Nathan at Kal Tire is probably the best customer service rep I have encountered. My car was making a noise and he had his mechanic replace two control arms and a ball bearing plus install some new brakes on my old Ford Flex. He took care of me and everything was fixed in a quick, professional manner. He makes fixing my car a very pleasant experience and I will continue to go see him in the future. Thanks Nathan!

I was told that I had weather cracking in my tires but with my eyes I couldn't see it, I had to go somewhere where I could trust what I was being told and kal Tire was the first place that came to mind I spoke to Mark and Nathan they confirmed I wasn't being ripped off and put my mind at ease.

Always get my tires from this Kal Tire location. Just purchased another set of winters. Customer service is helpful and gives you great options if you are on a budget or if you are willing to spend a little more on higher quality. Only downfall is they are usually very busy.

Seems like an organized place. I used them for tire storage and they barcode all tires. I may try other services in the future.

Not impressed. I went in person for a quote on pricing for some wheels/rims and was told that they would give me a call to let me know as they had to contact their supplier (understandable as it is a busy season for wheels and tires) but it’s been 3 weeks now and I haven’t received any calls.

This is my first time swaping my tires at Kal Tire. I'm very happy with the service. Fast, friendly and very professional. Great choice in appointments and very reasonable pricing. The whole process was super easy and I'll definitely will be back to put in my winter tires.

They got my wheel alignment done the same day I called. I work close by and could drop my car off for the day and picked it up when it was ready.same day service.the fella was very easy and friendly. Great job! Thank you.

Just making this review as a warning to others. If you spent hard earned money on expensive rims do NOT bring them here to get tires installed. Not worth the headache. I walked in with mint condition wheels and walked out with chips and indentations along the edge of two rims after tires were installed. Should’ve gone to a specialty shop that deals with import cars and expensive rims all day long. Lesson learned

Where do i start, hmmm, im a health care provider, i usually have unpredictable schedules. Tj @ kaltire tried his best to accomodate me to install new winters. Unfortunately, i had to cancel the initial appointment due to work. So he booked another one for me.
Today, way before the time of my appointment, i decided to pass by and try my luck to come in as soon as they were open. Nathan and lou (not sure if i spelt his name correctly) were very accommodating and did all they could to take my car in within reasonable limits. They acknowledged my stupid schedule and made it happen. They "just" managed to SQUOZE me in hahaha. I truly appreciate the level of service these guys and girls offer here. I have found my new go to tire shop. The warranties on the tires they sell is phenomenal. Roadside hazard, flat, damage, balancing, all lifetime! (For the life of the tires that is). "They sell it, they guarantee it! ". What a peace of mind. And at NO ADDED COST TO YOU.staff were very knowledgeable. Even with Teslas. They've got lifting pucks and a special lift dedicated for the heavy weights.
Ive nothing but confidence with their service.

Is very simple, if you want excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and the peace of mind that you will not be ripped off by shady practices, just become a costumer.
Also the best winter tires you can find the Nokia brand you will find here, no gimmicky sales pitch or unnecessary incentives, just the best safety for your vehicle and your family.

Having lived across the country, I’ve been going to a lot of Kal Tire locations throughout the country ever since I’ve owned a car. I’ve been going to this location for 4 years. Like all locations, customer service (when you do get attended to…) is amazing. Nonetheless, Kal Tire (and this location in particular) seems to be going somewhat downhill lately. Tire rotations are no longer free (at any location). Also, there’s way too many people at this location. Waits are too long - I’m noticing staff take too long talking to customers, and there aren’t more staff to help. Waiting room is too small. Maybe it’s to do with the growing population of Milton. Also, they seem too cautious about COVID compared to other businesses - hours/appointment availability have been greatly reduced and waiting room amenities have been almost entirely eliminated. They once even had the waiting room closed some time ago (fortunately it’s back open now).

Perfect experience. Exactly what was expected after buying tires and 9 months latter flat repaired.

