I met with Jennifer from Kamfair Drapes several times before deciding to purchase all my window coverings from the company.
Jennifer patiently took the time to educate me on the different types of window coverings. Thereafter, she incorporated my room-specific expectations into her recommendations. A combination of Cordless Roller Shades, Roller Shades with Wand Controls and Ripplefold Drapery with Decorative Rods were used. Andrew installed everything with great care. His diligence and installation expertise were a critical component of the project and resulting success. The final installed product exceeded my expectations. Kamfair did an amazing job with our main hallway windows! We found them by chance and were so impressed by their service from the start that we didn’t bother looking anywhere else after our first meeting with Jennifer. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. As two-time customers of Kamfair, my husband and I have been very happy with their products and service. They carry a good variety of drapes, shades and other window treatments. Jennifer always listens receptively and is quick to identify our preferences. She communicated with us promptly whenever we had any questions about our orders. She readily provided professional suggestions, which helped us make our decisions and choices. Andrew was also very thorough when installing the drapes and shades for us. He took care of a lot of details that we might have otherwise not noticed. We will definitely go back to Kamfair if we ever need to replace the other drapes in our house. Andrew is amazing! We had our Hunter Douglas blinds installed 5 years ago and recently one of the motor died. Andrew helped us with the warranty claim and patiently went through the process with us and guided us through every step of the installation. His friendly and professional service is top notch and we will definitely go back to him for our next house!

10 years ago, I installed motor shade through the this company. During the Pandemic one of the big shade didn’t work. So recently, I called Kamfair Drapes for fixing. Even though the warranty (motor) was ended 5 years ago, one of the owner came to our house today and fixed completely without changing the motor. I really appreciated for her effort and time. It was long overdue to change the window covering of my house. After doing some research online, Kamfair became my first choice. Then I realized that the original window covering in my house was also done by Kamfair more than 20 years ago! This family business is still growing strong and doing an excellent job all these years!

I am very happy with the new shades in our bedrooms and the drapes in the living room. Jennifer was professional, patient and pleasant to answer many of my questions when I kept changing my mind and asked for different quotes. The Duolite shades in the bedroom meet our needs for blocking light at night and the sheer shades for daylight coming in during the day. The drapes in the living give a clean and calm atmosphere which I enjoy so much everyday! Installation done by Andrew was also amazing! Andrew was friendly, punctual and efficient. He took time to answer any questions I had.

I highly recommend Kamfair. I told Andrew, our main contact, I have some windows facing the west and can be overly shiny during sunset, though I don't want to use sunblock shades as I would love to have abundance of natural light throughout the day as well. Andrew assisted me in choosing the right fabric and colour in order to get the result I wanted. He is highly professional and never persuaded me to go for more expensive options which is not necessary. Excellent after-sale services too as he is willing to come again to help me change one handle from one side to another! It is a little pricier than chains or online stores, but definitely worth it for the quality and services. Highly recommended.

We came to Kamfair after a bad consultation with another Hunter Douglas dealer. After our consultation with Jenn I knew I made the right decision to look elsewhere.

Jenn was patient, thorough, and very pleasant. She went through all our options and explained the difference in quality and price of various products. I never felt like Jenn was trying to upsell us and in fact she tried her best to work within our budget and came up with alternative solutions/recommendations on how and where to spend our money.

The final price for our curtains and blinds was extremely competitive with what we were quoted elsewhere for bad service. Going with Kamfair was a no brainer.

Andrew installed everything with efficiency and enthusiasm. Both Jenn and Andrew are punctual and very respectful of your time. I can’t recommend this family-run business enough. Our house looks so much better than before with the privacy we needed!
