimpse of my car in the back. I have seen what they do in the back of the other shops at my friends places and it scares me bro

I’ve gotten enough education now that I can do my own tires and oil without my car exploding, but for anything else I’ll go to Kal

Brought my 1999 Mazda Miata in to the Kipling Kal Tire location. Was met by Chris the Service advisor, she was terrific. Very knowlegeable, she kept me informed each day that they had my car. Car is driving smooth as silk now, mechanics did a great job. Another great experience at this location.

Kris is the best. I came in at 8am not knowing exactly what the issue was and by 3pm I had it diagnosed, new parts ordered/installed, and it was all within a reasonable price. Best shop in Etobicoke

Horrible place, they tried to charge $6,000 for wheels and rims: when other places were charging me $3000 for rim and wheel high-end and brand new.

Leon was very pleasant to deal with, overall a very friendly and professional experience. The technician finished my tire work in a timely matter. Would totally recommended coming here if you need tire patch up work.

Disgusting customer service. Got a flat today on one of my winter tires. When CAA came out they told me that I need a new tire. Went to Kaltire and they told me that they can get it in the afternoon for 5: 30 or so. I was waiting until that time and received no phone calls. Went to see them and the tire I purchased wasn't on my rim yet. Had to wait for them to put it on and balance it. Then they tell me that they can't take my spare off and put the new one on at all today. Then they said that if I wait for half an hour or 45 minutes they could do it. I told them to give me the wheel and asked them if at least they can come out with their jack to help me out. They refused. I ended up doing it myself in their parking lot. Took me 20 minutes for the job it would taken them 5 minutes with their jack and power tools. Never received such poor service from any shop. They are there to take your money but not to provide service. If they recommend some things to be done on your car it's probably not needed. Extremely disappointed. Will never recommend them. Be aware and stay away.

I have been a customer of Kal Tire for several years now and have always been very pleased with their prompt and courteous service. Their prices are fair and they perform their work in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicles.

Consistent friendly service, always helpful, no pressure tactics. Ive gone here for lube and oil change, tire rotations, flat tires, noisey brakes. Definitely my "go-to"

Had my car towed here, got an appointment for tires and the service was done well at the exact time of the appointment. They were having an issue with the alignment so they spent extra time to make sure it was fixed properly, and this was communicated well throughout the time I waited, so I didn’t mind. Great service.

Walked in after driving over a piece of metal attached to rubber and the guys fixed it right up quickly.very professional and polite service.

First time car owner. Went here to get my Winter Tires installed. Never been here before and after doing research, found they were an authorized dealer for Nokian. Since I also can't store my summer tires at home, decided to keep it with them.

Booked Online through their Customer Service. They explained to me which rims I needed and how much it would cost all together. They also explained to me how I could go about with their promotion of No Interest, No Payments.

On arrival, Staff were friendly and explained the process to me. They showed me their inspection sheet and showed that everything was okay. They installed new tires with new rims and checked everything. They didn't try to upsell anything and they told me that everything was performing well. When they drove the car out, they retorqued the wheels in the parking lot (which is concurrent with their new policy).

I hope to come back here again in the future for service and tire changes! (Assuming all goes well!)

Came here to get my winter tires swapped and it took 30 minutes. Booked again for my brakes and they did it in an hour, which is the fastest I’ve ever seen from a mechanic. Super honest and nice staff, gave me good advice on future work. When i got my brakes done they washed my tires and rims for free, much appreciated.

Whenever i come in they take my car in right away, email me the invoices and send updates. Anytime I need work I’m coming to this location. Very reasonably priced as well. Was quoted $800 at the dealership and they did the same work for $430.

I got my winter tires swapped out here. Kal Tires is the only business I've found that do online booking which I love. This was the only location that had availability almost right away. They even found a nail in my summer tires and were able to fix it on the spot before putting it back on. I would go back next winter.

Without a previously booked appointment (for a tire repair, I did not think an appointment would b necessary. Perhaps I was wrong), I dropped off a tire on it's rim to be repaired. Tire had an air leak due to a screw in the tread portion of the tire. Tire was dropped off last Saturday ~ 9am. Picked up repaired tire ~ Noon Tuesday (yesterday). 2 full business days to repair a tire?

