I've been coming here for years. The team is friendly, fast and really personable. They do great work and always have a smile and a warm greeting. I cannot recommend them enough. Stefan and his team are superstars.

One time bad customer experience ruins everything.
This shop is close to my home, I used their service plenty of times and appreciated the talking every single time. I even spoke highly of them especially this store to my friends and colleagues, so a couple of them went to their store as well.
However, this morning on my birthday, I drove my flat tire car to have it fixed, and was going to give it to the good hands. I was told that it’s gonna be next week, and not leave the car there due to no room for the peak season. Fine, I go somewhere else with my flat tire completely then. Goodbye forever.

If you have a stick shift vehicle, do not trust this location.
Ive been a customer of this location for a while and was always happy with their professionalism. However, that changed couple days ago when one of their technicians burnt my clutch.
Kudos for turning a seasonal tire swap into a nightmare for me. Also didn't bother to reset the tpms sensor.if it wasn't part of the process, no heads up was given about it either.
Prior to the tire install, I warned the staff that it was a stick shift vehicle and to please let me know if that was a problem. And they still went ahead and got someone that doesn't know how to drive stick shift behind the wheel.

Update: The owner reached out to me. He was professional and understanding. Although we could not come to an agreement, I appreciated the call and apology.

Had a great experience with my first visit at Kal tire at this location.

I mentioned on the phone that I have some steering vibration on the highway, and Steffan suggested it may be a tire imbalance.

I was able to get an appointment on the next day afternoon.

After diagnosis, they found the left front wheel was imbalanced, and once repaired, vibration has disappeared.

Pleased with the service. Will consider this location again from my wheel or tire needs!

Horrible experience i will never go to Kal tire ever. They tried to up sell me on 2 tires that i didn't need when all i need was 1 tire. They tried to sell me a continental for over 500 dollars. I found the same tired installed for 200 tax in. If I could give them a negative star i would. Definitely never go to this location (3805 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1T 3L5)
Employees at this location should be ashamed trying to gouge people. Very unacceptable

Steffan, the manager at this Kal tire location has been extremely disrespectful and not capable of having formal discourse. He seems to treat people that dont have as much knowledge as him as his subordinate. Very displeased with his communal discourse. Do yourself a favour and go to another Kal tire.

Much improved service over the past 4 years. My mom changes her tires there and the shop will keep the tires in storage for you, for a reasonable fee. Good service, professional front desk team. Easy and convenient online booking service and WIFI while you wait. They're next to Bulk Barn and across from Agincourt Mall.

I keep coming back and there’s no reason to stop. They're professional, helpful, and they take good care of your car; they once noticed and fixed a minor rattle under the car at no charge (I’d thought of mentioning it but hadn’t), they cover the seat so they don’t get it dirty, and they give good advice on when to do your summer/winter changeover and the best options for new tires.

I also find their online service for booking appointments very convenient.

"Outstanding Management, Service and Mechanic's workmanship. " Stefan looked after my appointment and interacted with Singh, the mechanic. Martin set my appointment and took care of describing all my initial requests on the work order, He also accepted my payment. The mechanics found rear brake issues due to low car use, and I requested that the rear wipper be replaced. The brake rebuilding plus wipper came to about $115 after taxes. Re: suspension noise: I was advised that the engine mounts were cracked, but that all suspension's integrity was good. I was also quoted the price for the repair, in case I wanted to go ahead with that.

Having purchased tires before from one of the previous managers, Bhargav (now at Dundas & Roncesvalles), also having welcome their free tire rotations, I can say that the more I come to this Kal Tire location @ 3805 Sheppard East), the more I appreciate their Magic.

This is a great place to come in for mechanical advice and integrity. Their prices are not inflated like in some other garages, and they take care of customer satisfaction seriously. I do recommend this Kal Tire.

They also have a washroom in the premises and a new coffee pot (not on. I believe you can request it be turned on). Also, for those of you who have been here before, they have a new couch:)

Excellent services by Stephen and his team. Stephen was highly knowledgeable and answered my queries. Martin was helpful in finalizing schedules and quotes as per my convenience.