Had a great day. Bought winter tires there back in October and two days ago had a valve stem malfunction that caused the tire to shred on the inside. I'll be getting a new winter tire next fall when I change over at little to no cost to me. Great place thank to Tj

Made an appointment day of, they were able to accommodate me. Complications with the customer they had before me caused a delay of about an hour and a half, but on their own good will, the staff provided us with a discount. The way I see it is they made sure to do a good job to everyone so the little wait was more of an insurance of the quality than anything. Would recommend.

Best experience. Brought my model 3 here for the winter tire swap. Their website was super simple and quick to book an appointment and I was surprised they had time slots available a week out. Service was on time, fast and the staff was friendly and clean. They also took all the necessary precautions due to covid - no wonder they are highly recommended on the Tesla forums! Keep it up

Fantastic visit! Had a flat tire and they fixed the puncture when I stopped in with 45 minutes until closing. Such a relief to be able to deal with a flat tire on my way home from work without a problem! Greatly appreciate their flexibility and service

I took my car to swap the tires and after one week I took the car for oil change to another place, where they told me that they had to switch the back tires because they are directional and they were placed in the wrong side. So I had to pay again for this work. I would expect Kal Tire to know what to do because they do only tires. I'm not taking my car there again.

I was done in 30 minutes. Also paid the best price yet for tire change overs. Easy to use and very professional service.

One of the top, if not best, service centers in Milton. I replace and store tyres with them. Recently, they changed my car oil for almost 35% less cost than their competitors.

Had a flat. Went to another tire shop in milton and they said it can't be repaired and I'd have to buy a new tire. Thought I'd just check with Kal tire. WOW! T clancey was very courteous and told me they'll try to repair it and In 20 mins my tire was repaired. I would recommend them to everyone I know and will always go to them in the future.

Before I moved to Milton, I always took my car to the dealer for servicing. However, now that I have found Kal Tire, I will never go back to the dealer again! They are the most ethical and fair service centre that I have ever encountered. I have been taking my car there for about two years now. Their pricing is fair and their service is second to none. I highly recommend this company and location.

I had an appointment to have the tires on my car inspected, and a corresponding alignment and was pleasantly surprised by the service and customer service at this location.

I brought my truck in for an appointment to get 2 tires and an alignment, it needed major front end work done which I suspected, even though they were very busy, they made sure my truck was finished same day.its a good shop with honest people.

Fantastic service! I called the location at 8am this morning and spoke with Lou. I asked some questions regarding tires and he went above and beyond to help me get some answers. I was looking to switch my tires out ASAP and Lou ordered tires from their warehouse during the phone call and they were delivered to the Milton location SAME DAY! I called at 8am, and had my brand new (amazing tires) on by 1: 30pm the same afternoon. While I was there Lou helped me make a cup of tea. This is what customer service should be. Congratulations to Kal Tire on great work, and to Lou for going above and beyond.

Went in, in the morning to get a wheel alignment, someone came in 5 minutes after me to get the same thing done. Guess whos car was serviced first? Definitely wasn't mine. The man who came in after me left before i did. This man had no appointment as well, we BOTH called last minute. My car sat in the lot while his was serviced first. I'd understand if mine went in first and it took longer because mine was worse, but nope, not the case. Sounds whiney, but i thought that was unfair. Even the guy who came in after me was surprised his car was serviced before mine. ‍️

Great Service. Needed my brakes done. Manufacturer (Chevy Spark) put on sub-standard brakes so instead of lasting me 85k, they blew out at 43.
I'm a big fan of Under-promising and over-delivering. Kal's 3 hour job took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete. They didn't do any additional work that didn't need to be done and re-assured me that I still had a lot of life left on the back brakes.
Will definitely go back to them.

Ordered tires for one car. No issues, ready same day. 2nd car needed rims and tires. Need to order, be in on Thursday. Said will pick up Friday morning. Small delay with tires but they made good on delay

Repaired my flat tire today that Mr. Lube diagnosed as "unrepairable". L've bought tires from them before, so I generally trust them.

The front service was friendly, however, the tech service was not expected. I went to Kal to fix the flat tire because the Kal website promise to fix it by patch, not the strip. However, I got the strip plugged. Called the shop and they replaced the strip by the patch as promised. They should do the work as per the Kal web promised. If I hadn't know the knowledge, I would get the cheap fix but the high price. You have to pay attention on the work.