Good satisfaction if they do things wrong they make things right in the end. Thank you. I did my swap with them today in less than a hour as well.

My husband came to 1976 Kipling Ave to have his winter tires changed to summer tires & have his tires stored at their warehouse.
He said the staff there are very kind & honest as they told him what his car needed to have a couple things fixed, the technician showed my husband whats wrong & explained to him how much it would cost & the garantee after the work is done & @ a reasonable price. He really loves the staff here how clean the store is & how comfortable you feel talking to the staff & technicians. He said he's a forever customer now @Kal Tire @1976 Kipling Ave.

Great experience at Kal Tire Etobicoke today. Needed a quick fix and was in-and-out within an hour. Would highly recommend this location and its extremely friendly/professional staff.

Just a heads up to everyone, make sure you to ask if you have to pay for whatever they suggest they do to your car. I booked an appointment just for a winter tire change, expecting to pay the same as what was quoted online plus taxes, and ended up paying an additional cost for a wheel alignment which I thought was already covered by the aforementioned transaction.

Kudos to the guy for that sneaky upselling though. Hope that $125 served you well.

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money here. I was the only customer there when they opened. The manager told me they couldn't fix my flat tire, because they were very busy. What a joke. Again, l was the only customer there.

Had my last 2 tire changeovers done here. Staff is super friendly, quick and efficient. In and out in no time.

My Porsche 911 Carrera S was showing low Psi in one of my tires and I was close to this location thus I called ahead and proceeded to bring my vehicle in for them to look at it. When I arrived, the lady I spoke with on the phone was at the desk and looked after me immediately. The gentleman assigned to my vehicle lined it with a plastic covering and drove it into the mechanic bay with care and was very knowledgable when it came to my tires and what was required. In little over half an hour, my tire was fixed with no need to replace the expensive tire. In addition to this, the tire pressure sensor was properly reset. The mechanic even showed me where to find my tire lock kit for the future, as I originally was unaware of its location. In summary this location has highly competent staff that have a genuine interest in your success. I was blown away by the service I received. Almost makes me want to say goodbye to the dealership. Can't say enough about my experience here, FIVE stars! I even made it back in time to see 2 of my patients I thought I had to reschedule!

Excellent service. Ray provided great customer service. Needed a valve stem replaced and tire inspected for potential damage after driving with it flat for 40 feet. Tire fine. Recommend them.

Went in today and got myself a set of four tires from Kaltire. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greated by representative Vsharma. He provided excellent customer service and helped me through the entire process. Great and fast service. Will definitely recommend this place to other people.

The staff is very nice! The person I spoke with at the counter was very professional. I went in for a simple tire swap; no complaints. I'm giving 3 stars because my appointment was for 4: 00 but they took my vehicle in at 4: 50! I understand that they can't really take my vehicle in immediately, but I sat there for 50 minutes before they started working on my car! They should have given me an appointment for 4: 30 instead.

Good experience, first time using this location for seasonal tire swap. Good communication before, during, and once work completed. Seating is spaced out well, they spayed/cleaned seating, and wiped down my keys before returning.

I pulled in, in a bad mood! My week old truck had a punctured tire. I was immediately greeted by Giselle in the parking lot. Giselle quickly assessed my problem, and gave me news I didn't want to hear, that my puncture was not repairable. But, Giselle quickly jumped into action and had my truck in the bay with the spare installed and took lots of care to disinfect the inside of the car and cover the appropriate areas of my interior to protect it from grease, dirt, etc while the vehicle was worked on. The manager in the meantime located me a new tire and scheduled install. He too, was sympathetic to my situation which I appreciated. Also impressive was the fact that he didn't try to UNNECESSARILY try to upsell me during the transaction. I hate car related maintenance and purchases. I know I'm always up against dishonesty and manipulation. Not at kal tire! I was impressed by the professionalism shown by both Giselle and the Manger!
I'll be back in the fall to purchase a set of snows and some winter rims.

Hassan and his team by far the best in customer service and professionalism.

