A/C diagnostic and noise service did not solve noise issue. Called to rebook to have it looked at. Was forwarded to service by reception twice with no answer. Third time they started laughing as they picked-up and hung up. Was able to bypass reception and call service directly to rebook. Just.come on guys. I know its friday but you're not winning me over if you don't fix my car properly and laugh at me when I try to rebook.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic touring 2024 and am absolutely loving it! Fathi helped me along the way and made everything so easy from beginning to finish. Fathi is very professional, knowledgeable and committed to making sure the clients have a stress free positive experience. Being someone who doesn’t know a ton about cars, Fathi was able to explain everything and made it very understandable. All the paperwork and so on was prepared ahead of time which allowed for the vehicle to be ready on delivery day as soon as I arrived (with the fancy big red bow!). The whole experience was very easy and efficient. I very much appreciate how the whole team at Kanata Honda is so friendly and helpful and made it all such an exciting and great experience. Got my car service done here for the first time. Went in expecting better service than other place but didn't meet expectations. Long wait time at least provide customer Uber service.
At least provide complimentary car wash like other places doesn't matter what the service was done.

I have been their customer since 2019, they expect us to have really superhuman features especially to make an appointment. They rudely say that the appointment time that seems appropriate in the system is not suitable and gives an appointment for 25 days later.

Even though we buy all the additional packages (including Honda plus) when we get the contract, they see an appointment a lot.

Only for oil change. I repeat, I have been a customer since 2019 and I have this problem at every maintenance time. I would never recommend it to anyone who seeking care and kindness from the car company.

We leased a new car last month from Michael Kang. He is very professional and friendly. He explained how to use some features and answered questions patiently. We really appreciated it.
However, on the day of picking up our car, we found the cover behind the rear view mirror was broken and days later, the car service told us there were no parts for replacement at that time and would let us know when the part is available in November. We didn't hear anything before last week. When I asked the front desk of the car service, they told me that I need to check the parts availability by myself! I was very surprised that I should check by myself! I did check with the parts department anyway, it is good not too far. Xander, who works in the parts department, was very nice and very helpful. He checked the broken part and system, then told me the parts would be available on Tuesday. Yes, I did receive a phone call today to ask me to pick up the parts. My question is who should be responsible to order, check the availability and pick up the parts in this case. It is "fine" that I can pick the parts and take it to the car service this time, because it is light. How about if it is a heavy one? I was and am still confused to be honest!

I went in today to get info in possibly trade my 2017 si into a 2022 si and I was given a cold shoulder by the lady at the front desk. I was rudly told to leave. I will not recommend to do any business here if they don't respect customers. This dealership had no interest helping with my needs or make me comfortable thanks for nothing

We bought our 2022 Honda Civic with Fathi and he was amazing! He made sure the car was perfect and ready for pick up, gave us an unheard of deal and even washed and detailed the car for us himself! We definitely recommend Kanata Honda they have great customer service and work hard to give the best deals!

My husband and I just purchased a Honda Pilot from Michael at Kanata Honda. He was great! It was a pleasant, low-pressure experience. Michael was super chill, very knowledgeable and accessible/available. Normally I find car shopping stressful, but this was easy-peasy. The car was ready for pick-up on time, with the extras we had ordered completed or installed. They reviewed the features with us and taught us what we needed to know about our new vehicle. The staff were all friendly and professional. No complaints here!

A little disappointed with my experience today. Went to look at two vehicles and was very interested in one. It took a bit longer than I expected (a fault on my part for not allowing more time), and I had to leave after seeing them. I had asked the salesperson to text me some more information on the vehicle so I could talk it over with my husband but never received a text. Perhaps they got busy as it was near the end of the day or they forgot, but would have been nice to have some sort of follow up. Certainly a different experience than I've had at other dealerships.

Really people working there are amazing and friendly. I recommend this dealership to everyone. I went there to get oil changed to my car that I bought from a friend and also get an extra key for doors from the Service department they did good job.
I went there again to put new bright lights that I bought from Canadian Tire but the guys there give me new lights from the dealership and save me some money.
The service fee are reasonable and good.
They treat you at this dealership as a family member.

