Outstanding. Booked an appointment on line, showed up 5 mins early- they had a slot, took my car, done repaired a flat in 20 mins.and done. This location, consistently does well. Great team.

I called, made an appointment, took the suggest tires for my vehicle which were supposed to be in stock. Had an appointment for 11: 30. I arrived at 11: 00 waited till 11: 40 then was told that my tires weren't ordered.

Thanks to the guys at Kal tire. Needed tires and brakes. They came through with the tires I wanted from another location and finished my car by the end of the day.

I want to give Nore and his staff a five star review but I want to give Kal tire three because they don’t have enough staff on site to ensure people are properly dealt with.

Nore. It was excellent. He did a lot of trouble shooting and he was under a lot of stress, because a lot of people waiting, and people are calling in the phones are ringing.

Unfortunately when you call the phone number online nobody answers except for an answering service who deals with five different stores.

It’s very troublesome and very frustrating as a person who was calling to find out the status of the car it took me three days before I got an answer.

However, when I went into the store dealt with Nore, he was excellent at the end of the day and dealt with my matter in a proper way.

So he should be given a raise and also giving some stuff to support his role.

It’s clear he cares about the company, but the company couldn’t care less about getting more staff on duty to assist.

Got my first set of winter tires here. Although there was a issue with one of the tires, the team here was super friendly, apologetic, and made sure to fix the issue right away. If you’re reading this and asking yourself “should I bring my vehicle here? ” The answer is yes.

I had to replace 19" low profile winter tires on original rims. I was able to book an appointment early morning at 7: 30 AM.
They started the job at right time and completed perfectly without making any unnecessary rush.

The best winter tires are Hakkapeliittas and the best place to buy them is Kal Tire. Kal tire is now the only place I have bought winter tires in the last five years and I go through a lot of tires. Their service is the best.

I is always a to pleasure to go to Kal tire, their show room/ waiting room is always spotlessly clean and the and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable wether it be for tires or auto service. Hammad runs a great team and it makes it that much more friendly when he calls me by my first name. The staff follows the founders rules about customer satisfaction and safety. The prices on tires are competative with all the major retailers and the auto service far superior to that of a dealership. The reason i will always go to Kal tire is that they repaird a flat tire years ago (at no cost) even though i was not a customer of theirs, nor was it a tire i bought from them, talk about customer service. Foord would be proud of this Brampton location.

Clean place. Very friendly service. Call in instead of going by the appointment time on the website, and they might be able to fit you in quicker. Job was done right the first time, 4 new tires and alignment. Great warranty too.

Always drove by here, but today was my first visit. The manager was very friendly and patient to explain the process, provide me with updates and explain the warranty information. There's cheaper options out there, but great customer service and peace of mind is more important to me. Will be back in another 8K to have my new tires rotated. Oh yea, it's pretty clean and spacious inside too.

Customer service provided by Norbert was par excellence! He got my job done efficiently and Technician were very professional and attended to all my need! Very good variety of tires and after sale service! Strongly recommend them for all tire connected needs!

Hamad and his team are a gem! They accommodated me for my flat tire repair during very busy time when others refused to take the job due to busy season of tire swaps. These guys are genuinely nice, truthful, honest and above all they know very well how to treat a customer with respect and compassion regardless of how big or small the job is!

Good customer service upfront, but the experience was completely spoilt by hidden costs.
I bought my winter tires here, so I went back thinking I would get a discounted rate at the time of seasonal swap. Boy, was I mistaken!

I was asked, before they took my keys, whether I would like an alignment check. The manager Hassad assured me that I would be shown the situation, if there was need for the alignment. If I went ahead with the alignment, I would be charged. However, they just charged me without telling me anything prior! $100 dollars for just the alignment! That was double the cost of the swap itself!
When I got billed, the manager was nowhere. So, I couldn't even ask about the cost.

I am never going back to this place again, that's for sure. Just gouged and lost a customer, for the sake of $100. Very very bad experience.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience visiting this Kal Tire location. The manager, Hammad is always courteous and aims to make sure things are done right. I highly recommend this location and kudos to Hammad for his attitude, service and respectfulness.

Staff are friendly, courteous and answer all my questions. As a female I felt comfortable asking questions no matter how insignificant they might be. Much appreciated. The service was quick and my car was kept clean. Will be back for the next season’s tire change.

Unbelievable customer service! Today I went to have a tire repaired as it had a nail in it, even though they were super busy, they went the extra mile to accommodate me, had to replace the tire but it was under warranty. Staff are always pleasant they do remarkable work, and are honest, I have been going here for 20 years they are the best

What everyone else is saying here matches my experience. Needed a simple tire puncture repair. Everyone else I called needed appointments, couldn't do it that day. Called Kal Tire, Norbert Boateng provided excellent phone service, let me know when it could be done by so I came in. He took the time to look at the job and realized as a straight puncture it was a less than 5 minute job, got one of his guys to take care of it. His service was excellent, courteous, above-and-beyond and his location will be my first and only stop for future tire repairs/issues.