Update on Jan 30,2023-
There was an incident with my tyre because of a huge nail and it couldn't be sealed. Arthur and Martin helped with some spare tyre for the time being and fixed me a new tyre within 2 days.
I am glad I got Nokian tyres as per Stephen suggestion and they are the best. I've been cruising in this crazy winter without any trouble. I was one among very few were on the road during storm.
Thanks a ton guys. You can't go wrong with these gentlemens.

I went here to buy new tires, get my wheels aligned and my oil changed! The customer service is excellent. The work was properly done and the manager is very honest! I also needed ball joints and he replaced those! Did not oversell me anything! This is a very good shop!

This place is great. Service is quick and efficient. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. They even lent me a tire on rim while I was waiting for a replacement rim/wheel.

Stephan gives excellent advise and great customer service. His entire team reflect this customer first attitude. So far I have bought 4 sets of tires and 2 sets of rims and this is mostly due to Stephan and his team.

Excellent service and outstanding management. This is especially true when Bhargav was running the place. My wife had our tires rotated and almost went well. The initial story in this place is much higher than 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. In non Covid time, free popcorn and coffee.and nice whashroom too. My wife said their couch in the general area was pathetic.pass this I fo along to management. It was great when I was there last.

Excellent tire shop. I was considering CostCo, Canadian Tire and Toronto Honda alternatively. But I am happy I decided to go to KalTire. They price match and takes good care of each customer. Not crazy busy like the other shops. Staff smile and talk to you. I bought Nokian R3 SUV winter tires today. Happy with the service.

And there washroom is super clean. Loved it.

Went here to get my tires changed and the service was really good. Front desk guy patiently answered my questions and even provided me with a discount for being a loyal customer to Kal tire.

We all agree that in a saturated market were many shops are offering the same service.
It’s difficult to impress customers and keep them as loyal clients.
Only shops like the one at this location has managed to impress me.
If you need to service your vehicle with a team of professional, fast service and a fair price.

Staff is (Jeff) very friendly when buy new tires from them and after when you go for warranty repir then they show you their real face i had very bad experiece with them and never answer phone you have to go there or book online but when you go online the wesite have no option for work you need to do just be care full everyone

Got my truck tire patched here October 27th, 2021. Staff was friendly, work completed under a hour.

I had the opportunity to work with Stefan and was very pleased with his professionalism. I went in to change my winter tires, my oil, to check an issue with my wiper spray (front and back), and change my cabin air filter. Needless to say, there was alot to be done. I was impressed at the speed and efficiency, and also appreciated the fix they did to repair my wiper spray. I do recommend to send an email if you are able to as it can get busy to book appointments by phone.

Amazing customer service by team member on duty around 1pm on June 15th (Stefan). Efficiently swapped tires and stored my winters all under an hour! Answered all my questions and gave good insights on tread wear/ life left. Comfortable place to sit and wait as well. Definitely gained a returning customer here! Highly recommended.

Excellent! My sincerest gratitude to Steph and the shop for saving me and my family from a tire blowout that was waiting to happen.

I went in for a slow leak in my rear tire (winters), and they found out that it was pretty much shredded from the inside.
I was lucky enough they had a similar all-weather model on hand to replace it with.
They also properly adjusted all my tires' pressure to my car's specs as they were over inflated before.
Steph also advised me my rear brakes' wear level and when to expect to replace them.

Nice professional working place. I went in today for a summer rims swap and everything went perfectly smooth and quick, in and out in about 35 minutes. A big thank for Giselle for fixing my appointment and makes the overall experience very relaxing. Definitely will come back for future services.

If I could give more stars I would. From the beginning to end, everything was fantastic! Booking an appointment online was super easy, stepping into the store where it was super clean, well laid out with clear COVID restrictions and instructions and very evident everything was sterilized on a consistent basis (I went to use the restroom and shortly after it was sterilized). Above all else, staff was extremely friendly; no pressure, no tactics just great service and advice. Highly recommended!