Ordered parts there before a repair I was doing. Never received a call back to say they were in. Finally called and they had my order in. Wanted way too much to do the install and said they were backed up by 8 weeks. So I went out of town about 22 minutes away and got the install for 82% less and done that week. This is the 3rd time I have had issues at a Honda Powersports place out of 5 visits.

Service is generally quick; however, customer service is meh and they can not provide any clarification on the warranty they sell you. Furthermore, this department does not honor agreed-upon schedules. Can't recommend these guys.

Yesterday I was near Canadian Tire center and I noticed that my left rear tire was low on tire pressure. I called Kanata Honda and they said they can see me but I’ll have to wait because they were completely booked which is totally understandable given that I didn’t had any appointment. I went, they took my car and in 45 minutes it was done. They informed me that there was a nail in my tire which caused the sudden leak in the tire pressure and told me what all was done. I live in Nepean and I visited them because the first time they gave me an amazing customer experience for replacement of my condensor leak which was done under warranty and recall. This was the second visit and I had the same experience. Thank you very much again.

Salesperson was nice enough although lacked communication, I had said I had a trade in but she did my numbers without taking that into account. Then she offered me $10,000 for my Hyundai Tucson, hell no! I went to bank street toyota and they gave me $17,000. Definitely shop around

Kanata Honda was one of four dealerships we went to looking for a used car. All of them had the type of car I wanted but the reason I chose to buy at Kanata honda was Jasmina. She was friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Jasmina made the entire process easy and hassle free. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family!

My brother in law has been promised By this Honda Dealership A free Fix on the Ac Which was recalled, Constant Hanging up and Unprofessional Customer service He finally got An appointment and when he showed up they acted clueless and started Making us feel Uncomfortable instead of satisfied, my Family has been owning honda’s for years its just sad that we had to end this relationship with them due there lies and total disrespect From the staff. Imagine for 1-2 Years constantly calling to book an appointment and when we finally show up they act clueless and try to charge double even though they said we were covered for free due to the inconvenience they caused us. Very very disappointed honda. Shame on you

I needed a replacement Mirror for my used 2020 Honda Rebel 500 so I called Kanata Honda and the guy at their Parts department was extremely kind and helpful. He got my part shipped to their location overnight and I had the part I needed for a great price less than 24 hours later. Especially impressive considering the delays that people have been experiencing due to the pandemic. I will absolutely be returning to Kanata Honda should I need any more assistance with my Bike.

My friends been having a problem with a recall ac they offered to fix, it took 2 years for them to finally get the vehicle and when he does try and fix it with them, they tried hustling him for money when its a problem with Honda. Unprofessional and a lack of care for there clients. Worst dealership I would reconsider my money being spent there and go else where, they just care about every dollar they can pinch on.

Terrible on the sales and service side. I would put 0 if it was possible. Bought a brand new car that had 2 issues within a week, they would not acknowledge the issues (saying they were just cosmetic or "not abnormal"), nor fix them after 4 appointments over the span of 2mths. I went elsewhere and my issues were quickly noticed and immediately resolved. Kanata Honda is the worst business I have ever dealt with.

This is my first experience at Kanata Honda and I'm thoroughly impressed. I had an issue with my condenser for air conditioning. Even though it was not covered under warranty Adam went above and beyond and was able to get it covered by Ottawa Honda. Very good service.

I would not recommend this dealer. We've had poor service on a number of levels from various departments. Most recently we wanted to transfer our lease to another family member. The dealership quoted us twice the price for the service then other dealers in the city. The leasing manager was unprofessional in not returning our calls in a timely manner. We had to call back three times and left two messages over the course of a week before he got back to us. His level of professionalism was poor in that he seemed to want to joke around the matter more rather then provide a high level of service that should come from a dealer associated with Honda Canada. We went with another dealer who gave us a quote for half the price of Kanata Honda and who's leasing manager was professional in discussing our situation over the telephone. Additionally, dealing with the service counter has been a poor experience on a number of fronts.

Brought my 2008 Acura TL in to get my radio code. The process took 1.5 minutes thanks to Adam and the service team at Kanata Honda. Very very happy and impressed with their attention to customer service. I called Richmond Honda as well and they told me that they don't give codes for Acuras? ! So if you're looking to buy or service your Honda or Acura avoid them and go to Kanata Honda!

