I had an eye exam by Dr. Hoang recently, and now have my new glasses. Her prescription is just perfect. I can see clearly whether looking at my phone, computer or far away. I didn't think it was possible for one pair of glasses to work for all distances. She is also very friendly and kind. So I'm very grateful to Dr. Hoang, and highly recommend her.

The doctor Huang gave me eye drops for mydriasis, then did a an Vision field test, that leads me suspension of driver license. The thing made me angry the most is that I should run the test before mydriasis. And she won't allow me rerun the tests. I just got the some information from another vision care center. I will fight for it!

I have spend more than $3000 and 10 months fighting for the vision waver process of MTO, it is a very painful experience! Even through I think I can drive, but MTO still have been rejecting me. I may lost my driver license forever. And the Waiver companies are unreasonable strict. Hope that you are luck and don't fall in this trap.

The services that I receive from this clinic are excellent. The doctors and staff are friendly and professional, ensuring that I am properly informed about my eye health and care. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family members.

I see dr. Mà since this location is opened, she is very nice and helpful, the office is very clean and staffs are very friendly.

Great experience at this place. My daughter broke her glasses and the optometrist we had previously worked with was not available during the next three months. We called this place and she was seen the next day. Dr Anthony was patient and overall great. We are sticking with this optometrist practice.

I’m very disappointed with how unprofessional this clinic is and won’t recommend them at least not with Dr Anthony Sforza.
The clinic won’t send you any confirmation of your appointment or a head up call in advance.
I was late for my appointment a bit and even if I called them that I’m 2 minutes away, this doctor Sforza left the clinic and didn’t have the courtesy to respect the fact that people have to take a leave from their job to make it to his appointments given in the middle of the day!

Nice, friendly, very professional staff, personalized service. Although moved 1.5 hours away from them, would not change optometrist. Thank you for your good service.

Best frontline staff members very professional and willing to go the extra step getting it right the first time. All my visit to this centre leaves a smile on my face walking out, no matter the concern one walks in to discuss.

Dr. Sforza was amazing with both me and my 2 children! He took the time to explain our results and the changes in our prescriptions. My 10 year old was very nervous but he assured her in a calming way. We truly appreciate his gentle approach. A huge thank you to all the staff - you’re wonderful. Our eye health is deeply important to us and we feel in capable and professional hands.

Had a horrible experience as a new patient with Dr. Sforza and the reception staff. I tried to address my concerns with the managing Doctors, but the receptionist would not provide their direct contact information, instead insisting that I outline my medical concerns in an email that apparently all the staff have access to.

I had my appointment three weeks ago, and I am still so upset by my treatment that I have lodged a complaint with the college.

All of the Drs and staff are great to deal with. Over the nearly 15 years we’ve been patients, we’ve always been well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I wanted to swap my lenses as they were scratched a bit. I did shopping at 3 - 4 places around Kanata but prices were high. Finally came to this place, got the best price for lenses and customer service was ' cherry on cake '.

The girl who helped me choose my lens was lovely and extraordinarily polite.

Do try this place over others. Wont regret!

Been coming for years. Dr Beddard and his team are second to none. Outstanding latest tech equipment to analyze all aspects of vision and explains it all so clearly. Would never dream of going anywhere else.

Just returned from my regular check up and purchasing new glasses. This optometrist is fantastic. Everyone on the team is friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr Bedard was very thorough and explained all aspects of my exam in clear, easy to understand terms. When it came to picking glasses, Debbie was awesome - so friendly and so helpful - and a great eye for fashion. Thx to everyone for a great experience!

Excellent service by friendly staff. I had a missing screw in my prescription glasses. One lens was out. Fixed superbly and lenses cleaned. All this at no charge.

When I pay for an eye exam, I expect my FULL prescription. That includes pupillary distance (PD). You claim I can take my prescription elsewhere to buy frames, but without PD you know I cant, and your sales staff insists they wont measure it "until you buy frames".
I love that you have the technology to not need to dilate pupils as part of the eye exam, and if you had frames I liked I would have bought some without thinking about it. But I dont tolerate high-pressure sales and 'gotcha' tactics. I'll be looking for a new optometrist.

