Ive ordered a pair of Dita frames and a pair of safety prescription glasses, Both are awesome quality frames and the customer service i recieved from Sandeep was Superb! I'll forsure come back here for another pair of frames.

I visited the store today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members on the floor. The lady I encountered seemed rude and unprofessional. Despite seeking assistance, she appeared unwilling to help and left me with a negative impression. Customer service is a crucial aspect, and I hope the management addresses these issues for a better overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had bad experience with Kanda. They have high price than market rate. I was their customer and bought some additional accessories with their promise to provide customer service anytime I need. However within 3 months I ask for the replacement of broken accessories but they refused to provide that with lame excuses that it is out of market. They insist me to buy brand new pair again instead. This is the way high end places like Kanda Opticals are making money out of you. Don't trust 100%. They lost me as a customer after 10years of giving them business.