A definite place to go to get your tires swapped. Had to get my winter tires removed and luckily found this place within an easy drive from my home. Their Covid-19 protocol is stellar.felt totally comfortable waiting for the car. Had an early morning appointment so was out of there in about 35 minutes. Kudos to Stefan L. And his crew to a job well done.

I rarely post reviews online but I was so impressed with the service I received that I decided to write. So glad to have discovered this company. The service was outstanding. They operate with integrity and professionalism. The tire change and storage was smooth and painless. Never said that before. Appreciated all the covid precautions they took. I have always liked Goodyear tires so when I went to this location I found Kal Tires instead. Giselle and Stefan were excellent and very helpful. I decided to get new tires from Kal. These are the best tires I have ever had. They are amazing at gripping the road and you wouldn't even know there is snow on the road underneath. I am 100% satisfied, will use them again and highly recommend this business.

Just coming back from having a set of new tires put on my vehicle at Kaltire's Agincourt location. Nothing but totally positive experience on my end.

I was trying to contact them during the busy "early signs of winter tire swapping season" and was fortunate enough to get an appointment set. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment twice because of issues on my end with the status of my car at a dealership.

Stefan was very patient and professional with me during both times that I had to cancel and let me know to just give them a call when I was ready for my work to be done. He also offered to keep my tires on hold until I got my car from the dealership. That took an additional 3 days.

When I was finally ready to make the appointment, I talked with Giselle on the phone. She was able to squeeze me in to an appointment at the last minute for a busy Saturday morning. When I got to the shop, Giselle welcomed me professionally and clearly explained the process.

My car was taken in on time and the service was completed in the time frame that was agreed upon. The crew bagged the old tires and made sure that they were stored neatly in my car.

I know that people's milage may differ when dealing with the customer service industry. That being said, my experience with Kaltire in Agincourt was textbook professional. 100% satisfied as a customer and would recommend them to anyone based on my experience. Thank you Stefan and Giselle.

Excellent service experience, Stafan arranged the order over the phone, drop car off and key, I went about to kill my time for 2 and half hours. They did a thorough job, lol I was wondering they were beyond the point of wheels alignment. The SUV tires were perfect as per Stefan’s recommendation. Professional, courteous, no fluff service. Giselle is a wonderful employee as well as all the other employees. The only issue I have is she has been busy working back to back all alone.

Phones are ringing, people are coming in and she is all alone trying to satisfy all customers. Of course some are not patient and do not understand how stressful it is when you are alone juggling everything at once.

Perhaps have more than one employee working at the front for customer service which could possibly bring in more business and a better guest experience.

The place to get your all-weather tires of all sorts, some of which now last up to 100K kms. Nokian is still the leader and continues to develop its WRG line that stays on all year round and is winter rated with the mountain peak symbol. Vastly improved technology from the last generation which are now under Nordman, also made by Nokian.

Stefan truly knows his tires and cars. Speaks about it with a passion rarely found in garages nowadays. And prices are fair. Tire purchases include balancing and an alignment check. He will even ask you to come back in a couple of days so they can check the torque on the lug nuts at no cost. Talk about a dedication to road safety and their customers!

Steph is a very knowledgeable, honest and hands on staff who happens to be the manager. For convenience, I recently found them to simply replace my trailer tires but was so impressed that ended up having them service 3 cars with various issues! The level of service here is excellent! On further look, I get the sense that this company has a culture of great reliable service from the very top down. Thanks!

Very impressive service, just as it should be. Preorder over the phone the tires I needed, installation took just over an hour. They found a problem with broken spring coil (that was overlooked by a dealer) and provided very competitive quote. Highly recommend. Location is roomy, clean and has a table with bar stools so you can work with a laptop. Very thoughtful and not typical for similar places. Overall great experience.

Located right at a set of traffic lights so pretty easy getting out of here. More than enough parking on site. Very clean inside (Kal Tire just took over this location in Sept '19). Even the washroom is super clean. Staff and professional, pricing is what you can expect anywhere. Service is very good, highly recommended.

Staff was polite explained and showed everything before doing it.
They checked my car over. Unfortunately went in to take off all season tires and put on winter tires. Left with a big invoice.