I am out of town buyer so needed to have a sale person working a little harder than they typically would as I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the car before asking someone I know go to the dealership to test drive the vehicle.

The sales lady was fine. A bit confusing about information provided and took a while for us to get there but fine.

Based on what I was told and shown I was comfortable asking my brother to drive to ottawa and see the car. Basically one day notice. I was told that nobody would be available to assist him until next week. I mean, we are talking about someone taking a copy of the drivers' license and handing the key - that's the extent.

Just weren't willing to accommodate.

I guess the business is good and a less "demanding" customer will eventually come along.

We bought our CRV back in July we love our vehicle but the service we received afterwards was unacceptable. When we purchased our vehicle our salesman Jesse Main was great even decided to throw in weather tech floor mats in the deal. When we picked up our CRV the mats were on backorder long story short 3 months later after numerous phone calls and in contact with Jesse we were later informed by email that no floor mats were ever mentioned in contract and being 3 months later could no longer remember what was promised! Totally unacceptable. Will never deal with Kanata Honda ever again & definitely never recommend.

First of all, a lot of the 5 star ratings and reviews are fake!
That being said, unfortunately our experience trying to get a lease started well then went downhill.
The initial process was pretty much as expected: schedule a time, go in, talk to a sales rep, look at a few options and do a test drive.
Up until this point everything was friendly, respectful and OK. Then we moved on to negotiating. That's when things started taking a wrong turn.
First of all, they wouldn't budge the MSRP, no matter how much we negotiated. The sales rep kept going back and forth to his finance person as if he couldn't make a decision on his own.
Then I mentioned the possibility of a trade-in which I knew would fetch around 4k-4,5k from previous negotiations and they offered me $1500! I expressed my shock and frustration and the guy just kept repeating "it's the system, we'll sell it wholesale" which I know is BS. They'd flip it for 6k.
Anyway, still I decided to press for the discount on the MSRP so they offered me a "discount" by first adding a 3k downpayment and then saying they would pay for 2k from it.
So I said I wanted to see the final quote and SURPRISE! They didn't even put down the 2k they said they would, they actually did a reverse math to approach 2k AFTER TAXES so they would actually be putting down a lot less.
And guess what the answer was when I said I wanted to take the quote home to think about it? "You can't take this paper. "
At that point we just left since we felt mislead and just not getting the deal we were looking for.

Went for a test drive here. Even after having called earlier in the day, the car needed to be pulled from the lot and then equipped with a dealer plate. To our horror, when we opened the door, the car reeked of cigarette smoke, and had a scrape down one side. When we asked if these would be remedied we were told that the car was "priced accordingly" When I responded to the managers "welcome to our dealership" email with my concerns, they went unanswered. Since it seems they didn't need my business, I took it elsewhere. I did wind up buying the same car at another dealer for quite a bit less money.

Kanata Honda was home to my best ever car buying experience ever. I was In the process of trading my truck in when over night it was involved In a hit and run. I called insurance and it looked like the deal would be off or my truck appraisal would drastically decrease. Months would go by for back and forth issues with insurance and fixing the truck before I would be able to trade it in. OR SO I THOUGHT. I called kanata Honda with the unfortunate news and they dealt with the whole thing very very smoothly, a slight deduction of 750$ was taken off my appraisal and I was able to purchase the Honda and trade my truck in without going through insurance. Joey Kostova was an amazing knowledgeable employee to help me through the whole process as well as the business manager Ken Dolan. I can’t thank these two enough for their professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend this dealership when looking for a Honda!

I recently bought a 2019 accord at Kanata Honda. My sales consultant was Cory Besharah. I can honestly say I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pressureless car buying experience. He listened to what I wanted and when it came time to negotiating a sales price, I told him the price I wanted and he delivered by doing all the work for me. There was small issue at delivery, one of the winter rims was slightly bent and he got it replaced with no issues whatsoever. I was truly impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car there from Cory.