This is the first time at this location and moving forward it will be my preferred service station. The shop is clean Hassan and his team explain in detail the process of what they are doing, answer all your questions, pay close attention to detail.

The company I work for has an account with Kal TIre. To cut to the chase, they do fine work. I've never had anything less than stellar work done on any road call or service call to the location where I was. The only downside is that the wait times can be rather excruciating, with no in-between call to advise of update on ETA. It's a real downer, especially when you can hit a baseball from where you need them to the shop on Kipling. I guess they only have so many road service vehicles.

These guys are great. I wish I could write more then one review. Trikesh and Hassan are fantastic. Customer service AND service, a double whammy.

Seriously, you shouldn't be afraid to bring your car to get checked out or worked on, and when you go to Trikesh and Hassan, you won't be.

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and straight forward. I'll keep going back.

Clean shop. Fast service. Drove in with a slow leak in my rear snow tire. These guys fit me in on a busy Saturday morning and really took care of me. True gentleman who patched me up and sent me on my way quickly. Highly recommend this shop.

Ordered and paid in full for 4 winter tires and 4 steel rims. Told it will take 2 days to arrive and be ready for pick up as I will be installing them on the vehicle myself in order to avoid waiting for them to install. I call 2 days later to see if my order has arrived and no one is answering the phone. I drive to the store at 2: 30 to check and it's very busy. Waiting room is full. Parking lot is packed. Finally told my tires and rims have arrived but haven't been mounted and balanced yet. I leave and return later at 5: 10. Again the tires are still not mounted and balanced. Of course they aren't ready yet because they already have my money from 2 days prior so I don't matter anymore. They are more focused on walk in customers than finishing what I have already paid them to do. I wait another 40 mins for them to mount the tires. Never again. Typical sub par big box store service.

After a closer inspection I can see all four tires have not been installed properly. The tire tech has failed to align the paint mark on the tire with the air valve. This mark is placed there by the manufacturer to aid in proper installation and balancing. Maybe you should focus on installing tires properly and less on "assisting" as many customers as possible.

Phoned to have my run flat winter tire replaced as it had a slow leak. Was told that they wouldn't replace the tire without first confirming tread depth on 3 other tires. They wanted me to come by to have all tires assessed before ordering replacement tire (s). When questioned, customer service rep transferred me to the manager who promptly hung up on me. The account rep, Ryan, was very good but the service manager was obviously less than helpful. Purchased tire from Factory Tire instead.

I guess if you drive a really nice car the manager will give you a premium appointment with a preferred technician but if you're just an average working Joe they can't even get your tires out of storage for a scheduled appointment. Horrible customer service experience.

They will hold you all day for 1.5 hours labor so that a mechanic can service a dozen people at the same time. Also in the habit of ordering the wrong parts, happened twice in two visits. And they don't even stock TIRES so will make you return for that, too. Not going back.

Always on-time, get it done quickly and the service is thoroughly professional. Also one of the few places you can buy Nokian tires, and seasonal tire storage is very reasonably priced.

I had just picked my parent's up at the airport and realized that I had a screw in my tire. Jason got us right in and put the spare on. Off we went. Great service!

Best Kal Tire in Toronto. Tom is really great - always knows my Miata well and knows cars inside and out. Also reassuring about this place is my car comes back in pristine shape, no scratches, no problems. They're also less busy than other kaltires, so wait times are short.

The best Kal Tire I've been to! I've been be others and this one offers the best and fastest service. They are very kind & informative. I've dealt with Mr. Dawson a few times and each time has been great (fast and efficient). Believe it or not, I've been there about 4/5 times in the last year due to pot holes in the city, and each time they've taken care of ordering the tires and keeping me updated on the process. It's always a breeze, in & out!

The warranty they also offer on the tires are amazing, saved me TONS of money, especially since we all know how bad the pot holes are in Toronto!

Don't make the mistake of going anywhere else, the warranty they offer is a good enough reason alone to go here! The great service is a great bonus as well!

Efficient, friendly staff always. But a BIG shout out to the Nokian Tires that totally enabled me to get home from a very important appointment during the big snow storm Feb. 27/19. I drove (slowly) past larger, more expensive cars who were stuck going up hills. I know that my tires saved me!
