We went for lunch during the Christmas week on a Friday. The place was fairly crowded but we were lucky to get seats within 20 minutes.
As recommended by our server, we ordered the King Kamen & Spicy Shoyu Ramen and the fried chicken. All 3 dishes were delicious and very flavorful. It was our 1st time and we thoroughly enjoyed the Ramen. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again

Always busy and must try ramen for everyone. I ordered Valcano Chicken Tori Level 1. It's with indian spice. Can recommend to the people who want to try new cuisine. Need to enter the name in kiosk and wait.

As one of the few restaurants in Mississippi that has to wait in line, it is very average.

Ramen here isn't very traditional but they've got large portions. I got the Uber shoyu. Traditional ramen have thicker noodles and runny eggs. The eggs here are practically boiled (they don't put it in an ice bath), which makes it a million times worse. But you get way more meat and eggs than usual say at Sansotei or Kinton.

I might pick this place over Sansotei or Kinton if they could serve runny eggs.

I'm not going to add anything that rhe other raving reviews haven't already said. This place is awesome. From to food to the customer service, everything is on point.

It is worth the wait if you have to waitlist to get in.

9/10, will come again.

I come here a few times a month to get my ramen fix. Wait times can be long but it looks like they improved. Now they clean the tables right after people leave so they can seat someone else instead of leaving the tables dirty for a long time.

What I do not like about this place is that they never ever serve appetizers before the ramen. It’s a big pet peeve of mine. Please serve the appetizers first and then the ramen. You’re making us wait 1.5 hours, the least you can do is make the experience enjoyable instead of rushing us out.

Ramen is good, but I’ve noticed the quantities have significantly reduced in the past month.

The sushi is a great bonus but they don’t come fast enough and the quality isn’t there anymore.

Also a couple days ago the server was rushing so fast when we were paying she knocked over the left over ramen on me and didn’t even apologize. Like what’s the rush?

Last thing, the music is loud so if you get annoyed by loud noises and music don’t bother.

Tried the kamen ramen with minced chicken and the broth was so flavorful. The quantity is really good as well. I’m definitely going back!

Visited this restaurant yesterday and omg I loved it! Not only was the server extremely helpful in helping us decide spice level but the food was amazing!
Our Ramen dish was hot, fresh and full of flavour.
We also ordered gyoza and the filling of minced pork n seasoning made it hard to have just a few! I wanted all six! Lol
The chicken karage was incredible. Sliced to serve with a lovely dip the chicken was well seasoned and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
I am definately going back!

It is a not very large restaurant and when you arrive you have to wait your turn, but it is worth it. It was my first time going and the ramen I ordered was very good. A large dish with very good flavor. Quality price I found it very good.

I placed an order on the phone. The person who took my order was not listening carefully at all and this was evident when I received the order. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to spend so much money and the food delivered is not the correct order. Will not be ordering from this place again.

Overrated (for dine-in at least). They were inundated with takeout/delivery orders while we were there, so the chefs and staff were quite busy.
The ramen itself was okay, the broth and chasu were good, but the rest was meh (we were particularly disappointed with the egg).
A decent choice for takeout, but probably won't be back for dine-in.

Food is great and service always been great been coming here for years but today was not the day, staff seemed lost we got the text to sit and someone else went in-front of us so we had to wait another 20mins before getting a table it was almost closing time and just felt rushed. The food came fast but they gave us chipped ceramic plates I did comment to the server they cant serve food on chipped dishwasher as is a health and safety issue, she said she would tell the manager but nothing was done to fix this. They should of replaced the dishes right away!

A good place for ramen and appetizers. Not much issues but generally everytime I come here you are needed to wait in line by signing in on an iPad since the resturant isn't that big. The last time I came here the service isn't really professional in terms of cleanliness. They usually bring out water with plastic cups and the issue is there was someone's lipstick stain on the cup. But overall good place to eat just watch out on the cleanliness.

Drove 45mins to try this place due to suggestions. Came in, stood and no hello or even acknowledgment after 5mins. Lad came asked 5 mins.after and asked if I was dining in and for how many people. Not even okay, let me check and get back to you. This snobbish lady came 10-15mins after and asked if I’ve been helped (same lady saw me when I arrived and just brushed me off), I said no I am waiting for a table for 1. Then told me to sign in at the front—only if she mentioned this as I came in—I would have no problem instead of just brushing me off. After that (waited nearly 20mins) I left and told her to acknowledge people and tell them the process, not everyone’s regular here and yet the guy came in the same time as me got seated without even showing any proof of signing in at the front door.
This place needs to have a better people at the front and tell the people the process/procedures! Never again and will informed my friends, colleagues, and acquaintances about this poorly manage place!

The Kamen Ramen is the best place to go and satisfy a ramen craving. Took the volcano which was not that spicy to me. I have asked for milk one. We also took the gyoza. Gosh it was good. It actually woke up my taste buds and I was looking for good gyoza everywhere and these were bombdiggity! Cannot complain of the service as well. Will definitely go back

Yummy in my tummy food was good, music was loud though, and was really tight but great food

Very poor customer service. Waited 1hr and 30 mins in waitlist, then once we ordered food, took 1 hour more to get our food. My family members and I noticed that every single table that came after us were getting their food. After 45mins of waiting, we finally asked a waitress how long for our food. Then after 5 mins more, we were informed the waitress never punched in our food order into the system. Then 10 mins later, we finally got our food. If you are going here, and do not receive your food within 10-15mins, then follow up, as your order was most likely forgotten and can avoid waiting an hour or more. We do not know how much longer we would have been waiting if we hadn't followed up. Our waitress did notice us every 10mins or so, but did not remember that she had forgetten our order and how long we have been waiting. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Food was same as usual ramen place.

Among the many ramen places, this is by far the best ramen. The broth and noodles are really yummy. A definite try.

First time having ramen and it was fantastic. The Spicy Shoyu Kamen was filled with lots of flavors. I also recommend getting their matcha smoothie. It's a great place for vegetarians because they have many options! The service was also very fast.

Delicious ramen with good service in a busy restaurant! We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated as the restaurant was busy, but the staff were attentive and the food came quickly. The broth is very flavourful and the ramen as a whole was high-quality.

By far my favourite and the ramen in the GTA! Food is always amazing, broth is so rich and even their appetizers! Paired with their matcha shake! So so good! Highly recommend this place! Cozy atmosphere and I loved that they were playing NARUTO on the TV ;)

only minor issue is that on busy days, the wait can be long, i wish they had more seating, but other than that, 10/10

Easier to get take out considering the popularity of this restaurant. Impressed by the tonkotsu shoyu. Everything homemade, flavorful. A must if you like ramen. Grilled Gyoza are delicious. Worth a detour.