I went in on a Friday, fully expecting to purchase a 2018 Honda Civic 2 door and was told by the sales agent that the 2 door was NOT made in 2018 - she even when as far as to turn her computer around and show us that there was only 2019 2 doors and that they in fact have none on the lot and would not be getting 2019's until January. Low and behold, we go to another dealership and they in fact have 2018 2 door Civics on their lot! Honda Kanata lost a sale based on information that a sales associate should have definitely been aware of. Furthermore, this caused confusion when purchasing the car from the other dealership because at first we thought we were actually purchasing a 2019 because "2 door Civic's weren't made in 2018". All good now thanks to a very competent team at Honda Barrhaven

Two years ago I was shopping for car and took me almost two weeks to sort everything out and get the key for my car. This year we are upgrading and was referred to Kanata Honda by my colleague who had an amazing experience with Joey Kostova. We called Joey and she made appointment right away, answered our questions immediately on the phone. We went to see Joey on Saturday afternoon and on Thursday afternoon we drove our brand new car home. I’d drive the extra 45 minutes from my home everytime if I need to just to deal with Joey Kostova and the team in this location. Everyoone is extremely nice and everything was very organized and fast. There was no beating around the bush as they were honest and right to the point. We traded our car for very good price. Anyone looking to buy, trade I’d recommend you make an appointment with Joey Kostova. The best experience.

Great to deal with.we bought our car.big snowblower and outboard motor from them.they are mostly a car dealership. So knowledge on type of prop needed is lacking. But over all extremely satisfied on all my purchases.

Worst customer service ever! I will give zero star if I can.

No professionalism and escalation process. Customer service and co-ordination has been so poor and even Service Manager is talking excuses rather than provide solutions.

I made an appointment for CRV service (oil change/break pad change etc.) and swap winter tire with new Rims purchase from Honda parts. I called a week before and made the 7: 30 AM appointment and shuttle service. I handed over my CRV on time. I got a text on my cell that ‘my car checked in’ at 10: 21 AM that is 3 hours after my appointment and I drop. That means they didn’t do it on time. I thought still they have time to do work because I booked the appointment. But I got a call from Honda Service at about 3: 40 PM and told me that they didn't have time to do the mounting and didn’t start any of the work yet and need to keep the car there that night. I didn’t agree that since I don’t have another car and it’s Halloween day and my kid have many activities.

Why did I spend the time to make the appointment, bring the vehicle in, sit on the shuttle so long (Shuttle has many pickup and drop Kanata, Stisville, Eagleson park and ride etc) and wait all day only to be told at the end of the day they couldn't do the work? Makes no sense to me

Since I didn’t agree to keep my CRV at Kanata Honda, she promised to complete the service next day morning if I ready to bring the car again and provide the shuttle services.

I droped the my CRV next day morning. But the lady who spoke with me last evening was not there. I talked to another gentleman in the service and he also agreed that work will be done as promised and finish by morning. They also informed they have Shuttle service through the day and will pick me up once the work done. I didn’t get any call until noon and I made couple of calls to Honda Kanata services. Finally I got confirmation that my CRV ready for pickup.

I called the shuttle driver and even beg to Service manager to get a pickup at that time and they told they can pick me up after 3: 30PM.
Finally I made my own arrangements and pickup my car.
We want to like Kanata Honda because they offer all day shuttle. But that all fake, at least for my case (not sure for others case)

Now even Iam thinking to go for other Brand than HONDA for my second car. If service is not good then HONDA brand itself not useful

I was very impressed with the friendly service and environment at Kanata Honda. They offer great service that makes you feel unique. Joey helped me with the leasing procedures. It was very helpful and made it go easy. She is very friendly and helps you with all procedures in depth. I recommend Kanata Honda and Joey. Had a great experience.

I've tried a couple of times to buy a car here. The 1st time I ended up buying a Pilot @ Hunt Club Honda because Kanata lowballed my trade, the 2nd time I ended up buying a CRV from Dow Honda because Kanata wanted to play typical, annoying negotiating games.
I get dealer service here however because its the closest to my home. There's been a couple of iffy experiences and some great one. The latest was great - I recommend going to Jennifer at service, she's the best. I note that there's no Service Advisors in "Meet our Team"? Curious.

Absolutely a wonderful experience, lots of beautiful bikes on display. I went in to pick out a bike, called back the next day, settled on a Great deal over the phone and picked up the bike 2 days later.
