Terrific customer service who helped me get the job done. Company able to diagnose the problem with my oven over the phone. Technician arrived within a day, installed the new part and swiftly got my oven up and running at a third of the cost quoted by another company. Service does not get any better than that. They are a straight up company and always had good service. This last time Jose was great! Beware of these “ authorized” sub zero technicians. I got ripped off for over $599. I called corporate they sent Kampen and they fixed everything. This was my 2nd time using them!

So Pro! I had an issue that was beyond warranty but they were more than fair about the matter and once reviewed it they covered the cost. The follow-up and organizing of our appointment was smooth and effortless thanks to Francesca. The tech they sent, Jim, was friendly, organized, efficient and took the time to talk us through the issue as well. It was a distant reminder of what good customer service used to be like. Jim and Jose came to repair our duel fuel Wolf range - oven not heating. They were running late on the appt date but they kept us up-to-date on timing as did the office which was excellent. They efficiently diagnosed our oven issues and repaired on the spot, which was a nice surprise for us as we were told they would possibly have to order parts. Both technicians were extremely professional. We would highly recommend Kampen services to anyone considering this company. This was the only repair place we called because they are Wolf / Sub-Zero certified/authorized.

Our Subzero discontinued model from 1995 stopped cooling. They advised against repairs as it was a money pit but did say the fan was the main problem. We decided to change the fan out to buy us time to look for a new fridge. Since the new fan was replaced the fridge is cooling better then expected buying us time to look for a possible replacement. Thank you Kampen for you honesty and true expertise. Highly recommend their services.

Don’t even bother calling any one else, These guys are the BEST! My freezer (sub zero) stopped working over the weekend, called another appliance repair company and the told me that I need a new compressor at the tune of $6000, I spent the weekend in tears.
Called Kampen on Monday morning for a second opinion and they showed up on time and informed me that all I needed was a $45.00 switch.
I will never call anyone but them.

Thank you so much for being such a fantastic company. You have a customer for life!

The staff at Kampen was able to quickly send a repair person out to my home to evaluate my refrigerator, and the technician was immediately able to make definitive repairs. The technician, Bruce, was prompt, effective and explained everything thoroughly. Everything works perfectly now, and I am very happy: they are my go-to service provider for all my applicable repair needs!

The service technician called yesterday to let us know that he would be arriving in fifteen minutes and then arrived as promised. He was most attentive, listening to the problem of our refrigerator's wildly varying temperatures.

He immediately understood the problem and equally quickly determined the solution. There are two temperature thermistors which control the fridge temperature and he replaced both with parts he had on his truck.

The fridge has been working perfectly since his visit. I was so impressed that I called the service manager to express my congratulations and appreciation for the excellent work that the technician provided.

Extremely impressed with Kampen. They travelled quite a distance to repair a sub-zero fridge. Got some of the parts from sub-zero at no cost to us. Service person called and said when he was arriving, explained what he was doing, advised of the price in advance and was efficient in his work. The price was very fair. Excellent advice given on how to detect future issues. Highly recommend!

Our last experience with Kampen Appliance Service.
The repair man didn’t know how to remove gas igniter- he broke it to get it out. Tried to put new igniter in and kept trying to force it. He didn’t realize he had to remove the top ring which held the old one in place. I explained what he needed to do. Then he tried to attach the old wire to the igniter even though it was different. He finally realized he would need to change the wire also to connect to the new igniter. In order to change the wire, he said we needed to remove the entire stovetop from the counter and wall and asked if I knew how to do this. I said the stovetop has been sealed with silicone in place and that it wasn’t necessary to remove the whole unit. I further explained that the area he wanted to access had a cover with 2 screws and that he might want to try this first. He did and said that was easy. He put the top pieces back on and when trying to ignite the gas flames were everywhere. I explained that if you didn’t seat the top burner parts properly this is what happens and to just reseat the top parts. It took him a while but he finally got it. I asked if he had done this kind of job before and he said no this was his first time.
He gets the stove to fire up one time and he says to me, okay? I said no and proceeded to check the ignition again. Not working. Same problem as before. After some testing, I realized the problem was from the switch in the knob. He says no it’s the ignition module. I said there is only one module, correct? He says yes. I say if the other 5 burners are working correctly, how can it be the ignition module? He eventually concedes it’s the knob switch and that he did not have the parts with him. Either someone else or he would come back with the correct parts and repair the stovetop.
I wrote to Kampen Appliance the same day and all I received back was a bill for over $300.00 and the problem wasn't even touched.