Great tires. Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable. Have not purchased recently but they were there for us when I really needed them. *****UPDATE- Went to Kal Tire as I needed to replace my tires. They were wonderful. I checked a few other places and the service was incomparable. Kal Tire offered quality products at reasonable prices. They were even able to assist right away. Other places had no stock, no appointments for days) weeks and ridiculous prices. I should have just gone to Kal first.

Needed a tyre re-seat and valve replaced at the height of busy season and a pandemic. My reg place was booked into new year and other places had long wait times for walk in.

Went to Kal Tire and they advised that although busy, they could fit me in later that day if I'd like to return. I showed up at the set time and was promptly and served.

Thanks for the fast, friendly and hassle free service - I will happily recommend to others. Some of the local shops could learn from Kal Tire about customer service.

The worst customer service.they treat people With the worst attitude they doesn't like so many questions they doesn't like talk with the customers different options and I'm not feel comfortable to deal with this kind of business.

The staff at kaltire are the best that you will find they are amazing at what they do. They're friendly professional and easy to deal with, they're not over price they work with you and they're extremely honest as a woman who has been taken advantage of so many times by mechanic shops I have finally found one that I'm comfortable with. I would recommend kaltire to anybody looking for a mechanic, tire change, oil change and anything else in between that you need brakes they fix my truck and my husband's truck and are able to work with you on a budget.

Got my Tesla model 3 winter tire swapped here as Tesla Service doesn't swap aftermarket wheels and tires. They know what they are doing don't hesitate to visit.

I have consistently received excellent service here, and my last visit was no exception.

I had purchased a new vehicle and needed rims and snow tires, and with one phone call, it was all sorted out. Their website allows you to set up most things, however with the high demand for those items, they recommended you call your local location.

Tires were installed, and my summers bagged up and put in the back of my vehicle in under 40 minutes, even with the shop being rather busy. They made sure to remind me that I would have to have the lug nuts re-torqued the following day, and any of their locations would be able to do it. That works for me, since I'm all over Ontario for work, so that was very convenient.

They also offer free lifetime puncture repair, balancing, air and tire rotation on the wheels they sell and install, and once again, those services can happen at any kal tire location. It's the extras that can make the difference.

Their covid protocols involve having enough space to wait, with regular sanitization of the seating, and lots of hand sanitizer available. They also disinfect your car interior before releasing it back to you.

I would definitely recommend this shop

I visited this Kal Tire location last year on October 2019 to purchase my first set of winter tires, which were the Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 tires for my 2017 Subaru Impreza, and my father also purchased his first set of winter tires for his 2017 Subaru Legacy, which were also the Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 tires.

We also purchased a set of black rims for each set of winter tires that we purchased. The customer service was amazing at this location because if we had any questions to ask, they always provided professional, detailed answers to our questions, so we never left the shop with any uncertainty.

They also treated us very well by making ourselves feel like we were at home. They told us it was no problem to help ourselves to coffee while we were waiting to be served. We did not have the tires installed at this location because we preferred to install the winter tires on our own, but I do have to say that these winter tires were the best tires that I have ever purchased in my life. The grip, and traction that I get from these tires on snow, ice, and even water definitely without a doubt surpasses the quality of my all-season tires, which are Michelin Defender T+H Tires.

The difference between all-season tires, and winter tires is definitely significant, and to those that say that winter tires are a scam, and a poor investment, I would definitely recommend those people to reconsider their decision. I feel so confident with these tires that I can drive in 30-40 cm, driving straight, steering sharply on turns, and I would have no fear in losing control of my vehicle. The performance of these tires are definitely amazing, and that is an understatement.

If I had to recommend anyone to a professional tire shop that recommends the top brands for snow tires, I would definitely refer them to this location because the service is fast, professional, they have amazing deals, which you cannot get at any other tire shop, and they never pressure you into buying other products/services that you do not wish/intend to buy.

I recently purchased winter tires from the Brampton location. From the moment I walked in Hammad Took me under his wing and explainedwinter tires to me in detail. I was so overwhelmed having done research online that he made it simple for me. I’ve now been driving on my winter tires for one week and even though the sale is complete the great customer service continues. Would definitely recommend buying your tires here. Service is top notch!

Was a very positive experience. The manager Hammad went out of his way, literally, to personally go and pick up the tires for my car. They didn't have the ones that I wanted in stock so he went that day to pick them up so I could have brand new tires on my car and toss out the old ones that were very worn out. Was very impressed!

Friendly service and reasonable pricing. Went for a brake job, they replaced the back rotors and front pads on my BMW. I go to another mechanic shop a couple of months later, they inspected the job and told me the front rotors are no good and are eating into the pads. Need to replace both pads and rotors and Kal should have determined that this was an issue. They even showed me to prove it. So 2 stars off for the incompetence.