I've been a patient at this Practice for 20+ years. Service has always been excellent. My most recent interaction was regarding a pair of glasses I purchased in 2018 that developed what I thought were scratches that I inflicted on the lenses, and with COVID I avoided dealing with it and just living with the issue. The issue was identified as a defect in a layer on the lens. I was extremely pleased with how this worked out for me in the end. Their focus (ha) is to make sure you can see stuff. I'm seeing very clearly now for the first time in well over a year. I highly recommend this Optometry Practice for their professionalism, quality of service, and overall attention to detail and client care.

Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The eye exam was one of the most detailed and informative ones I ever had, and I have had plenty in my lifetime.

Last year I had a minor eye accident and went to the emergency department at QCH. I was treated there, given medication and an eye exam, but really wanted to verify that my eye did not have long term damage and get follow up care. My family doctor recommended seeing an optometrist, but I couldn't get an appointment at my existing optometrist.
The Kanata Bridlewood Optometric Centre is close to home and I was able to book an appointment very quickly (a few hours). I saw Dr. Hoang and not only was the exam the most thorough I have ever had. She also spent a lot of time carefully looking over my eye to be absolutely certain it was ok (it was!) - and they have lots of high tech gear too. She scheduled a follow-up to ensure everything continued well. I was so impressed by the standard of care that I'm now a current patient of Dr Hoang.
I haven't bought glasses there yet, but from an eye exam perspective - in my 50+ years of experience - this place (and Dr Hoang in particular) is unmatched.

The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Dr. Sforza explained everything thoroughly and efficiently. He was both kind and knowledgeable. It was the best experience I have had with an eye doctor.

Dr. Bedard was amazing with my 6 year old! He was also really great at explaining everything to me. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. They made my daughters first time picking out glasses a great experience. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

Got a new prescription and lenses here and had a great experience. Both the optometric assistant and Dr Sforza were fantastic!

I was in for my regular 2 year checkup in late August. Dr. Bedard suggested getting photos of my eyes with their new camera. The cost was only about $45. Examining the photos he found was a tear in the retina of my right eye! I had no symptoms or any idea there was a problem. This was a Wednesday and he contacted the retina clinic in Ottawa and I saw an ophthalmologist Friday morning at 9 AM and had my torn retina repaired that day - 48 hours after seeing Dr. Bedard. Thanks to his new camera equipment and his referral to the retina centre, the potential for more serious damage to my retina and eye was reduced. I have been going to this optometrist for 7 years and have always found their services and products to be top notch.

I would put no stars at all if I could.went to pick up my prescription that were set in Oakley frames and my polarized black Oakley lenses worth 130$ mysteriously disappeared and they had the gall to tell me they had no use for those lenses so why would they keep them. Seriously.put them in the frame of odd color lenses that are harder to sell (orange or a yucky green) that you offered to me by selling them for 40$ plus tax this was not my mistake.or cut them to fit another frame like you did on mine.lol.you take ppl for fools.

Excellent practice with great staff and dr. Dr wink is very thorough with great people skills. My toddler still asks to go back to the “eye doctor” a month later. The office is very kind and accommodating!

Full service optometry with a great staff and doctors. They not only test your vision but they examine the overall health of your eyes which is critical as we age. They offer a wide selection of vision products for one stop shopping but I don't usually buy there and they don;t go crazy if you don't.

Can't say enough about this place.exceptional optometrists with excellent supporting staff. I have been a customer for over 20 years and every time I walk in they go above and beyond in customer service and quality of craftsmanship.

Excellent office staff and doctors! Both Dr Ma and Dr Wink (our current family optometrist) are professional, kind, friendly, thorough. Have referred them to many of our friends. (Cannot comment on their glass selection / prices as we do not require)