The problem with our refrigerator could easily have been diagnosed over the phone as the technician knew what the problem was before he even looked at our fridge. Took him less than 5mins to clean the clogged drain but we still got billed $214 with tax

After months of dealing with our usual service company who made several unsuccessful attempts to repair a leaking hose in our sub-zero fridge, I called Kampen Appliance Service (an authorized dealer of sub-zero in our area).

I spoke with Brandon (the supervisor) who patiently explained exactly how they would address the problem, how long it would take and how much it would cost! Kampen’s long-standing reliable reputation and the attention given to setting up the service call, gave us the assurance that they could handle the job!

Brandon and Lucio were quite amazing to watch as they worked with such great care and efficiency to give us back a problem-free fridge and a great sense of relief!

Great job Kampen in taking such great pride in your business!

Oven was not heating up. Technician diagnosed the problem immediately. Luckily all the parts needed were in the truck and the repairs were completed within an hour.
Technician was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Will definitely use Kampen again.

Kampen appliance has been servicing my sub zero fridge as well as my wolf oven for the past 20 years. I certainly would not be doing any business with anyone for that duration if the service was not great. The 20 year relationship speaks for itself. I would not allow anyone other than Kampen to touch my appliances. They are the finest.

This is the best appliance repair service EVER! The technician arrived on time, checked and repaired my freezer with the most economic solution. Asked if it was ok that he used my windex to clean the goop left from the spoiled food.
While he was there he checked my other appliances without charge.

Don’t even think of using anyone else!

I have never in my life worked with a more professional and efficient company. Brandon came exactly on time, was meticulous with his tools, kept the new house clean and knew exactly what to do.

We had many previous failed attempts to install our new Subzero fridge by Subzero's third party installation company- Brandon from Kampen came and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes!

My refrigerator has been having an issue for the past two years. Kampen appliance diagnosed the issue over the phone and scheduled a service technician to quickly come out and fix the issue. The technician was thorough and explained everything to us. I trust that I won’t have this issue again and I would highly recommend using their service if you have any issues with your appliances.

After their technician has completed diagnostic in the late evening, the following morning Wolf appliances has called to tell that the new part of my speed owen was ordered. A very speedy service that I haven't seen before.

I had problem with my Sub-Zero freezer ice maker. I called Kampen Appliances and appointment. Chris showed up on time and brought all the parts possibly needed for the repair. He identified the problem in just a few minutes and replaced the required part in very short time.

I was impressed with his professionalism and skills. He is friendly and respectful. Fully satisfied with the job.

My freezer broke down overnight. Called on Good Friday not expecting a call until Monday but I got a call back and had someone in to fix it on Monday. The company is reliable, and the service people are very knowledgeable, and courteous. The freezer was cooled to -1and functioning perfectly within 3 hours. Would highly recommend them

They very often have the part that needs replacing in their trucks based on the description of the problem that you give when you make the appointment.

The service person who came to look at my oven, Peter was excellent. Very helpful and cared about ensuring I got the best service possible. I had an issue with regards to the invoicing and called in. I explained to one customer service rep about the issue and was told a manger would call me back. Manager forgot to call me and the charge was put through. I then emailed the manager who replied promptly and we spoke on the phone shortly thereafter. Brandon (the manager) was absolutely great. He explained how crazy busy it had been and apologized for not calling back earlier. He rectified everything and left a very positive impression. I would certainly recommend them, and will definitely use them again. 5 Stars for sure.

He was determined to leave us with properly functioning appliances and would work diligently until he figured out the problem. Your service man did not complete the scope of work he was scheduled for and left our exhaust appliance only partially functional where the unit was fully functional upon his arrival.

The technician was Edward and in my opinion was terrible.

You also charged me for the full service call where the work was performed in a sub-standard fashion.

No one responded to any of my emails detailing the service issues so we may resolve this matter professionally. The service took place two weeks ago.

The service executed is not representative of the indicated standard.

We have gotten dishwasher repairs from this company twice. It has taken a long time to complete the repair both times. This time we have waited 6 weeks so far, the repair man was here for their second visit yesterday but he didn't have all the parts he needed. I don't know if they have the part available. He hasn't called. The company refuses to look into it. They are leaving it completely up to him. And tommorrow is Christmas eve, so judging by what he said yesterday we get to wait a minimum of 8 weeks until they complete the repair.
